Disappointingly dusty chair bedsheets add floor. As soon as I entered to the room I started coughing. I suggest somebody need to double check the cleaners after they cleaned every room. The picture shows th first room bedsheets full of hairs and dusts. When I complained the receptionist gave moved me to other room at least the bed is much cleaned but still as on the picture shows the floor was muddy and dusty. I am thankfull for the help of the receptionists despite the above issue I hope the will fix it for future.

Sehr nahe am Flughafen in einer ruhigen Gegend. Sauberes Zimmer und ein gutes Platz zum Ruhen für eine Nacht oder zwei.

Very convenient for early morning fl8ghts to stay overnight in a comfortable bed with clean modern facilities. Loved the bathroom! Greeted nicely. The restaurant served tasty basics meals. Both bar and coffee drinks. Didn't like the removal of menus and oth8er table items whilst I was eating. I know I was a late customer. But please, after a long travelling day, I just needed some relaxing enjoyment of dinner and coffee.

I stayed at the Arden for the UK Games Expo. Despite being rather pricey, it's very convenient to get to the NEC and Resorts World (10-15 minute walk). The leisure centre staff seemed unprofessional, but the receptionist and restaurant/bar staff seemed nice and friendly enough. Room was nearly spotless, aside from behind the TV that were slightly dusty. Our room didn't have a TV remote but a quick call to reception fixed that, they were very responsive. It was a nice comfortable room. I will say the food for dinner is exceptional and highly recommend it!

Eine Gruppe von Freunden kamen zusammen für eine Drachenboot-Rennen-Event in Edgbaston und kam als Rowing Club. Das Hotelpersonal und der Gesamtaufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Es hat es wirklich genossen, und wird wieder kommen, da es sich um eine jährliche Veranstaltung handelt.

Das Parkplatzstück des Hotels wurde wegen eines Ereignis überfüllt. Das bedeutete, dass wir im Park des Flughafens parkieren und zurück gehen mussten. Leider bedeutet die Lage des Hotels, dass wir sehr nahe der Startbahn waren und wir Flugzeuge immer hören konnten, die Fenster und Wände waren nicht gut genug geräuschbeständig. Schließlich waren die Kissen ziemlich unbehaglich, da sie zu leer waren, fühlten sich wie ein Ballon anstatt eine echte Kissen. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sauber und der Zimmerservice war wirklich überraschend angenehm. Das Personal, das wir getroffen haben, war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nahrung, die sie serviert hatten, war auch wirklich süß.

Schönes Hotel und große Lage mit Ladungen von Sehenswürdigkeiten, die lokal gemacht werden und Einkaufszentrum als zusätzlicher Bonus, die Steine wegwerfen.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. 2 minutes walk to the check-in terminal. The room is spacious and beautiful. I recommend it.

Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.
