Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

Das Zimmer war ursprünglich bestellt, ich hatte nicht so eine Überraschung erwartet! Der Doppelzimmer ist groß genug, wohnt nicht mit Kollegen, das Bett ist sehr solide. Die Details des Zimmers sind auch sehr gut gemacht, die Bürotisch, die Kühlschranke, das Bergwasser sind bereit, das Badezimmer ist auch sauber und die Handtücher sind neu. Die Leiter sind auch sehr stabil, brauch nicht zu lange warten, überhaupt überleben, Anley hat seinen Kollegen!

Ich bin hier, um dieses Lager zu wählen, das kleine Holzhaus ist sehr ruhig und komfortabel, die Landschaft des Lagers ist wunderschön, das Aktivitätsprojekt ist reichhaltig, die Frühstücks- und Abendessensgerichte sind viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Der kleine Hund im Lager ist jeden Tag so süß. Aber es ist eine schöne Nacht, wenn es nachts regnet, um die Flammenmusikfestival und den Sternenraum zu sehen. Es gibt die Chance, dieses Lager wieder zu besuchen. Ich glaube, es wird eine sehr gute Nacht sein.

This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel. There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better. 1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor. 2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.

Ich habe vor dem chinesischen Neujahr hier gelebt und ich lebe auch nach dem chinesischen Neujahr noch hier. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut und das Zimmer ist sauber. Beim Check-in erhalten Sie kostenlosen Joghurt. Ein Lächeln ist heilsam. Mir gefällt dieser Ort wirklich gut und ich werde das nächste Mal hier übernachten. Sie legten auch verschiedene Bücher in den Tianqu-Brunnen. Die Einrichtungen und Ausstattungen sind sehr vollständig.

There are many eateries around but we didnt get the chance to experience as we were always out and about. Highlight of this hotel is its laundry service, the hotel lady would kindly oversee the laundry and send it to our room. We have been to quite a number of atour hotels, but this one in Yining, rise up to another level.

Das Familienzimmer, in dem wir übernachtet haben, war in jeder Hinsicht ausgezeichnet, und ich war begeistert! 1. Die Haushälterin war sehr aufmerksam und verantwortungsbewusst: Sie kontaktierte mich vor dem Check-in und holte uns am nächsten Tag, als wir an der Station „Hemu Villa“ ankamen, innerhalb von zwei bis drei Minuten ab. Ihr Service war während des gesamten Aufenthalts zuvorkommend. 2. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und ruhig. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den kleinen Garten ist atemberaubend. Obwohl es im Sommer keine Klimaanlage gibt, war es im Zimmer nachts nicht heiß – viel besser als in dem Zimmer, in dem ich in Kanas übernachtet habe. Und ich fand es toll, dass zwei Hunde vor Ort waren und eine Kuhkatze gelegentlich vorbeikam und im zentralen Blumenbeet verweilte. Ich hoffe, diese Katzen und Hunde werden zukünftigen Gästen Freude bereiten. Ich werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Hemu bin.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).
