Amazing customer service from Christina allowing an early check in. Room clean and tidy and bottles of still/sparkling water in the fridge. Was slightly loud banging doors about 1-3am from late revellers but nothing too bad. Breakfast delicious- fresh homemade waffle and omelettes Drink prices very reasonable priced

Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber, der Halle hat Café und Bar, bequem mit Freunden zu treffen; neben dem Hotel gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Tesco, sehr bequem.

Wenn Sie im Zimmer zu Fuß sind unschädlich und sauber. Das Bett war komfortabel mit guten Kissen und das Zimmer war warm bei der Ankunft, was ein Bonus war. Das Toilette hatte genug saubere Handtücher, das WC selbst war sauber, guter Wasserdruck plus es war heiß. Die inneren Unterseite gab es keine Teebagen/Kaffee, aber keine Rezeption kann nicht gelöst werden. Ich empfehle Novotel perfekte Lage 5Min. Fuß vom Bahnhof, Parkplatz und es ist gut im Stadtzentrum, wenn Sie etwas zu essen möchten.

Dieses Hotel liegt über 2 Meilen vom internationalen Flughafen Birmingham entfernt und ist nicht zu Fuß entfernt. Es dauert 10 Minuten oder so in einem Taxi, das kostet £16. Es ist £5, sobald Sie in den Taxi gelangen. Ich habe drei Lust auf Aktualisierung gebeten, da ich wegen der Lage in der Genauigkeit ungünstig war. Man kann aufgrund der Doppelstrecke nicht einfach zum Hotel gehen. Der Schwimmbad war nicht in Betrieb, außer der Lage hat das Hotel gute Einrichtungen.

The toilet is not very sanitary and cannot get in water in the bathroom You have to use a floor mop to push the water back and it takes at least an hour to get the water. I stayed for two nights, but on the first night I found two towels that were quite dirty, so I called them. I asked for two relatively clean towels, but after waiting for 40 minutes, no one changed them, so I took them myself. The staff who answered the phone should have forgotten. Maybe they forgot all the guests' problems while chatting!

Always stay at the Holiday Inn, absolutely fantastic for location, cleanliness, well appointed rooms and helpfulness of the staff. Wonderful stay once again!!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum, was es ziemlich bequem für umzukommen. Allerdings muss die Sauberkeit verbessert werden Die Sofa im Zimmer war bemerkenswert schmutzig, was den Aufenthalt weniger bequem machte. Wenn Sie nicht besonders hohe Erwartungen an die Reinigung und die Anlagen haben, könnte es eine vernünftige Option sein.

A hotel that’s perfect for public transportation and by car: it’s this. On the square opposite Coventry Rail Station along the main road with drop off access. Part of the IHG brand, the hotel is stuffed with modern, quirky colourful decor including a silver open top Austin Healy in the reception area. The ground floor is one big open space that navigates from lobby to bar to restaurant/breakfast area and an exit where the outdoors semi enclosed seating area is. It’s Britain, so no heaters or covers but it’s an acceptable smoking area! Upon checking in we received a 20% voucher off all the F&B which doesn’t happen often. The kitchen was closed by 9 but we and our friends enjoyed a drink in the bar area. The room was super lovely, all brand new, super clean and nicely decorated. Personalised smart TV but the smart function didn’t work alas! Overall: a wonderful experience!

Schlecht ist, dass es nur ein Bett für vier Personen gibt, wenn man ein weiteres Bett hinzufügt oder eine Alternative dazu bietet wird perfekt sein.

We recently booked 2 rooms. We had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn NEC Birm, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
