Everything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed . We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon . We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

Gute Punkte sind die Reinigung und die Einrichtungen wie der Jacuzzi. Im September Wochentag war ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr gut geräuchert, da es Feuchtigkeitsprobleme hat. Die Sofa war unbehaglich, wenn jemand dort schläft. Die Umgebung außerhalb des Komplexes ist schön, es gibt einen Pfad am oberen Park. Parkplatz war sehr begrenzt auf dem oberen.

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding. The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby. Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Beautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok. The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel. We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces. Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself. We look forward to going back.

Ein wenig datiert, aber das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber trotzdem ein wenig überholt. Zero Wi-Fi in den Zimmern, die frustrierend war. Zweite Zeit im Hotel bleiben, da die Umgebung und Golfplatz sind erstaunlich.

Ein guter Pool und Fitnessraum. Restaurant geschlossen am Montag und Dienstag, gibt es Straßen-Essen Vans außerhalb, die schön waren. Zimmer war ausreichend Größe. Kleiner Balkon. Kein Aufzug für den ersten Stock. Lage ist etwas entfernt, so dass nicht viel zu Fuß außerhalb des Hotels zu tun.

It’s a bit isolated, making it less convenient for those relying on public transport.
