Die Deluxe Cottage-Zimmer liegen nicht im Hauptgebäude und man kann den Sonnenaufgang im sechsten Stock beobachten. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren groß und sauber, das Badezimmer war etwas veraltet und die Handtücher hatten einen seltsamen Geruch. Das Zimmer hat einen Safe und ein Bügeleisen. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet, was nicht schlecht ist. Das einzige Problem ist, zum Hotel zu kommen, es gibt nur 2 kostenlose Shuttles vom Seeufer, ansonsten muss man ein Taxi nehmen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

The property is absolutely out of pokhara and very close to nature. To reach this place is tough but once you reach it, you will enjoy it. Awesome beautiful property. Nice polite staff and ready to help always. The swimming pool is superb. Over-all very happy

ポカラで宿泊施設が多く集まるレイクサイド地区にあるが、大通り沿いではないため静かに過ごせる。 部屋は広く快適で、冷蔵庫が無いこと以外は設備面は問題ない。エレベーターもあり、停電しても自家発電があるのかすぐに復旧する。 朝食もそれなりにバラエティがあり、おいしく食べられる。付近のホテルより若干価格帯が高いが、十分にその価値があるホテル。

Wifi ist gut. Ich habe Frühstück gebucht, aber es wurde mir gesagt, es gibt kein Frühstück. Um Mitternacht wurde die Tür verriegelt, und ich kann nicht raus. Es gibt kein warmes Wasser im Moment. Gute Landschaft. Das Personal ist alle guten Leute ♪ Bitte verwenden Sie es, wenn Sie nach Sarancot gehen.

The look of the hotel does not look close to the photos on the trip.com. The photos are misleading and probably a max 3 stars hotel. The room I booked does not come with a bathtub which I really wanted after 5 days trekking to ABC. The air-control ran out of battery and took them more than 30 mins to come and fix it. It also took 5 mins before the hot water comes in the morning. The room and other 4 rooms are in the building that does not have lift and will be a real issue if one comes with big luggage. The building does not look like other 3-4 buildings. The check out time is noon and you have to pay 50% to late check out. In conclusion, it is not worth that kind of money for the room I stay.

I’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating.  The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality.  Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained.  The towel rail was fitted  askew.  The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet.  I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings.  Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’. Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.

Trotz der ersten Eincheckungsfragen, bei denen ich um Unterzeichnung eines leeren Gästeformulars gebeten wurde, war das Hotelpersonal ausgezeichnet. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie einreisen oder ausreisen, begrüßt das Personal Sie, was etwas überraschend ist. Die Zimmer sind funktionell, sauber und teuer. Obwohl das Hotel veraltet erscheint, nachdem ich in trekking Teehäusern verblieben bin, würde ich viel lieber hier sein. Das Frühstück war lecker. seltsam genug, hatte ich einen Buffet einen Tag und à la carte den nächsten. Die Lage ist fantastischIch konnte meine Waschmaschine, einen Haarschnitt, und mieten einen Scooter, alle auf der gleichen Straße. Es ist weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Phewa Lake, mit einer Menge von Essen in der Nähe. Ich gebe vier Sterne wegen des Eincheckverfahrens.

Aufgrund der Lage und der günstigen Lage war es unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Fewa Camp. Wir haben unser Gepäck dort drei Tage lang gelagert, während wir wandern gingen, und sind dann zurückgekommen, um wieder in dieses Hotel einzuchecken. Alles in allem sind wir froh, wieder dasselbe Zimmer zu haben. Vielen Dank, Team

とても綺麗なホテルでした。 珍しくバスタブもあります。お湯もしっかり出たので、お風呂に浸かることがてきました。 これはホテルの責任ではないと思いますが、残念ながらGが出ました。ホテルは殺虫剤を散布したのち、希望があれば部屋を変えることを提案してくれました。 とても良い対応でした。
