The location is good coz it's not too far from city and attractive place, also there are the resfaurant and convenient store neqrby. The room and toilet is super huge and we got the coffee maker in the room. The staff was helpful and the hotel has big parking.
One thing is the electricity is black out by no reason twice that we stayed two nights and we closed the door and get in again, then the electricity resume normal. Also, the staffs or someoneelse were behind our toilet and smoked behind there and bad smell come to our room at night

Beautiful location, excellent hospitality , wonderful food. There is so much to see and do around the hotel and it’s absolutely amazing to come back to a spa after a day full of hiking in and around Killarney National Park.

Gorgeous, simple hotel that does all the important things right and then goes a step beyond. So much thought put into the small details in the rooms, which are beautifully decorated without being too sparse or overwhelming. Very central to Tralee.

Location is a little bit outside the town center.
Unfortunately, rooms do not have any air-conditioning, but Hotel will offer to use of a small fan.
Staff at this hotel are particularly friendly and helpful, but in my opinion are limited by the age of the building.

Der Service ist alles gut Frühstück sehr gut für die Nacht sehr laut machen jeden Abend verschiedene Veranstaltungen, ein Tag nicht Frühstück, weil ich sehr müde war, nicht schlafen lassen und ich bevorzuge nicht Frühstück, auch wenn ich Frühstück bezahlt war.

GGastnutzerSean was welcoming friendly and very helpful. Salmon Leap is a more traditional place to stay than some tourists might want, but it was fine for us. Pretty location in a valley, not too far from Killarney (20 min drive). Delicious local sourced food very nice indeed in sensible portion sizes but Sean is more than happy to provide more if wanted- the breakfast including the coffee was savage (very nice!). Internet works ok which helps as there’s no mobile signal in the valley. Sadly couldn’t get the TV channels to work in the room but there’s a TV in the lounge, and you can use the room TV to watch YouTube/netflix/prime but you’ll need to log into your account which we couldn’t do as they wanted to send security code to our phone- which had no pickup. Didn’t spoil our stay in this lovely farmhouse BnB. Oh and the beds are sooo comfy. And the decor is perfect for visitors as a slice of traditional ireland :) bring your own shower gel/ shampoo, and there was no tea/coffee facility we could find in our room, but neither affected us. We’d really recommend as long as telephone contact and TV don’t matter. Nice.

GGastnutzerLove Killarney Royal Hotel. Elegant and cozy. Our suite at the front of the hotel was spacious and light. We didn’t mind facing the Main Street as we like to observe people going and coming. My friend got a bigger suite but it faced the inside so there was not much natural light and was dark. Breakfast was delicious. Service was great from the receptionist to the breakfast ladies and a special mention to John the bellman who recommended great restaurants, helped with our luggage’s and even hop in our car to show us the way to the carpark and walked back with us (3mn walk). Kudos to all the team for making our stay in Killarney memorable.

GGastnutzerEviston House Hotel is located in the heart of Killarney. The location couldn't have been better. The hotel is very close to a large public car park which is safe and convenient. The hotel is very close to all local amenities and everything is within walking distance. The Hotel is also very close to Killarney House and grounds which is very convenient for a beautiful walk. The Hotel itself is very welcoming, the accommodation has all that you would need on a stay, very clean and comfortable. The Hotel has a good food menu which offers great value.

GGastnutzerWe stayed for 2 nights in October 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very cute, not like a standard hotel room. The restaurant was very good and everyone was very friendly. It was in a great location for sightseeing-we did the Ring of Kerry while we were staying and we would have loved to stay longer. We hope to return some day!

GGuest UserWas für ein schönes Hotel! Es ist ein wenig von der Mitte von Tralee entfernt, aber ein kurzer Taxi fahren entfernt. Sie können um die Erde gehen- sicher zu sehen, die Bienen! Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet- und Frühstück ist in Ihrem Zimmerpreis enthalten. Der Service ist sehr gut. Im Lobby gibt es wenig Sitzknoten, wo man eine Tasse Tee genießen kann und einfach lesen kann. Sie haben auch Fahrräder für Ihren Gebrauch. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut eingerichtet. Ich genossen mein Aufenthalt dort enorm!
