家庭出遊，帶爸媽來都靈玩，定了兩間房 酒店是在菲亞特的老廠房改造而來的，建築師是意大利人renzopiano。很多做法都非常精細 酒店開了可能稍有些長了，設施仔細看稍微有點年代感。不過都不影響使用。住的很舒適 地理位置離都靈城中心大概20分鐘多車程吧。這次是自駕。酒店停車場免費。到老城玩可以找一個在ZTL區邊上的停車場停車再走到城中心，非常方便 不過酒店位置本身也很好，同一棟建築裏有商場，音樂廳和藝術館。路對面有意大利第一家eataly。吃飯購物都很好。

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Also war ich besorgt über meinen 6am Flug. In Aus müssen Sie 3 Stunden vor dem internationalen, so dachte ich, id bleiben nahe, da ich nicht sicher war, wie id zum Flughafen zu kommen, weil es keine echte öffentliche Verkehrsmittel so früh gab. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ziemlich gut, mit vielen Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und einem kleinen Fitnessstudio. Der kleine Swimmingpool draußen kann nur im Sommer genutzt werden. Die Hygiene ist recht sauber.

Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner. The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for. Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

Das Personal ist herzlich, freundlich und spricht Französisch. Sie haben mir sogar geholfen, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Das Hotel ist sauber und geräumig. Sie bieten sogar ein Begrüßungsgetränk an. Das Frühstück ist ok. Als Snack das mit Sahne gefüllte Croissant. Unten gibt es einen großen Fitness- und Kraftraum. Ich empfehle es.

Mein Aufenthalt in Tenuta Moncarlino war schrecklich; alles war perfekt, seit ich ankam. Dieser Ort ist in den kleinen Hügeln von Monferrato geflogen und ich hatte die Möglichkeit, im großen Park des Ortes zu gehen, indem ich die unverunreinigte Natur des Ortes genießen. Paolo, der Gastgeber, war zur Verfügung, um meine Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, indem er hervorragende Restaurants und lokale Attraktionen empfehlen, zu besuchen. Ich fand die Bollente von Acqui Terme wunderbar, wo sehr heißes Wasser fließt aus der Quelle, die im Zentrum des zentralen Platzes der Stadt liegt. Was kann ich noch sagen: das superb Frühstück, Sauberkeit, freundlichkeit und Entspannung. Ich empfehle Tenuta Moncarlino.

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.
