Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit guter Service. Ich bat um eine Zimmerdekoration für den Geburtstag meines Mannes, und das Hotelpersonal hielte es freundlich zu arrangieren, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Das Hotel verfügt auch über Wasch- und Trocknereinrichtungen, die sehr bequem waren - Ja. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebusservice zum Skigebiet, was es ermöglichte, sich sehr einfach und ohne Probleme umzudrehen. Ein Nebeneffekt war, dass wir einige Parzellen an das Hotel geliefert hatten, und leider war eine Parzelle aus Gründen fehlt, die noch unklar bleiben. Das Hotelpersonal war jedoch sehr bequem und hilfreich sie teilten die CCTV-Bild und machten die Anstrengungen, uns bei der Untersuchung der Frage zu helfen. Obwohl die Parzelle nicht wiederhergestellt werden konnte, schätzten wir ihre Transparenz und Anstrengungen.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. The staff are very helpful, we couldn't find any money exchanges around, but one male receptionist kindly changed money for us at a fair rate, we appreciated. There's a shopping building just at the corner across from the hotel, we loved the food market inside there, they have varieties of food such as fresh fruit, veges, bread, cakes and everything! I liked their breakfast, not too much, not too little, freshly cooked local meals in buffet style, enjoyed eating the congee with a little seasoning. They have toast with nice flavoued jam and marmalade as well, it was more than enough❤️ We also slept very well, quiet and comfortable.

難得在禾木能有這樣高水準的酒店。酒店很新，設施完備，床品舒適温馨，早餐豐富美味，晚餐燒烤更是新疆特色十足你烤羊腿是我吃過最好吃的羊肉了！贈送纜車是個大大的驚喜，2800米的雲霄峯，四國交匯處太讚了，一定要去打卡！同時，所有服務人員都十分熱情有禮貌。特別是管家Iris，從入住前就主動聯絡，温柔熱情又周到，所有事情幫忙安排的井井有條，使得我們整個旅程非常的開心完美🥳還有熱情大方的行李員阿里，主動為我們介紹禾木滑雪等旅遊特色，令我們印象深刻。為我們禾木兩天的旅程畫上完美句號。下次來禾木，這你還會來這間酒店！

Ich bin hier, um dieses Lager zu wählen, das kleine Holzhaus ist sehr ruhig und komfortabel, die Landschaft des Lagers ist wunderschön, das Aktivitätsprojekt ist reichhaltig, die Frühstücks- und Abendessensgerichte sind viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Sie müssen nicht zurück in die Stadt des Countys und essen, hier essen Sie sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist enthusiastisch und freundlich und die Dinge haben eine Antwort. Der kleine Hund im Lager ist jeden Tag so süß. Aber es ist eine schöne Nacht, wenn es nachts regnet, um die Flammenmusikfestival und den Sternenraum zu sehen. This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel. There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better. 1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor. 2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.

Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber; dennoch hatte mein Zimmer einen Rauchgeräusch, obwohl ich ein nichtrauchendes Zimmer beantragt hatte. Auf der hellen Seite ist der Service ausgezeichnet und sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr gut mit einer Standard, breiten Auswahl an Optionen zu wählen.
