The place was nice, nice staff and decent accommodation for the price. We saw a few scary people and things outside and around the hotel that put us off but overall it was a good stay

The location is good, the room was pleasant and spacious. But the staff were a little slow, it took a long time to check in even though there were three staff on reception and one person before me, two were on the phone together. I understand busy times but they weren’t particularly in a hurry to help, explain or apologise. Also had a drink at the bar and again, the staff were a little slow to help. They were fine and adequate but not particularly friendly. I have worked in customer facing roles and I’m not expecting the world but some hotels go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the staff here could definitely improve in this area. There was nothing wrong at this hotel and it was adequate for my needs but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

Sehr angenehmes Empfangsgebiet Attraktiv eingerichtet Gutes Zimmer mit komfortablem Bett und gutes Duschezimmer. Warm. Hangplatz und Schalen Das Hotel ist sehr datiert Treppen ziemlich schwierig. Kein Aufzug. 2 lange Fenster mit Metallrahmen am Boden, von denen eine unglaublich schmutzig war. Fan in der Dusche nicht arbeiten. Die Gästezahlen waren niedrig, da es ein Sonntagsnacht war, so konnte ich auf der Straße parken, ohne Gebühr anstatt zu zahlen £10 für das Privileg von der Nutzung des Hotel-Car Park Ich würde noch einmal dort bleiben, wenn die Kosten vernünftig sind, da die Situation für mich ideal ist

Lovely room, lovely setting, good breakfast. Water in room would have been nice, but this is just a minor thing. For people who like tea and coffee there is plenty of choice!

Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by

We were surprised how nice the hotel is for the price we paid. I went with an old friend for a mid-week city break in Sheffield. The hotel is pretty close to theb train station and we walked there easily with our wheeled suitcases. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful The bathroom had a bath and a shower; the bedroom itself was a decent size. I don't think the electronic safe was working correctly, or maybe it was used error, not sure about that, lol. There was a fridge in the room which was great and unexpected; the wi-fi was also excellent. The staff were friendly, and we could get more coffee, tea and milk from reception. We didn't go to the gym or spa, we did go swimming and it's a lovely, big, well heated pool. There were also two steam rooms, a sauna, an ice room and a discovery shower (a hot or cold shower with four sprays and red and blue lights). There wasn't a machine to spin the swimwear in, but there were polythene bags for wet swimwear. A lovely touch in the gym reception was a coffee machine, where you could sit down and have a free cappucino or whatever your fancy is. We got the train to Meadowhall which took 5 mins and cost £2.90 return (with our senior rail cards). Some locals said the tram was even easier, but we found the train easy enough and very fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break in Sheffield.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, geräumiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett, alles, was man braucht. Ich hatte in der ersten Nacht ein Problem mit der Heizung, da sie sich einfach nicht abstellen ließ. Dies wurde schnell behoben, nachdem ich einem Mitarbeiter davon erzählt hatte. In meiner letzten Nacht konnte ich mit der Schlüsselkarte nicht in mein Zimmer, es war bereits nach Mitternacht, also war ich müde und wollte einfach nur schlafen gehen. Ich musste zweimal vom obersten Stockwerk zur Rezeption gehen, bevor das Problem gelöst war, was mich ziemlich verärgert hat. An meinem letzten Morgen habe ich für das Frühstück bezahlt. Es war ein wenig enttäuschend, sehr einfache Auswahl auf der kontinentalen Seite und die Würstchen waren von sehr schlechter Qualität und nicht zu essen. Es gibt jedoch ein Toby-Fleischbuffet auf der anderen Straßenseite, wo ich am Tag zuvor zu einem günstigeren Preis gefrühstückt habe. Ich würde empfehlen, stattdessen dorthin zu gehen.

Really happy with the stay, we had a bit of an incident with a broken down car and my son arriving late to meet us, we asked if we could accomodate my son rather than him going to his shared accomadation. Reception couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was great, (especially the make your own waffles), rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Großer Kundenservice. Die Betten sind die komfortablesten Betten, die ich in .... habe geschlafen, hätte es nach Hause genommen, wenn ich es konnte! Große Lage für den Zug Stationsstation und viele näher an den Parks, wenn Sie fahren. Die Bar hat eine gute Vibe verkauft eine Auswahl an Mäusen Bier einschließlich Camden Pale Ale. Gute Cifea auch zu vernünftigen Preisen. Die Bar-Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Alles, was Sie essen und trinken können, ist 10/10 und ist bis 11amnat am Wochenende ...perfekt nach einer großen Nacht aus Wäre definitiv empfehlen 👌
