Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast.
Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

Es gibt keine gute Lage in der Nähe von NEC. Auch wenn das Haus weit entfernt ist, kommt es schnell. Es gibt keine Autos. Die allgemeine Umgebung ist sehr gut. Es gibt Innenbars, Freibars, aber es gibt keine Elekträder, wenn es schwerer empfiehlt, die Rezeption zu lagern.

Absoluut erstaunlich Hotel , in Acren Land zu Fuß um .
Das Personal war großartig .
Die Zimmer waren sauber und warm.
Das Frühstück war ein Buffet-Stil mit viel zu wählen.
Wird wieder bleiben , hoffentlich die beiden Geister treffen , die den Ort verhaften .

I stayed here at the end of May 2025 as a solo traveller. Quiet location with buildings in very nice landscaped grounds. All areas of the hotel I experienced were spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive in all areas at all times. Bed was comfy and room facilities all I needed. Would happily stay here again.

Birmingham Hostel: Unbeatable Value!
Die Betten sind sauber und gemütlich, die gemeinsamen Bereiche sind funktional und die Grundausstattung sind alle abgedeckt. Die Lage ist super bequem nahe dem Transport von Links und Einkaufsbereichen, wodurch man um eine Brise kommt. Das Personal ist freundlich und beantwortet schnell Fragen. Großer Wert für Geld, eine Top-Pick für Backpackers. Wird sicher wieder bleiben!

Haigs Hotel in Solihull liegt in Flughafennähe, 10 Minuten Fahrt von Resorts World Birmingham und National Exhibition Centre entfernt. Dieses Hotel ist 16,4 km von Warwick Castle und 26,4 km von University of Birmingham entfernt.

JJeff & LynLovely overnight stay.
Hotel was really busy with a large party but the staff looked after us really well.
Not a reflection on the hotel but they booked a taxi to pick us up and the taxi firm were totally useless. Having waited twenty minutes past the scheduled time, we called an Uber which was there in five minutes.
Overall, this is a great hotel which we have stayed at previously and will do so again.

UUnpopularSwindonA very classy room I actually turned up slightly earlier than expected as my train was early to Birmingham. So I press to tell if I could check in early at around midday and they were more than happy to check me in however I decided to drop off my luggage and attend a meeting. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, and I had my usual additional request of having a room facing the canal. Unfortunately I was given a room on the opposite side to what I requested however went back down to the reception and the staff was so helpful in getting that sorted are they actually gave me the right room?

Dds999appalling pressure emails to check in on line - which I ignored- cheerful efficient receptionist booked me in despite emails received a day or so before indicating that not checking in on line might cause difficulties. still only one lift working (seems a long term problem). allocated room on 5 th floor - corridors well carpeted, clean, and rather posh! room clearly upgraded and very nice with posh bathroom, huge tv which was easy to negotiate, kettle & lots of t, coffee & milk - appreciated. efficient heating, comfortable bed but only one pillow & no spare. took 7 minutes to reach reception in the morning as only one (very slow) lift. fabulous vfm, but they need to get lift sorted permanently & stop threatening that not checking in on line could cause difficulties! - actually recommended!

NNSEJOKEREin erstaunlicher Aufenthalt wie immer das Personal hier stets oben und darüber gehen, denn Sie benötigten ein wenig größeres Zimmer aufgrund meiner Partnerin auf Kräften und sie setzen uns sogar in ein Zimmer, das wir vorher waren! Solche sauberen Einrichtungen fühlten mich und mein Partner wirklich komfortable sicher und glücklich hier werden wieder bleiben! Komfortable Kissen, Bett, schöne Badezimmer Dusche und Bad, Toiletten auf der Wand sind sehr schön geurt, wir werden am Donnerstag zurück bleiben! :)

AAndrew from SporeTo be fair Birmingham at first glance coming out of the station doesn’t look all that safe for a foreign traveller. The route to the hotel would initially reinforce that impression. However after walking the city the next day for over 6-8 hours, while the location is NOT city Center, it is actually located in a good place close to all the major places I need to visit on foot; train station, the mega mall Bullring, Birmingham city center / cathedral / St Martin’s mkt, the hip new part of town - Gas Basin (canal waterways) and also the city’s modern library with the rooftop gdns (@ Centenary Square). The rooms looked like it was recently refurbished. For the price I paid (58 Pounds for 2 pax), it was the best value out of my entire 16 day UK trip covering 15 different towns - up & down the UK (incl London/Cambridge/Leicester/Coventry). In short, a pretty damn good deal. It had aircon which was a major blessing in summer as most other places I stayed, didn’t have that.

Selbstservice für Frühstücksbuffet gute Vielfalt für jeden Geschmack. empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel für Freunde und Familie.

SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.
