LLvzhe1997Eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist direkt mit dem Galaxy Ski Resort verbunden. Nachdem Sie im Hotel Ihre Schneekleidung angezogen haben, können Sie direkt in das Skigebiet einsteigen, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir haben während der Neujahrsfeiertage ein Zimmer mit Seeblick für 4 Tage und 3 Nächte gebucht. Tian Yue an der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich bei der Aufwertung des Zimmers in eine Suite. Die Kinder haben ihren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und das Schlittschuhlaufen genossen. Das werden sie auch Wählen Sie es beim nächsten Mal weiterhin aus.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

GGastnutzerDieses Hotel war für unsere Reise eine echte Überraschung. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Umgebung und eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Sowohl die Zimmeraufteilung, die Sauberkeit als auch die Parkausstattung und der Komfort sind sehr zufriedenstellend. Auch die kleinen Details im Zimmer sind sehr sorgfältig ausgewählt, vom Willkommensobst bis zu den Souvenirs. Die kostenlosen Snacks und Getränke, die im Voraus zubereitet werden, geben uns das Gefühl, besonders aufmerksam zu sein. Obwohl das Hotel nicht direkt am Hauptpark liegt, ist der Shuttlebus sehr praktisch. Die Verkehrsanbindung im gesamten Park ist gut organisiert, sodass sich die Gäste wohl und entspannt fühlen. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten, übernachten Sie im Nuo'an. Was mich aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, war die Mitarbeiterin Saria. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-in hatten wir viele Fragen, die uns nicht ganz klar waren. Jedes Mal, wenn wir ihr einen WeChat schickten, antwortete sie innerhalb von Sekunden, egal wie spät es war. Selbst wenn sie bereits Feierabend hatte, ging sie innerhalb von Sekunden ans Telefon und half uns schnell. Sie war sehr effizient und gewissenhaft bei der Problemlösung. Sie hat auch unsere Ruhezeiten berücksichtigt und uns geholfen, den Check-out zu verzögern, damit wir entspannter abreisen konnten. Ein anderes Mal wollten wir einen Shuttlebus zurück zum Hotel rufen. Wir rechneten damit, länger als zehn Minuten warten zu müssen, und kontaktierten sie deshalb vor Fahrtende. Unerwartet kam ein Bus in der Nähe, aber wir waren noch nicht zur Hauptstraße gelaufen. Als keine anderen Gäste im Bus waren, beauftragte sie den Shuttlebusfahrer Li Xu, noch ein paar Minuten auf uns zu warten. Das hat uns wirklich ein herzliches und angenehmes Gefühl gegeben. Vielen Dank! Insgesamt habe ich das Gefühl, dass Saria nicht nur „nur“ ihren Job erledigt, sondern sich wirklich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Diese Art von Service kann man nicht durch Training lernen. Er ist aufrichtig, rücksichtsvoll und von einer Wärme, die die Herzen berührt. Vielen Dank an Saria, denn sie hat diese Reise zu etwas ganz Besonderem und Erinnernswertem gemacht. Ich hoffe, ich kann bald wiederkommen und sie wiedersehen!

My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. Der Service an der Rezeption: Freundliche, herzliche und geduldige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind äußerst wichtig, da sie uns bei Fragen zum Hotel, zu lokalen Attraktionen und zum Transport schnell weiterhelfen können. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem ist es sehr empfehlenswert!

GGastnutzerInexpensive hotel in a small town, by China standards, about 50km from central Beijing. It has plush rooms that would cost three or more times the price in Beijing. Breakfast is excellent, so treat yourself and get that inclusive with your room. Here you will also avoid those massive Beijing crowds. The town is busy, but it won't swamp you. The hotel's in walking distance of the town's CBD; lots of fashion shops and resturants and the rest. Tianamen Square is about one hour via public transport and costs about 30 yuan each way. Take a 210 bus from near the hotel. It will cost 2 yuan and will take you to Gu'an East (Guandong) fast train station. Take that, for 24 yuan, to Beijingxi fast rail station. Go downstairs from there to the subway and get a ticket to Tianamen Dong for 4 yuan. Take a Line 9 train to Military Museum station and change trains, still on Line 9, for a quick trip to Tianamen Dong. The Square is upstairs. Join a que and enjoy China's crowd control efficiency. When you've seen enough for the day, retrace your steps and be back at your hotel in less than an hour. Find a good eating place, there are some right next door to the hotel, or walk some more, or get one of those little electric scooters nearby, to find someplace else. Do your laundry in the free self-service laundrette and while you wait have a workout in the small gym in the same area. If you're flying into Daxing International Airport, Beijing's second airport, you can get the fast train from there to Guandong. It'll cost about AU$1.70. It's one stop. The train back from Tianamen also goes that way and is why it is quicker than the trip in. It's a business hotel, so while staff are helpful, they aren't set up for tourists. English directions are sparse in the town, but you will find your way around okay, even without a translator. I wish I had stayed longer.
