Amazing stay at Hampton Hilton Torquay.Great location for town centre shops and bars.The hotel itself was very modern and well equipped with facilities.The room was comfortable and nicely furnished.Will definitely recommend to others.The breakfast was very good,with lots of quality food and drinks.

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

Ein weiterer wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Upgraded to a sea view suite, wunderschöne Aussichten über die Bucht, was eine Aussicht zu wachen. Große Auswahl an frischem Frühstücksgericht, erwartet Sie das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.  Die Lage ist fantastisch ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Hügel bis zum Hafen. Unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel im Jahr, 5 Aufenthalte insgesamt.

Ausgezeichneter Service, gutes Essen und saubere Hygienezimmer und Toiletten

10 mins from centre and st David's station by foot but easy walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great too , continental and cooked was included in price. Parking was payable on site however if the hotel was full I don't think there would be enough spaces Was great value

Location is good if you want to go to the resort. We were using the hotel to attend a family funeral Car parking can be difficult and we parked at a sister hotel 10 minutes walk away. Room was too small and needs updating. Old tea bag left in kettle. Some black mould in bathroom. The breakfast was good, although portion size was small. Overall - good value but better hotels locally at small additional cost

Sehr willkommene Rezeption. Abendessen war schrecklich. Kann nicht unter die Dusche kommen, weil das Wasser zu heiß war. Das Frühstück war ein Albtraum. Die Leute saßen nach uns vor uns serviert. Eier Royal kam ohne Eier und das Frühstück kam mit falschen Eiern. Waiter ließ einen Blumenstamm in meinen Kaffee (und das Wasser, in dem sie waren, war nicht frisch) und ließ es für mich, Kaffee zu ersetzen. Nicht beeindruckt.

This hotel is very clean and all the woman receptionist very polite and helpful. Very happy with the service from them. The 2 man night staff were not helpful. I didn’t understand why I can’t order drink for our room and pay end of the stay. We even received letter in the morning that was outside the room not in envelope which everyone can read I didn’t like at all , reason been dater protection with don’t forget to pay for our order which we did straight away and had my full name on it.We stayed for 3 night so what was such a problem for those 2 night shift man. Otherwise all our stay was perfect. Thank u

Alles in allem war so ein erstaunliches Wochenende Das einzige, was in dem Zimmer ein Kühlschrank brauchte, sonst war alles völlig gut.

Die Lage war gut, das Hotel war sehr grundlegende, aber für den Preis war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Im Allgemeinen wirklich gut für Geld.
