The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Stay was good , but the dinner was not that good. Mini bar was locked and was not accessible. Good breakfast. In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated. While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It seems the minibar would be opened to according to guests profiles!

Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und boten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Arabische Meer. Die Vielfalt der Speisemöglichkeiten war beeindruckend, insbesondere das Buffet im Lotus Café, das eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Gerichten bot. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub und dennoch nah genug am Herzen von Mumbai für Geschäfts- oder Urlaubsreisen. Der Service war tadellos und das Personal tat sein Bestes, um einen komfortablen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Insgesamt war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und ich kann das JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine Mischung aus Luxus, Komfort und hervorragendem Service sucht. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen!

Große geräumige Zimmer, Kabinen/Minibar waren leicht feuchte.. hatte den feuchten Holzgeur. Frühstück war ocker. Gut für einen Nachtaufenthalt, wenn Sie am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen anreisen. weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis T1. Buggy ist verfügbar / Personal kann Ihnen mit Ihrem Gepäck zum Terminal helfen. Auch im Flughafen gibt es mehrere Mahlzeiten, wenn Sie nicht richtig sitzen und im Hotel essen.

Super fantastisches 5-Sterne-Hotel direkt neben dem Gateway of India. Der Service ist tadellos und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Halbpension gebucht, was bedeutete, dass wir Frühstück und Abendessen und 90 Minuten lang kostenlose Getränke in der Bar bekamen. In Anbetracht der Preise für ein Gericht/Getränk war Halbpension definitiv die bessere Option. Toller, sauberer Poolbereich mit sauberen Betten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich und kümmern sich immer um Sie, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt perfekt ist. Es gibt Geschäfte und alles, was Sie brauchen, alles im Hotel. Sobald Sie ankommen, werden Sie mit einem traditionellen indischen Willkommen begrüßt und überall im Hotel riecht es wunderbar. Wir waren so froh, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt um eine weitere Nacht verlängerten und sie uns das gleiche Zimmer überließen. Wir werden zu 100 % wiederkommen.

However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Ich bat um ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer, und bei der Eincheckung war ich versichert, dass Zimmer 101 ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer war. Ich musste wirklich zwischen meinen 2 Flügen schlafen. Sobald ich in mein Zimmer kam, ging ich zum Bett und schlief, nur um sich sehr bald danach durch das Klang der Banging - nicht sicher, was es war - Schnüre, Taschentücher, Türen aufwachen zu können. Dann hörte ich jemanden zu Fuß mit sehr schweren Schuhen, so rief ich Rezeption und Glück setzten sie auf. Aber dann schien es, als würden sie Bauarbeiten im Zimmer oben - sie begannen zu Hammeren!!! Ja, Hammering!!!!! Gefolgt von DRILLING!!! Keine Chance irgendeinen Schlaf! Ich rief Rezeption wieder, und sie stoppen die Hammering und die Drilling. Ein paar Minuten Ruhe, und dann die Leute in Zimmer 137 setzen ihr Fernsehen auf bei FULL VOLUME !!! Es war so laut, dass das Fernsehen vielleicht auch in meinem Zimmer war. Ich habe mein Kleid über Nacht aufgestellt und ging um Zimmer 137 und bat das Mädchen, das Fernsehen, das sie getan hat, für eine Weile abzuschalten. Null Chance für jeden Ruhe, Null Chance für jeden Schlaf. Obwohl es sich um ein Flughafenhotel handelt, gibt es NO SOUNDPROOFING, so basierend kann man absolut alles hören, was in allen Zimmern um Sie herum geht. Das Personal war sehr nett, und sie versuchten immer, ihr Bestes zu tun, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten, aber all dieser Lärm ist eindeutig der Schuld der Senioren Management. Hammering und Drehung sind nicht das, was man mit einem Hilton Flughafen Hotelzimmer verbunden!!!!
