To Day du Gia Village

One of the best stays we had in our 5 day trip along the Ha Giang loop. Would highly recommend staying here. The staff were also very nice. Unfortunately we arrived after dark and like someone else had mentioned the last few hundred meters to the guesthouse are pure dirt roads and not paved. In the dark it can be tricky but at the end of the road is a really well lit guesthouse. The bungalow (design room) was just as pictured. Super spacious with large window doors overlooking the garden an valley. The shower and toilet are actually separated into two areas (the first for us out of our last 7 rooms in Vietnam). They provide a fan, ac, mini heater, hair dryer, kettle, water, and coffee in the room. Out in front we had a little porch with a table and two chairs, great spot to have morning coffee. The overall decor is modern and nicely done. The night we stayed over it rained and the sound inside the room was lovely. You can also hear a lot of nature sounds from outside but surprisingly not too many roosters. We had a great nice sleep and enjoyed delicious crepes with bananas in the morning. One great perk is that the guesthouse is super close to the Du Gia waterfall, about a 15 min walk behind the guesthouse. We were able to go to the waterfall and come back for a shower all before checkout.

Very nice homestay. The try their BEST to make you feel confortable. The food is delicious. Location beautiful and quiet. Highly reccomended 💯

Family hotel. The view is amazing and the waterfall is close by.

We arrived around 7pm and it was dark after following the map we arrived but could not see the property, you have to drive a little bit further and a sign appears. Then you have to follow a bumpy dirt track for about 5 minutes where the owners dog led the way which was hilarious 😂🤣. We arrived and a lady greeted us and took us to our bungalow. We were the only guests that evening it was so quiet and peaceful 😌. The owner also cooked us a rice dinner which was nice 😋. Breakfast in the morning was pleasant ☀️.

Gorgeous location! A little tricky to get to on a dirt path but we managed on our motorbike. The room is inside a big house so you can hear what’s going on outside the door. No private bathroom as advertised, but the shared bathroom was great.

Простой домик, со всем необходимым внутри. Хороший напор воды, кондиционер быстро охлаждает. Завтрак вкусный, но скромный. Из домика прекрасный вид на горы.

Я бронировал комнату но оказалось что это ошибка на сайте и это не комната а кровать в общем номере. Не смотря на то что кровать отделена шторой и сеткой из бамбука от других кроватей - Вы все равно всех видите и слышите, и Вас все видят и слышат так как штора меньше чем проем. Сайт с меня списал 10 евро ( так обычно стоит отдельная комната) а по факту в соседних отелях такое размещение стот 5 евро. Отель сложно найти не смотря на указатеть. Пройти можно только пешком или на байке. В картах гугл дорогу не показывает и когда приходишь к указателю то кажется что дороги нет и указатель врет. Туалет один для мужчин и один для женщин. Может быть очередь. Дом построен из досок и между ними большие щели, если дует ветер то очень сильно сквозит через щели. Много москитов. Мне не повезло с другими продивающими, которые проснулись в 5 утра и громко разговаривали, разбудив и меня и не давая уснуть.

Incredible special place to stay. Settled in the mountains you’ll find this retreat. Make sure to book to pods for the best experience. The hosts are fantastic, and cook the best food I had in Vietnam. The waterfall is a short 15 mins walk from the homestay. The pods are amazing, everything you need. Clean and tidy. Wake up To the bird song.
