GGastnutzerI had booked a very budget friendly standard AC room for single occupancy, it's a small cozy room sufficient for one person with attached bathroom, TV, AC, large mirror and a small wardrobe. They provided a half liter water bottle complimentary and promptly served me a hot cup of tea and two biscuits on request. Since, I was already too tired to go out to get anything, they arranged for a guy who took my order and got me all my stuff and took a minimal delivery charge. Their staff Nimai is a very genuine person who paid for all my stuff in cash from his pocket and asked me to pay back just once only when he was leaving for the day. The hotel is clean, lobby smells good and even has a public urinal incase if someone has to use after checkout or before checkin and to my surprise, even that was clean and nicely maintained. They give clean towels, 2 thick blankets, soap and shampoo. Overall I had a peaceful night after a tiring day just the way anyone would want. Since the hotel is on the service road to GT Road, I was saved from the noisy environment at bazaar which is 200 mts away from this hotel. Thank you Nimai, you're doing a fabulous job 🙏🙏🙏

GGastnutzerI used to stay in hotel is-pat during my to tours in 2007 to 2010 because of their hospitality and food. I came here after 14 years feeling proud to say that still their hospitality and quality of food is best in asansol. Moreover the involvement of cm d mr mukherjee is really commendable. Meeting with mr himadri mukherjee was a lifetime experience. I recommend and wish is-pat international to grow further to achieve another milestone. Congratulations mr mukherjee for keeping your commitment towards highest level of hospitality.

GGastnutzerThe property is a little far from the main city and there are very few options to come back to the city. Rapid o and uber rides were also not available and the cleaning of the hotel room was also not done properly and the ac was also not cooling properly.

PPANCHALWe loved this property and its location of course. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast also. And the roof top is very nice and neat with an amazing view of marine drive. And the staffs are very helpful . Special mention to Mr. Pravakar. He helped a lot with our luggage and he helped our seniors also. Thank you
