Als wir einchecken wollten, konnten sie weder unsere Buchungsdetails noch unsere Namen finden. Die Dame am Empfang war aber sehr nett. Wir bekamen zwar nicht die Zimmerkategorie, die wir gebucht und bezahlt hatten, aber sie hat uns trotzdem ein Zimmer besorgt, daher kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Die Hälfte der Reise war allerdings eine andere Geschichte.

Simple but lovely hotel. Right in the centre of all the local amenities. Loads of parking available right outside the front of the hotel. Get yourself in the coaster opposite the hotel live singers and cheap drinks in the daytime.

Die Lage ist großartig, wenn Sie Albert Dock und den Beetles Shop in der Nähe besuchen. Auch ist es nahe genug, John Lewis und andere Geschäfte/Restaurants zu gehen. Würde diese Unterkunft für diejenigen empfehlen, die sich selbst besetzen können.

Die Lage des Hotels ist neben der Autobahn, der Verkehr ist bequem, mehr als 30 Minuten Fahrt zum Liverpool Center, die Umgebung ist komfortabel, der Service ist gut, das Hotel bietet einen Fitnessraum und einen Pool kostenfrei.

Nice Hotel and very clean hotel, friendly staff, and very good hotel for wheelchair users only the location of restaurant for breakfast was in the same area as entrance / reception what is not so nice bit strange for such nice Hotel

I personally found the hotel exactly as described on it's website! I shared one of their deluxe twin rooms with a friend and it was way bigger and more comfortable than most I've stayed in! No complaints whatsover! All the Beatles pics and memorabilia was exactly as stated and was a great supplement to a great hotel in my opinion as a big Beatles fan! The fact that it's so close to the Cavern Club, and therfore is situated right at the heart of Liverpools ”Musical” centre, and ”elelectic” atmospheric nightlife, was exactly what I was looking for! But round the corner, back into the hotel and it was back to a quiet, chilled atmosphere! Best of both worlds! Live music in a cool bar at weekend nights, delicious buffet breakfast, pretty much with everything you would want! Can't complain one single bit! That was my experience honestly! Quick, simple checking and check out! Cannot understand the negative reviews I read before I booked, which admittedly nearly put me off booking! All I can say say is, either those negative reviews were unusual or by very fussy people, or exceptional in the extreme! 10 out of 10! Keep it up all you staff in the hotel! Lovely iconic hotel. A pleasure to be a.guest. Lovely breakfast in a beautiful eating area l. I felt very grand. They do need to have more people on the check in fast track queue as I walk with a crutch and I couldn't stand up to wait. It took about 15 minutes to 20 mins to check in which I couldn't do because of my mobility issues but other than that a very pleasant stay😊

Große Lage, freundliches Personal rund um das Hotel, Zimmer sauber & Bett komfortabel. Frühstück war reichhaltig und genügend Sitze sogar in besuchten Zeiten. Bitte machen Sie den Park billiger für Motorräder, da sie weniger Platz nutzen, aber wir waren groß genug, dass es sicher war. Vollkommen empfehlen & würden wieder verwenden. Danke 😊

First time staying at Holiday Inn Lime Street, located just across the train station and walking distance to malls. Rooms was spacious and ample breakfast selection. Staff at counter and cafe was friendly and service oriented!  5 stars for this lovely hotel at my favourite city.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, gegenüber dem Museum und dem Meer sowie der Beatles-Statue, was zum Einchecken sehr praktisch ist. Nebenan befindet sich das größte Einkaufszentrum in Liverpool, das First Department Store, wo Sie essen, einkaufen, Wasser kaufen und spazieren gehen können! Es hat plötzlich geregnet und das Hotel kann per Selbstscan einen Regenschirm für ☂️2 Euro für 48 Stunden mieten. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, das Wäschewaschen ist bequem und das Waschbecken ist groß und bietet reichlich Wasser. Am nächsten Tag war alles erledigt. Das Frühstück gibt es im ersten Stock, es gab keine Bananen. Auf Nachfrage hat der Koch sie extra an unseren Esstisch gebracht. Auch Haferflocken gibt es hier.
