Very convenient location for travelling. Staff is kind and helpful. Room are sufficiently clean. I often come to this hotel and I have never bean disappointed. Breakfast can be improved but is still sufficient. I recommend it.

Somerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apartment can accommodate 7 people in some ways. Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok. It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem. The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it. The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply. Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

Wow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. Modena is clean and staff are friendly. Unfortunately it’s not near a subway and is a long ways from the airport. 2 complaints: 1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker. 2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

Room was great, very clean, well appointed and very new. The location is also great,close to everything, breakfast was also good. Got upgraded due to Hilton Gold Member, however really no other recognitions. Unfortunately, the service was the let down, reception staff showed no interest, no eye contact, no communication, didn’t tell me where is the restaurant opening hours, inclusions of my room and worst didn’t even tell me where is the lift to get to our room.

Ich sah, wie Tante gerade mit Desinfizierungswasser über den Korridor getrieben hat, als sie aufhielt; der Geschmack der Schaumwut ist sehr gut Dienst: Der Chef ist sehr gut. Überlegen Sie, mit Kindern zu helfen, die Zimmertypen zu aktualisieren; wenn Sie jederzeit zum Touristenzentrum der Landschaftsregion fahren müssen; Geduld bei der Einführung der Landschaftsregion und der Spielregeln; beim Abreisen werden Sie auch Wasser für den Kunden auf der bequemen Straße trinken. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und verfügt über eine Bluetooth-Funktion? Sie können Ihre Lieblingslieder spielen Das Schlimme ist, dass ich, als ich nachts ins Hotel zurückkehrte, versehentlich den blauen Serviceaufzug nahm, um nach oben zu gelangen. Es gab immer Karren, die Handtücher schoben, um mir den Zugang zu erzwingen, und ich wusste nicht, dass ich die Gäste zuerst hineinlassen sollte ? Nach dem Verlassen des Hotels leistete der Hotelbutler Yuanyuan einen rücksichtsvollen Service und kümmerte sich um die Gäste, was ein Lob verdient.

Mein Aufenthalt im Wanda Yuehua Yinxi Hotel war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. 📍 Lage: Das Hotel verfügt über eine hervorragende Lage im Herzen der Stadt, umgeben von einer Vielzahl von Mahlzeiten. Zusätzlich ist es einfach nur einen 5-minute Wurzeln zum Eingang des Wudang Mountain, so dass es perfekt für Erforscher. 🏨 Zimmer: Während das Zimmer für meinen Gefallen ein Tad kompakt war, war es sauber und gut gepflegt. Leider war die Klimaanlage während meines Aufenthalts unzulänglich, was das Zimmer zuweilen etwas unbehaglich machte. 🚽 Einrichtungen: Eine Betonung war die modernen und unerwartet sauberen Toiletteneinrichtungen. Trotz der Nichtraucherpolitik des Hotels gab es jedoch einen bemerkenswerten Zigarettengeräusch in den Korridoren und einigen Zimmern. 🛎️ Service: Obwohl das Fehlen eines Aufzugs etwas ungünstig war, bietet das Personal keine Hilfe mit Gepäck. Obwohl es ursprünglich ganz aloof erschien, überraschte mich das Concierge-Personal mit ihrer Geduld und Hilfe, die wertvolle lokale Erkenntnisse lieferten. 👍 Zusätzliche Dienstleistungen: Das Hotel bietet Tour-Leitungsdienste zu einem erschwinglichen Preis, die ich mit externen Optionen gleichgestellt habe. Ich habe eine angeboten und war mit dem angebotenen Service zufrieden. Das Wanda Yuehua Yinxi Hotel bietet eine bequeme Lage und angemessen Einrichtungen, auch wenn es mit einigen kleinen Nachteilen.
