Dies ist das erste Mal in all den Jahren, dass ich auf Ctrip eine weniger gute Bewertung abgebe. Ich kann die Gefühle der Dame an der Rezeption, die mich eincheckte, nicht beschreiben. Sie klang wie eine Beamtin. Das Eltern-Kind-Zimmer hatte nur ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa. Es war etwas hart und unbequem. Die Badewanne bekam kein heißes Wasser, damit die beiden Kinder baden konnten. Wir mussten einen Wasserkocher ansetzen und Wasser nachgießen, während sie badeten. Ich checkte am Donnerstagnachmittag mit meinen drei Töchtern ein. Am Abend zuvor hatten wir nicht genug Zahnbürsten, also begnügten wir uns mit einer, weil es zu spät war und wir den Kellner nicht stören wollten. Am nächsten Tag bat ich die nette Kellnerin um eine Zahnbürste, aber das Erste, was sie mich fragte, war: „Haben Sie sich gestern Abend nicht die Zähne geputzt?“ Sie meinte: „Wo ist die Zahnbürste von gestern Abend?“ Ich lächelte und sagte, meine Tochter habe eine Einwegzahnbürste benutzt und sie weggeworfen. Ich wüsste nicht, wie ich sie für eine andere Verwendung aufbewahren sollte. Das Frühstück ähnelte einem Neun-Quadrat-Raster, was ok war. Allerdings war der Service der älteren Dame, die das Frühstück zubereitete, gut und die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch gut! Ich weiß nicht.

Ich verbrachte ein Wochenende in Suzhou zwischen zwei Fabrikbesuchen. Ich suchte eine Unterkunft im touristischen Zentrum von Gusu Yard. Das DongHuaLi Hotel gefiel mir auf Anhieb und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang (200 Meter) von der Straße entfernt, direkt auf der anderen Seite des Kanals, fernab der Touristenmassen auf der Pingjiang Lu. Vom Hotel aus merkt man davon nichts, da es angenehm ruhig ist. Man kann das Gebiet auch verlassen, ohne auf die Touristen zu treffen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon im dritten Stock. Klein, aber fein. Die Wäschemöglichkeiten waren gut. Der Frühstücksbereich/die Rezeption im Erdgeschoss war sauber und hell. Ich hatte zwar Frühstück gebucht, bin aber nie früh genug aufgestanden, um es zu probieren. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Das Hotel befindet sich über dem Suning Plaza im Stadtzentrum und bietet eine großartige Aussicht durch die raumhohen Fenster – wirklich atemberaubend! Von der Sky Lobby aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Das Frühstück war jedoch ziemlich durchschnittlich, besonders im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, in denen ich auf dieser Reise war, wie dem Grand Hyatt in Hefei und dem Intercontinental in Nantong. Der Unterschied ist deutlich. Es gibt viele Details, die verbessert werden könnten, zum Beispiel, dass die Waffeln versteckt werden, um sich Mühe zu sparen.

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Im temperierten Schwimmbad sind meine Kinder sogar dreimal geschwommen und waren immer noch nicht zufrieden. Das Resort ist am See gebaut, wobei die erste und zweite Phase miteinander verbunden sind. Das Restaurant Tongli No. 1 ist von Seen umgeben und bietet eine grenzenlose Landschaft. Es werden viele Kleintiere gezüchtet und Kinder können mehr als eine Stunde im Kleintierparadies bleiben. Es gibt viele Freizeiteinrichtungen und der Sightseeing-Zug wurde dreimal gefahren. Etwa 600 Meter vom Hotel entfernt gibt es ein Kreuzfahrtschiff. Für 10 Yuan können Sie von und nach Xingluozhou im Zentrum des Tongli-Sees fahren. Obwohl Xingluozhou klein ist, ist die Landschaft im Inneren einzigartig, mit Pavillons und Pavillons.

Obwohl es schon lange geöffnet ist, sind die Einrichtungen noch gut gepflegt und der Service von InterContinental ist hervorragend. Ihr Service ist stets einen Schritt voraus. Vor dem Check-in kontaktiert Sie ein Mitarbeiter proaktiv per WeChat, um Ihre Bedürfnisse zu erfragen und alles vorzubereiten. Frau Cora von InterContinental ist sehr nett und hat mir vor meiner Reise umfassende Tipps zu Restaurants, Bars und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Man kann sich einfach an ihre Empfehlungen halten. Überraschenderweise wurde uns ein Zimmer auf der Executive Etage mit Seeblick und Stadtpanorama zugewiesen, und am nächsten Morgen konnten wir einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang bewundern. Unser Kind bat mich, dem Hotel unbedingt eine hervorragende Bewertung zu geben. Zahnbürsten, Hausschuhe und Bademäntel für Kinder wurden alle im Voraus bereitgestellt und im Zimmer platziert. Frau Cora fragte uns täglich proaktiv nach unseren Bedürfnissen, was sehr aufmerksam war. Sie bot uns sogar an, Essenslieferungen entgegenzunehmen und aufs Zimmer zu bringen – wir wollten sie aber nicht belästigen. Das Frühstück war auch gut und es gab sogar die lokale Spezialität „Old Duck Blood Noodle Soup“, die sehr lecker war. Auch während der Stoßzeiten war das Restaurant gut organisiert. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die U-Bahn-Station Gulou bietet die Linien 1 und 4, sodass man überall bequem hinkommt. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Nanjing wieder hier übernachten, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

It was a wonderful hotel with easy access to local park, museum and theatre. The private outside spa was great and the inside hotel room was large had many amenities. We would stay there again.

Wir haben während unserer Reise im Jinling Hotel in Xinjiekou übernachtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Housekeeping, war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant Mei Yuan im zweiten Stock, das Huaiyang-Küche serviert, die für ihre leichte und milde Geschmacksrichtung bekannt ist – perfekt für ältere Menschen und Kinder. Die Buffets im Jin Hai Wan und im 56. Stock bieten eine große Auswahl und ausgezeichnete Qualität. Vielen Dank, Jinling Hotel, unser Aufenthalt in Nanjing war ein sehr zufriedenstellendes Reiseerlebnis für meine Familie und mich.
