We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

Service: Besonders loben möchte ich den Service des Personals im Nanshan Hotel. Vor allem die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren mir eine große Hilfe. Millie Ma Minghui war besonders geduldig, engagiert und effizient und löste alle Anliegen klar und zügig – eine wirklich bemerkenswerte Leistung. (Natürlich waren alle Mitarbeiter, denen ich begegnet bin, so.) Ihre aufmerksame und geduldige Art gegenüber den Gästen hat mich sehr zufrieden mit dem Nanshan Hotel gemacht. Zu den Mitarbeitern, denen ich begegnet bin, gehörten: Rezeption, Reinigungspersonal, Mitarbeiter an der Information, Skilehrer (Lu Minghui), Restaurantpersonal, Ticketkontrolleure für die Taiwu-Nachtveranstaltung, Künstler und Busfahrer. Sie alle waren sehr professionell und verantwortungsbewusst und beantworteten alle meine Fragen und erfüllten alle meine berechtigten Wünsche. Als Gast hatte ich eine sehr positive Erfahrung und mein Aufenthalt im Nanshan Hotel war äußerst angenehm. Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft sehr sauber, und ich konnte beobachten, wie das Reinigungspersonal sorgfältig reinigte. Das Hotel legt in dieser Hinsicht offensichtlich großen Wert auf Sauberkeit, was ich sehr positiv empfand. Umgebung: Die Umgebung war sehr schön; die Aussicht vom Berggipfel war an einem klaren Tag wunderschön. Shuttle-Service vom Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof: Aufgrund meiner Ankunftszeit am Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof Taizicheng stand der Shuttle-Service zum Hotel nicht zur Verfügung. Außerdem kannte ich den Fahrplan nicht. Nach Rücksprache mit Einheimischen erfuhr ich, dass die Wartezeit 1–2 Stunden betragen würde. Daher nahm ich ein Taxi zum Hotel. Der Shuttle-Service vom Bahnhof war jedoch sehr angenehm und bequem. Taiwu Night (Doppelticket): Die Show war hervorragend und hatte eine sehr herzliche Atmosphäre.

The hotel is centrally located. It's only about 8 mins' walk to the Chengde summer palace resort. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they even rushed out from the hotel to help us when we arrived. The breakfast is good.

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Es war wirklich gut. Sie verdienen nicht 3 Sterne. In meiner Perspektive war die Reinigung gut. Die Ausstattung war das Beste.

Dieses Hotel war für unsere Reise eine echte Überraschung. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Umgebung und eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Sowohl die Zimmeraufteilung, die Sauberkeit als auch die Parkausstattung und der Komfort sind sehr zufriedenstellend. Auch die kleinen Details im Zimmer sind sehr sorgfältig ausgewählt, vom Willkommensobst bis zu den Souvenirs. Die kostenlosen Snacks und Getränke, die im Voraus zubereitet werden, geben uns das Gefühl, besonders aufmerksam zu sein. Obwohl das Hotel nicht direkt am Hauptpark liegt, ist der Shuttlebus sehr praktisch. Die Verkehrsanbindung im gesamten Park ist gut organisiert, sodass sich die Gäste wohl und entspannt fühlen. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten, übernachten Sie im Nuo'an. Was mich aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, war die Mitarbeiterin Saria. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-in hatten wir viele Fragen, die uns nicht ganz klar waren. Jedes Mal, wenn wir ihr einen WeChat schickten, antwortete sie innerhalb von Sekunden, egal wie spät es war. Selbst wenn sie bereits Feierabend hatte, ging sie innerhalb von Sekunden ans Telefon und half uns schnell. Sie war sehr effizient und gewissenhaft bei der Problemlösung. Sie hat auch unsere Ruhezeiten berücksichtigt und uns geholfen, den Check-out zu verzögern, damit wir entspannter abreisen konnten. Ein anderes Mal wollten wir einen Shuttlebus zurück zum Hotel rufen. Wir rechneten damit, länger als zehn Minuten warten zu müssen, und kontaktierten sie deshalb vor Fahrtende. Unerwartet kam ein Bus in der Nähe, aber wir waren noch nicht zur Hauptstraße gelaufen. Als keine anderen Gäste im Bus waren, beauftragte sie den Shuttlebusfahrer Li Xu, noch ein paar Minuten auf uns zu warten. Das hat uns wirklich ein herzliches und angenehmes Gefühl gegeben. Vielen Dank! Insgesamt habe ich das Gefühl, dass Saria nicht nur „nur“ ihren Job erledigt, sondern sich wirklich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Diese Art von Service kann man nicht durch Training lernen. Er ist aufrichtig, rücksichtsvoll und von einer Wärme, die die Herzen berührt. Vielen Dank an Saria, denn sie hat diese Reise zu etwas ganz Besonderem und Erinnernswertem gemacht. Ich hoffe, ich kann bald wiederkommen und sie wiedersehen!

During the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

Ich reise mit einem 13 Monate alten Baby und das Baby ist sehr glücklich, und ich auch! Ausstattung: Es gibt einen Zaun (leider ist er nicht sehr stabil). Glücklicherweise habe ich meinen eigenen Zaun mitgebracht, der viel sicherer ist. Es wäre schön, wenn es mehr Eltern-Kind-Einrichtungen gäbe, etwa thermostatische Wasserkocher und Trockner für die Milchzubereitung sowie Kinderbadewannen. Das Reisen wäre viel komfortabler. Service: Die Rezeption ist sehr gut! Die Kellner im Restaurant sind auch sehr gut, aber es sind nur wenige Leute da und das Essen im Shanghai-Restaurant unten ist fast immer kalt. Das Paket ist sehr passend, die Seilbahntickets und Thermenkarten sind sehr praktisch und der Kaffee ist auch sehr gut. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit, das Craft Beer zu trinken🍺, und das Zeichenbrett war weg und die Zeichnung war noch nicht fertig (es wurde durch Kaffee ersetzt). Umgebung: Taiwu Town Anfang September ist eine Tour außerhalb der Hauptverkehrszeiten. Es gibt nicht viele Menschen, daher ist es sehr gemächlich. Es ist nicht kalt im Zimmer, aber es fühlt sich heiß an. Im Winter werde ich wieder Ski fahren.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Tuke Light Hotel. Das Hotel war freundlich nahe der Bahnhof sowie mehrere Bushalte, die wir benutzt haben, um die Stadt zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber, modern und alles funktionierte wie erwartet. Wir haben die komplimentäre Waschbeckenanlage verwendet, und auch dort war alles neu und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war die perfekte Ergänzung zu diesem schon guten Hotel: sie waren nett, hilfreich, und gingen aus ihrem Weg, um uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen und so viel Zeit wie wir in Chengde genießen konnten. Wirklich empfohlen!!
