Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal im Hotel. Bei uns kam Wasser von der Decke und innerhalb von 15 Minuten kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in die nächsthöhere Kategorie, da das gebuchte Zimmer bereits belegt war. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hatten wir etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, aber es war nicht offensichtlich schmutzig. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig.

Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend: Die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es auch viele Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Allerdings war es beim Frühstück ziemlich voll.

OK, es ist etwas laut, weil es im obersten Stockwerk einen KTV und einen Nachtclub gibt. Bevorzugen Sie ein Nichtraucherzimmer im Erdgeschoss, damit es nicht laut ist

Ich liebe auch, dass es im Hotel ein Massage-Spa zu erschwinglichen Preisen gibt, aber als Malaysier würde ich sagen, dass es ziemlich günstig ist, wenn man einen Rabattgutschein bekommt. Wenn Sie nicht wirklich ausgehen möchten, können Sie das Essen vom Zimmerservice bestellen, dessen Portionen (für mich) auch ziemlich groß sind, und das Tempe Goreng mit der Sambal-Sauce war so lecker. Vor dem Hotel gibt es mehrere private Taxidienste (Geländewagen) mit Preisspannen wie 1 Million IDR nach Parapat (See Toba) und 700.000 IDR nach Siantar. Nur für den Fall, dass Sie in letzter Minute nach Danau Toba fahren möchten und habe keine Supir im Voraus gebucht Das Einzige, was ich mir wünsche, dass sie gewechselt werden, ist das Badetuch. Bitte tauschen Sie es gegen das neue und weichere aus. Der ganze Faden kommt aus dem Handtuch.

If you’re here on a weekend, you can catch the car-free day event at Merdeka Walk, just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, you’re greeted with a pleasant scent that gives the hotel a luxurious vibe. The breakfast spread is quite good, featuring mostly Indonesian cuisine. The only downside is that there’s no smart TV. So if you’re planning a staycation and prefer to just stay in the hotel, it might not be ideal as there isn’t much to do; no swimming pool and no smart TV.

Wonderful stay – peaceful and comfortable We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.
