Room was great, bathroom was just okay. Breakfast was almost an ordeal. For the price we would give it 4 out of 5 but it was like having breakfast on a round about, bathroom was tired, the low point of the room.

Right in the centre of town. Bar in reception area and a pub connected to it. Parking is good. Rooms are large. Breakfast was decent as well. Great location to visit pitlorchy and the surrounding areas

We enjoyed are stay at Mercure in Perth It was central, yet quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again.

Das Hotel ist in einer guten Umgebung, aber seit Jahren ist das festgelegte Familienzimmer im B-Ebene, das Zimmer ging in einen schmeckenden Geschmack, die Adresse war auch etwas schmutzig alt, es ist nicht sehr komfortabel zu leben, es wird empfohlen, nicht im B-Ebene zu bleiben

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

Das ist eine Überraschung. Dieser Laden hat über 300 Jahre geschichtet. Eine Silber-Familie aus allen acht Seiten. Ich habe drei Nächte gelebt. Ich habe gutes Leben mit Großmuttern. Der Preis ist angemessen. Es ist eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, sehr nahe dem Fluss und dem Museum...

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

Nach der Online-Check-in kamen wir zum Hotel und sie konnten unsere Buchung nicht finden, dann in der Verwirrung wir gefragt wurden, ob wir bezahlt hatten. Nach der Zeit wurde die Buchung gefunden. Wir hatten keine weiteren Probleme.

Really clean room and friendly service. It’s periodic features are very charming.  The pork belly on the dinner menu was so tender and succulent. Really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.
