Great location! Less than 1km from West Station. Personnel were very profesional. Breakfast great and rooms very big with all the necessary things. Would definitely book again if have to stay at Cangzhou.

The hotel is very conveniently located, super close to the subway station and easy to reach from the train station. There are lots of facilities available at the hotel at different prices: kids playground and sauna’s, swimming pool, spa, massages etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families that want to have a relaxing trip.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die erste Wahl, um Kinder nach Langfang zu bringen. Der Transport ist bequem, das Essen im Hotel ist gut und es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Langfang International Theatre City. Ich werde diesen Ort wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Langfang komme.

Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

Everting ist gut ,1st Mal, wenn ich als muslimischer Geschäftsmann in China kam, fand ich dieses Hotel mit HALAL Lebensmitteloptionen in einem Frühstück, auch, Lage in der Nähe aller meine erforderlichen Fabriken. Eines muss die Verwaltung sich auf folgende Aspekte konzentrieren: 1- Rauchen ist überall fast obwohl sie das Zeichen gezeigt haben ,“keine Rauchen “ aber niemand kümmert sich auch Hotelpersonal sowie besonders Frühstückszeitpersonal auch rauchen, was mir Angst und Krankheit als Nichtraucher gibt . In den Zimmern rauchen Menschen auch. Es ist sehr gut Hotel, aber keine nach den Regeln nicht rauchen. Neben dem Hotel ist ein halal Restaurant auch für Mittagessen und Abendessen verfügbar. Wichtig ist, dass sie auch Ruhezimmer haben.

Great, clean, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. During my trips to China, this was the only hotel where staff actively approached me to offer assistance, even guiding me around to ensure I didn’t get lost. While a bit more English would be helpful, it’s understandable given that Cangzhou doesn’t see many tourists. I was slightly unsure if there was a restaurant where I could get coffee at any time. Breakfast was good, but the gym felt small and below average compared to other hotels in Cangzhou.

這家酒店真的太棒了！從入住到離店，每一個細節都讓人感到賓至如歸。房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，房間隔音效果好，讓人一夜好眠。酒店的設施也很齊全，無論是健身房還是游泳池，都維護得非常好。工作人員的服務態度更是無可挑剔，他們總是面帶微笑，隨時準備提供幫助。早餐種類豐富，味道也很美味，讓我每天都能以滿滿的能量開始新的一天。地理位置也很優越，周邊有很多景點和購物中心，交通非常便利。總之，這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，我強烈推薦這家酒店，下次來還會選擇這裏！

Die Umgebung ist ok, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eher dürftig. Der Boden des Außenpools muss gereinigt werden; er ist mit Moos bedeckt. Er ist definitiv etwas schmutzig. In einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel wäre es nicht so schlimm. Außerdem waren Sauna und Dampfbad in der Umkleide geschlossen, sodass man etwas warten musste, bis man sie einschalten konnte (?). Wahrscheinlich nicht, um Strom zu sparen, oder? Ich habe zwar extra wegen des Pools gebucht, aber die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht dem eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels.

Meine Vorliebe für ein Hotel ist ein Haus. Wäre es nicht wunderbar, wenn das Hotelpersonal ihre Gäste als Familie behandelt? Sie verpassten in diesem Aspekt aber kudos an alle Mitarbeiter, die ihre besten versuchten, uns während des Aufenthalts bequem zu fühlen. Wir alle lieben den Pool besonders der erwärmte. Ich denke nur, dass sie zu streng auf die Benutzung einer Schwimmkappe sind, auch wenn Sie nur einen Dip oder hängen in der erwärmten Pool. Ich würde es völlig verstehen, wenn es Schwimmt, aber ja, es ist Hausregeln, ich denke nur, es ist zu viel. Das Frühstück war großartig!
