Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

It was an excellent stay at Scarman for me. The room I stayed in was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a good range of food for breakfast and the selection of food for lunch & dinner was not huge but the food was delicious. I went to the University of Warwick to attend my son's graduation which the venue for the ceremony was within walking distance. To sum up, I am impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The 6th Floor room that I stayed for one night from Saturday to Sunday this time is not as nice as the other rooms I had before, although the bed, the hair-dryer, the closet, the TV and the main room itself is lovely and comfortable enough, still the bathroom just looks...old. Plus the view outside of the window (buildings and more building and a road) is just boring. The WiFi is nonexistent this time, I tried to login but it didn't work, I am not sure it is because of my own cell phones have issues or because the WiFi is bad. Please remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, a face towel would also be nice. A pair of indoor sandals too if you dislike walking barefoot.

The hotel was located at a quite place and close to public transport (bus stop) which connects to Coventry

Not far from the centre. It was clean and had curtains for privacy. I found it positive in general. The noisy entertainment venues around are a minus but it didn't bother me much as the sound stopped at a certain time.

很贊 頗有歷史的古堡酒店，價格不算很貴，坐落在考文垂，峯區附近，開車從倫敦曼城紐卡出發都不算遠 房間就是古堡的一個個房間，有種住進唐頓莊園的感覺（唐頓取景地其實也就在100km內），房間內裝修有點年頭了，用手拉的馬桶感覺回到90年代。公區就像個博物館，都是原汁原味的英倫範兒，隨便拍拍都相當出片。吃了頓晚餐，非常不錯。 總之，到英國體驗古堡或者修道院之類的，這裏算是不二之選

Lovely room, bed was amazing. Food was superb. Staff were fantastic. Leisure pool could do with a re fresh and our room was freezing cold. The heating kept switching itself off. Room 244. Would stay again but in the Warmer months.

I stayed here at the end of May 2025 as a solo traveller. Quiet location with buildings in very nice landscaped grounds. All areas of the hotel I experienced were spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive in all areas at all times. Bed was comfy and room facilities all I needed. Would happily stay here again.

Tricky to find your way to this place and at night the location is very isolated didn't feel safe to walk from the Bullring. There was a water problem and I feel it should have been communicated this at check-in however was compensated for water issue and thankful. I stayed in an ensuit and I know it's a hostel however there should at least be a kettle in the room just you get towels for this just my observation. Overall it was a pleasant stay as I would imagine they don't have water issues always.

Hotel is old and dated and definately needs a revamp. The staff are amazing and friendly especially the indian man. He went over and above and handled any queries effectively and professionally. The food was great, but a little overprised.
