EExplore the world with JosephI had a pleasant stay at City Rise Hotel Miri during my visit to Miri. The hotel offers a comfortable and clean environment, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay.
One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its convenient location, with easy access to restaurants, shopping areas, and local attractions around Miri city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, while the hotel provided good value for money compared to other accommodations in the area. My booking comes with a breakfast, which was great to start the day.
Overall, I had a satisfying experience and would recommend City Rise Hotel Miri to travelers looking for an affordable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay.

GGastnutzerVery recommended to others. That was my second time stay there and it is the best place to stay. But for my second time there are faulty lights at room 308, the rest is okay nice experience stay there and maybe LI HUA is my fav place to stay during my work travels. Thanks.

RRyan@TDas Hotel wird derzeit renoviert, daher ist das Betreten und Verlassen etwas umständlich. Das Hotel ist jedoch rücksichtsvoll und beseitigt dieses unangenehme Gefühl. Ohne die Renovierung gäbe es keinen solchen Vorzugspreis, oder?

EElynSLDas Hotel vermittelt ein Gefühl von Privatsphäre und bietet einen höheren Standard als das Damai Beach Resort.
Am ersten Abend von Gawai findet für alle Hotelgäste eine besondere Veranstaltung statt, die sehr beliebt ist.
Das Hotel stellt Toilettenartikel wie Duschgel und Shampoo der Marke L'Occitane zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es kostenlose Schlafkissen, die einen erholsamen Schlaf fördern.
Der Nachteil ist, dass das Zimmer nicht sauber war. Vermutlich lag es an der hohen Belegung und der damit verbundenen Zeitmangel für eine gründliche Reinigung. Es gab Spinnweben, Staub auf dem Glasschrank und kleine Kakerlaken.
Außerdem sollte das Zimmer, entgegen der Anzeige auf Trip.com, Meerblick haben, ich bekam jedoch ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Hügel (und eingeschränktem Meerblick).

AAnonymer BenutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist sehr strategischer, mit viel Ernährungsmöglichkeiten und Einrichtungen in der Nähe von Wandern, was ein eindeutiger Vorteil ist.
Der Service scheint jedoch durch einen Mangel an Personal beeinflusst zu sein. Bei dem Frühstück haben wir lange warten, bis Kaffeekoppen, Saft und Wasser gefüllt werden. Die Cutlery-Einrichtung und die Tischclearing waren auch langsam, was zu einem Rückzug von Werkzeugen von anderen Tischen oder zu Fuß zum Servicestation zu bekommen, um Napkins, Forks und Lippen.
Wir haben ähnliche Herausforderungen während des Hochzeits, an dem wir teilnahmen, beobachtet. Grunddienstleistungen wie Trinkfüllung wurden oft übersehen und mussten mehrfach beantragt werden.
Insgesamt würden Verbesserungen bei der Personal- und Serviceleistung die Gästeerfahrung erheblich verbessern, obwohl die Lage hervorragend ist.

AAnonymer BenutzerI booked a Standard Hill View King on Chinese New Year Eve, The overall stay is a decent one, was provided with one King size bed and one single size bed, room was equipped with one mini fridge, one kettle and some cups, tissues, TV but the satellite line was bad as TV line appears unstable, small hair dryer, you can refer to photo I posted for amenities and room view, what I showed is all I got. Breakfast wasn't many choice but good enough, they have laksa, kolomee, salad, nasi lemak, bread

NncnicoleWir waren zum ersten Mal im Hilton und waren von dem frisch renovierten Hotel total beeindruckt. Perfekte Zimmer, tolle Lage, toller Service und leckeres Essen. Wir werden wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir wieder nach Kuching kommen. Es gibt nichts Schlechtes über dieses Hotel zu sagen.

Furthermore, the hotel sits right near Chinatown, placing vibrant culture and historic charm directly at your doorstep.
The surrounding area is a paradise for food lovers, boasting a massive variety of dining selections. From bustling local hawker stalls serving authentic Sarawakian dishes to modern cafes, you will never run out of incredible options to try.
