Awesome, schöne Lage, aber Hotel schaut ziemlich müde. Needing renovated in einigen Bereichen. Frühstück durchschnittlich und Bar sehr teuer.Personalfreundlich. Die Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für eine Nacht und ein Frühstück für zwei vernünftig, aber wir reservierten das Hotel für seine Lage.

Das gesamte Paket von Urlaubshotels, leicht zu skiieren, das Dorf ist alt und die Ferienanlagen sind sehr gut. Die Servicepersonal ist sehr beschäftigt und es ist fast schwer zu kontaktieren

Lots to love but room for a few improvements. The biggest is the doors on the rooms. They are heavy wooden doors and slam really loud. As you can imagine that’s quite annoying when people go in and out waking people up Bathroom door rotten at bottom from damp, needs replaced, looks awful. Cleaning under sinks and taps in bathrooms, the things you see when you sit in the bath!! Painting of the room could be a bit tidier, white paint all over grey radiator pipes. Cleaners could be a bit more gentler when hoovering, they batter the radiator pipes in the rooms and it vibrates to the room your in , next door! Out of stock of some flavours for cocktails, young staff seen with mobile phones very casually. Move out of sight, the customer / service are important Food is expensive for the quality you get too

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt und die Lage ist besonders gut. Westliches Essen ist im Hotel besonders lecker, Steaks und gegrilltes Hähnchen sind gut. Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt gegenüber befindet sich das Schloss der Hauptattraktionen, Loch Ness fließt durch den Hoteleingang, herumlaufen, angenehme Landschaft, Frühstück, Zimmer sind groß, gesund, sauber, es gibt ein Michelin-Restaurant neben dem Hotel Buchen Sie jedoch im Voraus

We had a great stay. Our room was on the ground d floor and had a great space. Decor was a bit dated but very comfortable, and the bathroom has definitely been upgraded and a great size. Breakfast is buffet style and was nice and fresh - prompt service - good quality produce also - so good I cleared my plate! Car park was completely full so had to wait a while until a space became available

這是我在英國住的最滿意的地方。房東英國老先生親自打理的民宿，衹有4個房間，房東風趣幽默，人非常好，房間的設施都很講究，很英國，早餐地道講究。他的酒店沒有招牌，但他會提前發郵件告訴你如何到達。很温馨。

The venue is super nice, location is super close to everything, the venue is clean! I had just an issue in which one of the days i asked my room to be cleaned but they didnt do it because it seemed there was a miscommunication when saying my room number (english is not my first language) but the staff was very nice and made the best they could to apologise for the inconvenience.

Das Hotel ist großartig und der Aufenthalt war komfortabel. Es ist ziemlich bequem zu Fuß zum Busbahnhof sowie am Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber die Toilette hat keine Tür und das Wasser schlägt aus, was das gesamte Toilette nach der Dusche wässr. Das Hotel bietet in dem Zimmer gefülltes Wasser und hat ein Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und die allgemeine Aufenthaltserfahrung war erstaunlich.
