Staff on front desk was absolutely lovely, was able to check us in early. Gym was good size, pool was busy as they also sell day passes I think but still plenty space. Room was clean along with the whole hotel. Only complaint was that breakfast was astronomical (£20pp) especially for Newcastle, I would recommend taking the short walk into town for breakfast instead

Gute Lage in der Nähe von Newcastle. Gute Bar ans Restaurant auf der Website. Zimmer war groß und sauber mit guter Dusche. Personal lieferte eine schnelle Eincheckung. Barpreise und Lebensmittelpreise wir vernünftig

This is a lovely Holiday Inn. Very modern and clean, felt like I was at much higher level brand! Polite staff. Comfy bed. The flaw was there was a power cut in the morning. It lasted an hour at least and I couldn’t contact reception (obviously). I was getting ready for an event so didn’t have time to go down and ask what was going on. I know sometimes these things can’t be helped, but I was frustrated that it lasted so long and only came back about 2 minutes before I had to leave.

Zimmergröße war groß, das Bett war komfortabel. Nur die Frage war ein rotes Heißrohr durch das Zimmer, das nicht ausschaltbar war und das Wetter war sehr warm. Will wieder bleiben.

Ich habe dieses Hotel zweimal per Unfall reserviert, weil der Trip.com Schlüsselknopf nicht funktionierte. Sie waren sehr brutal und erniedrigend, als sie mir erklärten, dass ich zurück zum Dritte-Agent gehen musste. Die letzte sagte mir dann, ich gehe zurück zum Hotel und ich ging von einer Seite zum anderen. Es war nur ein Unfall, ich weiß nicht, warum sie so insistieren, mich nicht zurückzuzahlen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für die Autofahrung noch bequem, aber für die nicht-autofahrenden Eintrittspersonen sollte es nicht bequem sein. Darüber hinaus muss das Auto auf dem anderen Feld fahren und es gibt viele Autos, die dort stehen. Das Zimmer ist insgesamt sauber, aber die Schlafzimmerwand ist etwas näher, aber da es im Grunde nicht in Kontakt kommt, fühlt es sich gut an.

The stay was decent for the price paid, though a few things could be improved. The food options were average – nothing particularly memorable, but edible. Do note that basic amenities like toothpaste and toothbrushes aren't complimentary here; you'll need to purchase them separately (packing your own is advisable). On the upside, the rates are undeniably affordable compared to nearby options. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind minimalist accommodations, this might work for short stays. Manage expectations regarding extras and dining quality.

Best bed ever! Very comfortable linens, mattress and pillows! Towels were a bit old but very clean! The swimming pool is just good… kind of cold but a little warm, but not enough! So it is not comfortable being on the jacuzzi at all… and every 5/7 minutes, have to get out of the water to restart the engine… Saunas and spa were really good! Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties that we don’t see often in hotel in the UK. Fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, breads and all the hot british breakfast dishes. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping locations Would be back again to this same place

Kann nicht besser die Lage!!!! Trolley drücken aus den Türen und ins Hotel (oder umgekehrt). Keine Sorge um Taxi oder Transfer. Restaurant OK, aber leiden von der gleichen Krankheit von so vielen.... Blinking schrecklicher Kaffee!!!! Auch diese schrecklichen Mugs .... Ich habe schon gesagt..... Ich habe mich geholt, um meinen eigenen anständigen Kuchen zu trinken. Ich habe letztes Mal in der Bar gegessen - ähnliche Menü ( gleiche Preise) aber keine Reservierung eines Tischs erforderlich. Ich musste nur mit TV mit konstantem Lärm oder Sport platzieren... Sie lassen mich meine Gepäckstücke verlassen, während ich aussteige oder ein Mietwagen hole.... ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich habe immer meine erste Wahl.

Warm grüßen von der Rezeption. Wir wählen das Königszimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war komfortabel. Fernseher funktionierte nicht als Signal bleibe verschwindend. Zimmer ein wenig datiert und das Badezimmer fühlte sich ein wenig klein.
