Das Hotel ist sehr bequem gelegen, super nahe der U-Bahn-Station und leicht von der Bahnstation zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Einrichtungen zum Hotel zu verschiedenen Preisen: Kinderspielplatz und Sauna, Schwimmbad, Spa, Massage usw. Das Hotel ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Familien, die eine entspannende Reise wünschen.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die erste Wahl, um Kinder nach Langfang zu bringen. Der Transport ist bequem, das Essen im Hotel ist gut und es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Langfang International Theatre City. Ich werde diesen Ort wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Langfang komme.

The hotel is conveniently located to our relatives. It’s extremely clean and well equipped with the technology! I enjoy to open the curtains with a finger point touch. The services are great everyone is super friendly! The breakfast is fantastic with many different dishes and all are delicious! We really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time!

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival.

My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

Das Hotel ist großartig, sauber und modern mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal. Während meiner Reise nach China war das einzige Hotel, in dem das Personal aktiv an mich herangezogen hat, um Hilfe zu bieten, auch um mich umher zu fahren, um sicherzustellen, dass ich nicht verloren wurde.
Während etwas mehr Englisch hilfreich wäre, ist es verständlich, da Cangzhou nicht viele Touristen sehen.
Ich war etwas unsicher, ob es ein Restaurant gibt, wo ich jederzeit Kaffee bekommen könnte.
Das Frühstück war gut, aber der Fitnessraum fühlte sich klein und unter dem Durchschnitt im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Cangzhou.

My initial room seemed to not be incorrect, they immediately upgraded my room. Then I lost my AirPods (for the second time when staying at this hotel) both times a lovey lady named Cathy made sure I got them back, even contacting the rail company and getting them from the train. Goods great, pool is awesome. Best place to stay when visiting Tangshan and price is great

Die Umgebung ist ok, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eher dürftig. Der Boden des Außenpools muss gereinigt werden; er ist mit Moos bedeckt. Er ist definitiv etwas schmutzig. In einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel wäre es nicht so schlimm. Außerdem waren Sauna und Dampfbad in der Umkleide geschlossen, sodass man etwas warten musste, bis man sie einschalten konnte (?). Wahrscheinlich nicht, um Strom zu sparen, oder? Ich habe zwar extra wegen des Pools gebucht, aber die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht dem eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels.

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

DDame1921Das Hotel liegt direkt am Skilift an der mittelschweren Piste, sodass man bequem direkt von der Piste auf die Piste kann. Das Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett ist gemütlich und komfortabel und eignet sich sowohl zum Arbeiten als auch zum Entspannen nach einem langen Skitag. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend; ich hätte am liebsten jeden Tag nach dem Skifahren Fotos gemacht. Der Service im Hotel war herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel bietet eine große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen und ein Frühstücksbuffet. Ich habe die letzten Tage sehr genossen.

GGastnutzerIt was a very pleasant experience in this hotel. Then service was really great, Xiao Wang and Xiao Fan did a really great job and made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast was also really good with western and Chinese choices. The cook was such a lovely and friendly guy. The room was perfect and we could see the while mountain resort and hammer rock in the distance.
We would definitely stay again here.

Das Ananya Lanye Hotel liegt am Fuße des Wuling-Berges in Xinglong, Provinz Hebei, umgeben von Bergen und Flüssen. Es ist ein angenehmer Ort abseits der Hektik der Stadt und nah an der Natur. Die Gästezimmer und unterstützenden Einrichtungen des Hotels sind alle im japanischen Stil gestaltet, der so Zen-artig ist, dass Sie sich wie in Arashiyama, Kyoto, Japan, fühlen. Der Service des Hotels ist aufmerksam und sorgfältig und kann als umfassend bezeichnet werden. Alle Servicemitarbeiter sind besonders freundlich und enthusiastisch, sodass sich die Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Obwohl es sich um ein neu eröffnetes Hotel handelt, riecht es im Zimmer überhaupt nicht.

✔️Sehr japanisches Zimmerdesign, Tatami-Bett, alle Toilettenartikel und Kleingeräte sind japanische Marken.
✔️Alle im Zimmer bereitgestellten Speisen und Getränke sind kostenlos und es handelt sich ausschließlich um japanische Markengerichte, die sehr lecker sind. ✔️Um den Bedürfnissen verschiedener Personengruppen gerecht zu werden, wird auch für hängenden Kaffee und Tee gesorgt. Willkommensdesserts und Obst werden in jedem Zimmer ebenfalls bereitgestellt.
✔️Da die Temperatur in Wuling Mountain sehr niedrig ist, bereitet jedes Haus Baumwollkleidung vor, um die Gäste vor der Kälte zu schützen. Die bereitgestellten Hausschuhe haben superdicke Sohlen und sind sehr angenehm zu tragen.

✔️Frühstück: Das im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Frühstück wird im Xiaoye eingenommen. Es stehen drei Menüs zur Auswahl: japanische, westliche und Kindergerichte. Das Menü enthält viele Arten von Speisen, die absolut sättigend sind.
✔️Coffee Shop: Es gibt Coffeeshops A10+A11 in der Gemeinde. Die Qualität des Kaffees ist ziemlich gut. Wenn Sie Kaffee mögen, sollten Sie ihn sich nicht entgehen lassen.
✔️Dessertladen: Zhipu, ein Dessertladen in der Gemeinde, serviert Kuchen und Brot. Die Zimtschnecken schmecken gut und der baskische Käsekuchen hat einen starken Käsegeschmack, aber die Konsistenz ist etwas hart und nicht weich genug.
❺Transport & Umgebung
✔️Das Hotel liegt am Fuße des Berges Xinglong Wuling. Sie können nicht nur alleine fahren, sondern auch den Bus des Hotels nehmen. Detaillierte Informationen zum Bus finden Sie auf der Aranya APP.
✔️Wulin Mountain ist derzeit geschlossen, daher gibt es rund um das Hotel keine Touristenattraktionen.
✔️Auf dem Berg neben dem Hotel gibt es zwei reparierte Wanderwege. Den kleinen Pavillon am Weg erreichen Sie in 10 Minuten.
❻Highlights und Funktionen
Das Hotel bietet für jeden Gast einen persönlichen Butler-Service. Bei Fragen können Sie sich an den Butler wenden, der sehr benutzerfreundlich ist. Meine Haushälterin Ma Mengyuan ist eine wunderschöne junge Dame. Da ich schwanger bin, hat sie mir extra rutschfeste Hausschuhe, einen Luftreiniger und ein U-förmiges Kissen für schwangere Frauen mitgebracht, was sehr rücksichtsvoll ist.
Das Hotel bietet auch Waldwanderprojekte für Gäste an, die gerne wandern. Unter der Leitung professioneller Führer ist es sehr interessant, Ihnen mehr über die Pflanzen in den Bergen und Wäldern zu zeigen. Für Waldwanderungen ist eine vorherige Reservierung über Aranyas APP erforderlich, die 88 Yuan pro Person kostet.
Das Hotel stellt verschiedene Mietartikel für verschiedene Gästegruppen zur Verfügung, wie z. B. Kinderbetten, Toiletten, Badewannen usw. für Kinder; Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, Luftbefeuchter, Luftreiniger, Dampfglätter usw. für die breite Öffentlichkeit; U-förmige Kissen für schwangere Frauen; und ältere Menschen. Lesebrillen usw. sowie Blutzuckermessgeräte, Blutdruckmessgeräte usw. Sehr rücksichtsvoll.
❼Nachteile und Mängel:
Derzeit ist der Park noch nicht vollständig aufgebaut und es gibt nicht viel zu besichtigen.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

GGastnutzer實在是太滿意的住宿了，我們5人定了3間房，還給升級了，房間大，2023年裝修的，乾淨衞生！十分安靜，關鍵是離古城特別近，在古城牆下，走路逛古城夜景，真是完美的旅行！他們家也是國家5星級餐飲飯店，真的好吃不貴。我們5人花了306元，每個人都點了自己愛吃的！那手掰腸我的最愛！那牛肉粒，簡直比牛排還好吃！
可惜時間短，還有好多美味沒品嚐，下次來還吃住在這裏！

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

GGastnutzerDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

XXukexinVickyIch reise mit einem 13 Monate alten Baby und das Baby ist sehr glücklich, und ich auch!
Ausstattung: Es gibt einen Zaun (leider ist er nicht sehr stabil). Glücklicherweise habe ich meinen eigenen Zaun mitgebracht, der viel sicherer ist. Es wäre schön, wenn es mehr Eltern-Kind-Einrichtungen gäbe, etwa thermostatische Wasserkocher und Trockner für die Milchzubereitung sowie Kinderbadewannen. Das Reisen wäre viel komfortabler.
Service: Die Rezeption ist sehr gut! Die Kellner im Restaurant sind auch sehr gut, aber es sind nur wenige Leute da und das Essen im Shanghai-Restaurant unten ist fast immer kalt. Das Paket ist sehr passend, die Seilbahntickets und Thermenkarten sind sehr praktisch und der Kaffee ist auch sehr gut. Umgebung: Taiwu Town Anfang September ist eine Tour außerhalb der Hauptverkehrszeiten. Es gibt nicht viele Menschen, daher ist es sehr gemächlich. Es ist nicht kalt im Zimmer, aber es fühlt sich heiß an. Im Winter werde ich wieder Ski fahren.

The breakfast seems to be good, but I am not eating, just having morning coffee and the coffee was just ok. And long waiting at the coffee machine, because there is just one. Unfortunately I had a noisy neighbour and didn’t sleep well due to that, but the bed was comfortable
