Alles in Ordnung in den Anlagen war das Problem, die Strafe, die mir für die Dominikanerin entrichtet wurden. Ich sollte alles für die gleiche Buchung entrichten und nicht die unbehagliche Zeit beim check-in haben.

My experience at the Lifestyle Tropical Resort Cofresi was overall very good. The parking was odd, as I had to leave my vehicle on the roadside, as there was no parking lot. The reception area was outside as the lobby was under renovation. The reception personnel were polite, but not particularly enthusiastic about helping the customers. I had to wait nearly an hour to get my room key. Still, not a bad check-in. The room was in a quiet area, not far from the buffet. The buffet was nice and offered enough variety to please my appetite. The VIP beach area was what I liked the most. I appreciate having two bars, two sets of bathrooms, and a sushi bar on site. My only issue with the VIP beach is that there were only 4 or 5 chars to sit on. Often the chairs were occupied by other people's beach towels and not available to me. I find that there are too many beds in this area and no chaise lounge chairs. The VIP staff were polite and attentive. I found that some of the bars were closed before their scheduled time. When I asked one bartender about this, he said they had to start cleaning early or they wouldn't go home until 1:00 am. Overall, I had a nice stay. I will plan on returning in the future!

Personal kam es jedoch sofort ansprechen. Es gibt keine Aufzüge und es ist schwer, Gepäck auf den 2. und 3. Stock zu bringen. Der Ort war nicht für Menschen mit Mobilitätsproblemen entwickelt. Auch Menschen sind erlaubt mit Hunden, die nicht gelassen wurden. Ein kleiner Hund kam nach mir. Als ich den Hundbesitzer annahm, um zu fragen, ob er seinen Hund auf eine Leiste setzen könnte, wurde er kämpferisch, unachtsam und eine Art Rassist. Das Hotelpersonal sah und tat nichts. Als ich den Manager um Beschwerde bitten, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie auf Urlaub war (?) als ich um die Verantwortung bitte, wurde mir auch gesagt, dass die Person auch nicht verfügbar war. Es war frustrierend und enttäuschend, da es sich um ein Sicherheitsproblem handelte, das nicht behandelt wurde.

Playa Bachata Resort ist eine 3-Sterne-Erfahrung. Wenn Sie eine kostengünstige Getaway alle inklusive wollen, funktioniert dieser Ort. Erwarten Sie nicht hochwertiges Essen, Getränke oder Aktivitäten und Sie werden nicht enttäuscht. Das Personal, wie in allen DR Resorts, sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Der Eincheckprozess war etwas langsam, was merkwürdig ist, weil ich die einzige war bei der Eincheckung. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Möbel waren sehr datiert. Ich war gestört, um etwa ein Dutzend Fliegen in der kalten Salatbar zu finden. Der Strand ist das Highlight dieses Resorts. Ich liebe es, unter den Palmen zu sitzen und das schöne Meer und Himmel zu beobachten. Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung am Preispunkt, den ich bezahlte.

The staff was increíble welcoming and amazing and friendly....the front desk staff was excellent...exspecialy ( Esmayli De La Crux Felix ) she always smiling ..always willing to help...I enjoy the ambiance of the hotel...the food was flavorful and tasty...food 10 out of 10....my room 10 out of 10..Hot water perfect..my room always clean...find no fault ...my vacation was perfect..staff is extremely friendly...the hotel exceeded my expectations..I would go Back to this hotel because of the People..the service..and the food........also Cleanliness 10 out of 10.....I will recommend Iberostar to all my friends..

Birthday celebration- location was perfect. Off season - Weather in the 90's - more staff than guests. Breakfast at the pool everyday with spectacular views, no one else was there. Take the classic car tour for 3 hours - well worth it. Rooms were ideal - spa was most accommodating - booked 2 different massages plus the Romantic Getaway package - Itself a great deal. Ana - our reservation specialist was responsive and to the point on all requests. Greilly our concierge handled all requests even on short notice and gave great advice, Looking forward to a return trip in the Fall!

Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen war immer gut, man findet immer etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Das einzige, womit ich nicht einverstanden war, ist die Gästerichtlinie, das Hotel erlaubt keine ”externen Gäste”. Abgesehen davon. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten
