The village Hotel in bromborough was massive, great staff and very clean. The bedroom we had was massive and had 2 double beds. Great sized bathroom.. we would definitely stay again

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Liverpool and had a really good experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to the city centre, so it was easy to explore Liverpool’s main attractions. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and overall the hotel felt like great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.

Ich benutze immer die Adelphi in Liverpool. Es begann mit nationalen Trainerausflügen, aber dieses Mal war es nur für eine Nacht, als ich zum Empire Theater ging, das gerade auf der Straße ist. Es bekommt schlechte Bewertungen, aber ich werde nichts schlechtes davon hören. Sie bekommen, was Sie zahlen.

Really nice modern hotel, situated in a great place. Got a large double that over looked the lake which was a really nice room. Comfortable bed and the bathroom was very nice. Plenty storage space as well. Had breakfast which was good with plenty of choice. Got a good deal too on Trip.

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. We arrived at the hotel after 10pm having drove from London, it was my seven year old daughter and I. On check in we weren’t given any sort of induction and just given our room key. Our room was spacious, but had a few carpet stains and smelled musty. We had asked for a quiet room but was placed next to a conference room on a main thoroughfare. We also had a courtyard at the back of our room with people drinking and smoking of an evening. We had to ask for a pass for the pool which wasn’t provided at check in. Breakfast was okay but not as good as The Holiday Inn and other than Tony the staff were miserable. On checking out I spoke to the manager about the noisey room and he offered a free nights stay. I worked at the hotel 1998-2001 and it has been upgraded since and is fairly nice. However noisey rooms is the main issue.

Das Hotel & Bar war großartig, wir hatten ein Seitenzimmer mit einer vernetzten Tür, Sie konnten alles von den nächsten Tür Gäste hören, die Sie nicht vertrauenswürdig fühlten, wir haben auch von Lärm von 6am jeden Morgen, Straßenswecker, hören, Rubish Lorrie’s, Glassammlungen usw... und die Ballards machten eine Warnung, wenn Fahrzeuge in und aus gehen so bitten Sie um ein Innenzimmer, wenn Sie ein leichtes Schlafzimmer, verschwenden Sie nicht Ihr Geld mit dem Restaurant sehr enttäuscht, leer Restaurant zu sein abgewiesen ein Abendessen bei 7.30pm sagte, später zurückzugehen, schreckliches Frühstück kamen wir mit viel Zeit der Öffnungszeiten, aber das Personal konnte nicht irgendwelche harter, sie wollten nur beendet werden, was sehr off setzen & machte Sie sich unbehaglich, wandern Toaster ab 15 Minuten vor dem Schließen, Nahrungsmittelstandard sehr schlecht & sehr schlecht Verfügbarkeit von frischem kochenem Essen, Wir waren 3 Nächte und nach unserem Frühstücks- & Abendessen Erfahrung, Ich stornierte das Frühstück für die nächsten 2 Morgen, Viele große Plätze zum Essen um.

The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

Das Hotel verfügt über umfassende Einrichtungen und gute Hygiene. Es ist das einzige Hotel auf meiner gesamten Reise nach Großbritannien, in dem die Getränke in der Minibar kostenlos sind (eine Dose Mineralwasser und eine Dose normales Wasser). ), 1 Dose Orangensaft und 1 Dose Limonade. Auch das italienische Restaurant im ersten Stock des Hotels ist sehr gut.

On arrival, the receptionist was pleasant. No issues directing me to my room. However, once in the room, when trying to open the window, the top handle broke off in my hand. The cold water for the sink was not working, so I had to use a shower for cold water. There were also stains in the pillow. The TV had no service, and although I informed the receptionist but nothing was done. I was advised that they would inform the manager. Overall, for a night stay, it was ok, but I will not be staying here again.
