The hotel room is spacious and the breakfast has a pretty decent spread of food choices. There is even sauna and hotspring services provided with towels provided. The room is spacious and warm. The bathroom is spacious with strong pressure of warm water. There is even a coffee machine provided in the room. However, the price is expensive in my personal opinion. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the central town of Vik with a lot of eateries, petrol station and shopping areas. Overall, it is still highly recommended if budget permits.

Love this hotel very much. Except the breathtaking view is true to the pictures online, also the attentive service from the reception and housekeeping. Dinner at the hotel is suggested reserving first(they sent email to remind me to do so) and the food and the waitress is nice. They also have a snack bar and swimsuits for purchase. The room design and color tone is really relaxing and functional. The hot tubs outside is so good not only for photos but also for soothing and relaxing the body. Recommend for staying 1-2 nights here during the whole trip.

Die Landschaft ist erstklassig, ein sehr komfortabeles großes Zimmer, und es gibt eine andere überraschende Landschaft, wenn man aus dem Fenster ausschaut!

Das Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon hatte eine super Lage für uns, dann man schnell an der Lagune und dem Diamond Beach war. Auch das Design hat uns sehr gefallen. Allerdings war das Abendessen sehr teuer und auch die Auswahl stark begrenzt mit wenig passenden Gerichten für uns. Das Frühstück war gut. Insgesamt ist der Spabereich schön, aber für die Menge an Gästen (vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter) viel zu klein. Der Bath Tub konnte kaum entspannt genutzt werden, da viele kleine Kinder dort zum Teil auch mehr oder weniger unbeaufsichtigt und sehr laut waren. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels waren dort auch viele Familien mit Kindern unterwegs.

Sauberes, modernes Hotel nahe dem Ortseingang. Großes Zimmer, aber Platz hauptsächlich im Badezimmer (wenn Sie große Badezimmer mögen, ist es großartig). Das Frühstück ist in Island ein großes Plus: warmes amerikanisches Frühstück (Speck, Eier, sautierte Pilze, Brot und Toast), reichlich Säfte und Milch sowie drei Müslisorten. Verzichten Sie auf die Espressomaschine und lassen Sie sich stattdessen vom Personal einen Kaffee zubereiten. Tee gibt es in Beuteln, daher ist es zuverlässig. Ein toller Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Osten.

We appreciated the one-mattress queen-size bed, something we found to be a rarity in our Iceland trip (the norm seemed to be two twin-beds slammed together, which just isn't the same thing. The staff was helpful and the facilities clean and well-maintained. The only negative was the fact that the hotel charged a separate fee to use the hot tub.

總體而言是不錯的，看極光位置是好的，但如果沒有極光，相對於價格而言有些貨不對板，淋浴房的地面滑膩膩的，沒有刷乾淨。床品非常糟糕，床單被套皺的一塌糊塗。
