Hotels mit Frühstück in Präfektur Niigata, Japan

Der Standort befindet sich direkt vor dem Bahnhof Niigata! Es war so bequem, überall hinzukommen, Der Service war super, das große Bad und das Frühstück auch!^^ Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen, wenn ich Niigata wieder besuche! Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung entsprach der eines 5-Sterne-Hotels! Ich habe mich gut erholt! Danke!^^

The hotel is close to the train station, but need to walk uphill. Although we clearly booked 2 adults 2 kids in Trip.com but the hotel still charged the extra costs for 2 kids (2 years old) for additional 4400 Yen, pay cash at the checkin counter. The room was ready at 3PM and got the room on 3rd floor with mountain view at the back of hotel. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Staff came for turning down the bed futon in the evening. The breakfast was so amazing and plenty of choices. Overall, we had a good stay. 

The hotel itself is quite nice, and the service at the reception desk was excellent. The staff in person were polite and genuinely tried to help with anything I needed during my stay. However, I was very disappointed with the phone service. When I called the hotel and spoke in English, the call was hung up on me. I tried several times and the same thing happened. It did not seem like the staff member on the phone was willing to assist or find a solution. This left a very negative impression. As this is an “International Hotel,” I expected at least basic English communication or an attempt to assist rather than disconnecting the call. I already informed the hotel about this issue and I sincerely hope they improve their phone service permanently. Additionally, the hotel is located 10 mins by walk from the city center so you will likely need to take a taxi to travel around. Overall, the in person service was good but the phone communication experience needs serious improvement.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe dem JR-Station und einigen Skiausrüstungen Geschäft. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, aber einige können nicht flüssig in Englisch kommunizieren. Wir reservierten ein Zimmer mit Abendessen und Frühstück mit verschiedenen Wahlen. Sie haben auch während der Abendessensitzung kostenlos Saki angeboten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und werden in Zukunft wieder sein.

a last minute short ski trip found me checking out this resort and it suited me just fine.  I only had time to ski for 2 days and was pleasantly surprised by the good value for money here. Arriving in the early morning from Ueno on the 0649hr Shinkansen, I hopped onto the 0810hr hotel shuttle, registered myself at the front desk (had my room assigned but check in was at 3pm) and found myself on the slope just shortly after 9am. Hotel guests also have free use of a locker to keep our equipment overnight.   I was contemplating to visit another slope (maybe Gala or Iwappara) the next day but enjoyed myself enough to save the hassle and continue skiing at Naspa Ski Garden on the second day.  Ski passes for both days were free for hotel guests (although I only stayed a night).  Breakfast was a  sumptuous spread of buffet the next morning.  Room was large, nice and clean.  Onsen was perfect.  I checked out after breakfast, left my bags with storage and at the end of the day, use the changing area to pack up before catching the hotel shuttle to Echigo Yuzawa Station.  I managed to do some shopping in Ginza and had a great sushi meal there before heading to the hotel.   I will certainly return! A big thank you to all the staff!

Ich habe meine Handschuhe irgendwo in einer Stadt, die ich besuchte, verlegt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfreich, mir zu helfen, diese Orte zu rufen, die ich besuchte, um zu überprüfen, ob sie meine Handschuhe finden können. Trotz der Sprachbarriere waren sie sehr proaktiv in ihrer Hilfe und Hilfe. Ich kann nicht helfen, sondern ich fühle die berühmte japanische Gastfreundschaft aus ihren Diensten. Sie haben ein Restaurant im Haus, das lokale Gerichte serviert, die Sie in Niigata zu versuchen, ihre Service waren auch sehr freundlich und willkommen. Ich fühlte mich sehr bequem mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel wegen ihrer Aufmerksamkeit auf den Service.

Very nice place to stay! Quiet during the spring/summer period due to the area being more popular in winter. Very near Echigo Yuzawa Station within 5min walk. Was welcomed into the hotel nicely with complimentary matcha and snack. Upon check in there was even a cute Gachapon game in which you could win one of their special Niigata/Yuzawa stuff! I won a small pack of Niigata rice. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy futon bed. The public baths were so nice and well maintained! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. If you did not reserve their special dinner/breakfast set, you can still do say with 2 days advanced order over the front desk. I also love that they provide free shuttle to the station at check out upon request! Definitely staying here again if ever back in the area 🫶🏼

Excellence location next to Niigata Station. Good for those without car. Many things to do and eat within walking distance. For those with a car, it would be good to find out the parking arrangement provided by the hotel since the hotel lobby is on the 4th floor. Park your car at shopping mall Plaka 1 / 2 then go up to the lobby to check-in and settle the parking charges.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am JR-Bahnhof Niigata, etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Schräg gegenüber befindet sich ein Sake-Laden, der die Abe-Serie anbietet. Sake-Liebhaber sollten unbedingt vorbeischauen. Die Preise sind zudem angemessen. Ausstattung: Gut Sauberkeit: Gut Ambiente: Gut Service: Gut. Die Privatsphäre wird respektiert und man wird nie unnötig belästigt.

Schöner Ort, ein paar Tage zu bleiben. Sauber und komfortabel Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit Lachs. Kostenlos unbegrenzter Tee.
