My best friend and I booked a night there before going to do Ha Giang Loop and we loved it so much that we booked another night after coming back from the loop 🥰 All the stuff is really friendly and helpful! Breakfast and drinks are included when booking a room. The pool was very clean! Rooms and shared bathroom was actually pretty clean for a hostel and considering the location! They had few board games, billiard and karaoke as entertainment for guests. We also booked a tour through them and had the best time of our life with great guide and drivers! Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location of Yen Bien Luxury hotel and right centralized at the Ha Giang city. It is the upscale choice of the Day 0 stay before the Loop trip. The final day stay is upscale. The grand lobby is luxury. The suite room is big. The breakfast is the better one among the town. The city square, 0km landmark, riverside restaurants, museum, are in walking distance. The bath room and toilet are luxury. Warm Water pressure comes fast. Cool and Warm conditioner is equipped. Suite room has 2 tv sets. The corner room is 55m2 large, which can overview the Lo river and the hills. The distance to the bus station is a few minutes taxi driving. The pool is the better one in town.

As a lifetime Titanium elite member, I’ve been waiting for a Marriott Bonvoy member hotel to open in Northern Vietnam, and it finally happened in December 2024. The hotel’s brand new so there were some minor glitches here and there, but overall I had a very enjoyable stay. The management was attentive and staffs were very friendly. The hotel is next to Ha Giang’s biggest shopping mall and is walking distance to the local market as well as Ha Giang View Mountain. It’s also the tallest building in the area so the view is magnificent. I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Es ist ein besseres modernes Hotel in der Bergstadt Ha Giang. 2 km Meilenstein nach der Stadt ist vor dem Hotel. Das Bild in der Google-Karte sieht schön aus. Das Hotel überblickt den Fluss Lo. Der Busbahnhof ist in der Nähe des Hotels in einer Spazierweiterung. Die Autovermietungsgeschäfte können in Fußgängerabstand gefunden werden. In der Stadt gibt es nur zwei 4* Hotels. es hat mehr Aufzüge und das Personal verwendet eine separate. Es ist auch ein Tag 0 Hotel vor/nach Ihrer Ha Giang Road Reise. Ein weiteres 4* Hotel im Zentrum. Für das Frühstück entspricht es dem internationalen Standard. Es ist immer noch wie das Regierungshotel. Das Hotel hat eine Atmosphäre/Luft im Lobby. Die Garage ist groß für Autos und Motorräder Parken. Die Aufzüge können vom Garage bis zum Gästeboden erreichen. Es ist gut, mit der Buchung/Agoda zu buchen. In Ha Giang gibt es nicht viel Wahl für große Hotels. Viele Wester gingen auf der Straße und blieben in den Hostels. Einige Tourgruppen werden in den 4* Hotels verblieben.

The host family is big and friendly, the lady can speak good English. The room is beautifully decorated and the view from the window (and balcony!) is wonderful. Unfortunately my room was not fully prepared (missing tea and instant coffee) and there was a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was too simple.

Great place to rest and recharge before the Ha Giang bike tour. We arrived late, but check in is easy. A clean hotel, hot water, and comfortable beds. A quick stay before setting off on our adventure.

We stayed for one night and used the place that is starting point for the loop. The host are incredibly friendly and helpful, and will really go out of the way to help you Have a great trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Dinner is also good and the beer is very cold 😉 who is really great for relaxing after a hot day. Highly recommend!

Я бронировал комнату но оказалось что это ошибка на сайте и это не комната а кровать в общем номере. Не смотря на то что кровать отделена шторой и сеткой из бамбука от других кроватей - Вы все равно всех видите и слышите, и Вас все видят и слышат так как штора меньше чем проем. Сайт с меня списал 10 евро ( так обычно стоит отдельная комната) а по факту в соседних отелях такое размещение стот 5 евро. Отель сложно найти не смотря на указатеть. Пройти можно только пешком или на байке. В картах гугл дорогу не показывает и когда приходишь к указателю то кажется что дороги нет и указатель врет. Туалет один для мужчин и один для женщин. Может быть очередь. Дом построен из досок и между ними большие щели, если дует ветер то очень сильно сквозит через щели. Много москитов. Мне не повезло с другими продивающими, которые проснулись в 5 утра и громко разговаривали, разбудив и меня и не давая уснуть.

The location was a bit off the main street, but everything else was wonderful. Especially the owner's family was very kind. On the night I was taking the bus back to Hanoi, I had some time to spare before departure, so I wandered around and when I came back, the owner was waiting to have dinner together. They asked me where I had been, which was very touching. And when it was time for the bus, they even drove me to the bus stop. I tried to give them a tip as an apology, but they refused to take it and just said 'Come again'

Wir haben eine 4d/3n Tour in Ha Giang mit Easy Riders in der Premium Gruppe gebucht und es geliebt!! So eine tolle Erfahrung, so schöne Natur und spannende Kultur. Die Tour war perfekt organisiert und wir hatten zwei Profi Easy Rider (Nam und Bao), die wir ins Herz geschlossen haben. Ich habe mich noch nie so sicher auf einem Motorrad gefühlt. Wirklich! Das Yolo Hostel ist schlicht und sieht aus wie ein gängiges Hostel eben aussieht, aber reist viel mit Atmosphäre und Herzlichkeit heraus. Außerdem haben sie die Fahrer mit Go Pros ausgerüstet, was sehr cool war. Auf der Tour waren alle Hostels sehr sauber und schön, und wir hatten nach vegetarischem Essen gefragt. Das war super lecker jeden Tag! Danke für die schöne Zeit!! Wir nehmen sie mit zurück nach Deutschland :)

We arrived in the evening witj a bus from Hanoi. We were tired from the trip but Kwang helped us really well getting a room the night before we were riding the HG loop. He even suggested a cheaper option. Hotelroom was comfortable for our family. We had a pleasant stay and decent service.

Stayed in Nov 2023 for 1 night Pros: -the staff were friendly but couldn't speak English. good hospitality though. -room was quite comfortable for a traditional style house. bed and pillow was comfortable, they had a mosquito net around the bed. -it was very clean -toilet and shower were kind of separated by a short wall -shower was nice and warm with good pressure, although apparently if others are taking showers the hot water can run out but we didn't experience that. -hairdryer is provided in the room -they served us a dinner even though we didn't prebook and it was alright. it's fresh of course, black chicken and some cured pork -airconditioner -wifi speed tested was fine at 25.8 mbps download and 23.9 mbps upload. Cons: -no sound insulation at all. you can hear when your next door neighbour is talking. luckily they didn't talk past say midnight. -quite expensive for what it was, compared to other places in Dong Van or the Ha Giang loop ~$120 AUD or ~$80 USD or ~73 Euro. -a major con i would say and something they should address is the smoke at night coming into the rooms. Most of the private rooms are upstairs and below is a hall with dining tables and a big open fireplace. At night they light the fireplace with wood and a lot of smoke is generated and that smoke goes upwards through the wooden floorboards into all the rooms. At night I was feeling weird in my lungs and I couldn't understand, i thought it was maybe insect repellant they put outside but when my eyes and throat started feeling very irritated and felt like they were burning to the point where I felt like I couldn't breath I went downstairs and i opened the door into the hallway and a huge haze of smoke filled the place, it looked pretty dangerous and all that smoke was causing me to cough in the room...so luckily we left those big doors open for a while and we put out the fire (no staff around late at night) and eventually after 30 minutes or more the smoke dissipated to a lower level where I could at least sleep. But I still felt it linger a bit. I feel like this is a health hazard and toxic to your lungs honestly. -So to cut a long story short they left the fire burning at the fireplace in the hall at the bottom level causing the smoke to go upwards through the wooden floorboards blanketing our room which is a major health and fire hazard. This was discovered when we went down to the hall to investigate the source of the smoke.
