It’s a bit isolated, making it less convenient for those relying on public transport.

A very spacious hotel with a lot going on. Decent size bar and restaurant, and was very busy when I visited. I had a single room up in the garret and, whilst no air con, this was clearly stated when booking and I didn't mind. The room was very clean and, whilst sparsely decorated, was absolutely fine. The bed was really comfy and the linen crisp. It has some pretty whacky decor and lots of reproduction features, not least the very thin fake chesterfields in the bar, they were so narrow I couldn't move my elbow appropriately to take a drink. But lots of people there clearly loved it. And I think I did too. Heard many people talking about how they'd stayed several times. Highly recommended.

Das ist unser zweiter Besuch als Familie im Cromer Country Club. Dieser Besuch haben wir unsere Einladung an unsere Eltern ausgeweitet. Wir alle genossen unsere 4-Nacht-Unterkunft. Dieser Ort ist brillant und für Familien untergebracht. Wir haben ein 9-monatiges Baby. Wir haben eine Wohnung in der Nähe der Straße gefragt, so dass wir leichten Zugang für einen Städtchen haben konnten. Das haben sie getan. Personalfreundlich. Das Restaurant war für unser Baby gepflegt und das Essen war lecker. Sie können die Küste bequem zu Fuß gehen. Die Wohnung war sauber, aktualisiert und für unsere Familie zugänglich. Wir würden es definitiv empfehlen und wieder gehen.

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding. The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby. Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

We wee offered a twin room although we requested a double, but the receptionist was very helpful and, with housekeeping, converted it into a double forthwith. The location was good and quiet, and the breakfast selection was reasonable, but very well cooked and one of the better English breakfasts we have had in the country. We assumed that the swimming pool usage was not part of the deal, and regretted not using it when we found out that there was no additonal fee for it. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Receptionist was rude and unhelpful, maybe caught her on a bad day but as she was rude unhelpful and unwelcoming over our 3 day stay, we felt she let the whole hotel down. The rest of the staff were amazing! Helpful, cheerful, happy to go above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room. Had it not been for the lady on the front desk, I would have given a 5 star rating, but she really needs some retraining.  The rest of the staff, keep up the great work!

Stayed for one night, wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer, did what we needed. Not clean, the hotel in general and our room weren't clean. Breakfast was good, location is right on the beach. You get what you pay for, this is cheap and cheerful.
