AAugust NguyenDirekt neben der Beach Road und der Regent Road gelegen, ist es sehr praktisch, um Supermärkte und Cafés zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Netflix ist auf dem Fernseher verfügbar, allerdings wirken Flur und Fassade etwas altmodisch. Es gibt keinen Aufzug zu einem der Untergeschosse.

NNEIL-DEVONThis stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information.
Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times.
Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests.
Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you!
The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint.

NNicolaBUnsere Erfahrung in diesem Hotel ging über und über unsere wildesten Erwartungen hinaus! Die exquisite Lage des Hotels bietet Ihnen einen Balkonblick auf den Ozean und den majestätischen Tischberg als Hintergrund.
Das Serviceniveau, das wir erhalten hatten, war wirklich außergewöhnlich, so dass wir uns gründlich beeindruckt. Die Zimmer waren unerwartet sauber und die Ausstattung war mehr als großzügig.
Die Zimmer selbst treffen ein perfektes Gleichgewicht zwischen Raum und Küche, die eine wirklich einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Ein bemerkenswertes Merkmal, das dieses Hotel getrennt setzt, ist die komplimentäre Minibar, die eine Vielzahl von Snacks und Getränken – eine seltene Suche bietet. Noch bemerkenswerter ist, dass diese Snacks nicht nur lecker sind, sondern auch zu Vegan- und glutenfreien Präferenzen gepflegt sind.
Wir planen zweifellos bereits, in Zukunft wieder in diese herausragende Einrichtung zurückzukehren.

KKvothe90Had a splendid 2 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
The staff made us feel so welcome. They are exceptionally polite and well informed on the surrounding area. We were provided with a map full of helpful suggestions, and a thorough introduction to the lodge and all it's facilities upon check-in.
The lodge is located right next to Hermanus New Harbour and a few steps from the cliff path, which is well worth the walk.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It opens onto a beautiful, well maintained garden area but a few steps from the pool.
Breakfast was fantastic (reccommend the Full English!), and a lovely selection of breads, cereals, fruits, cold meats, yogurts etc at the buffet.
Truly, no complaints. Would absolutely stay again.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a lovely 2 nights stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Not luxurious, but certainly very comfortable. The location is perfect, right next to the pier if you’re doing diving/boat trips. Right below are restaurants (including a Korean and Chinese one) and a massage parlor. The harbor view from the window is amazing, just as the pictures show. There is also free parking (contrary to what Trip shows) just in front of the hotel. Baboons roam the place and there was one which walked right outside our window. Highly recommend staying here!

CcherrioNicely decorated lodge in safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good but choice is limited and same menu everyday, I stayed for 5 nights so it can get boring. Staffs are friendly and try to be helpful but lack follow ups.
Cleanliness is good but my house keeping opened all my balcony door and toilet windows everyday after cleaning despite the fact that I requested them not to open any of them due to safety in Cape Town as well as bugs kept coming into my room with the wide open balcony and toilet. On the last night the house keeping even left their cleaning towel in my room on my night stand, and tried barging into my room with me being inside in early morning.
Somewhat questionable on the high rating.

Everything carefully and tastefully prepared for our convenience. Manageress Katie is extraordinary and made us feel like family with her home cooked 5-star quality perfect breakfasts. Will most certainly book this venue again whenever I go to beautiful Plettenberg Bay again! Real value for money & super affordable! Special thanks to Brigitte for spoiling me with the Whale room with the most stunning views even when the weather was cold & rainy. YYaoyaoEs war mein erster Besuch in Kapstadt, daher kannte ich mich in der Gegend nicht so gut aus und habe vom 28. bis 30. Juni drei Nächte dort verbracht. Falls Sie einen Ausflug zum Kap der Guten Hoffnung planen, können Sie statt in Kapstadt im nahegelegenen Simon’s Town übernachten. Das Hotel ist ein Gebäude im Villenstil; die Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche sind klein und gemütlich. Es gibt nicht viele Zimmer, und diese sind auch nicht besonders groß. Die Möbel sind eher für Familien gedacht. Im Speisesaal stehen vier oder fünf Tische, was wohl der maximalen Zimmeranzahl entspricht. Es gibt drei Parkplätze; ich frage mich, wo man das Auto eines vierten Gastes parken soll. Die Zimmer verfügen über WLAN, allerdings ist das Signal nicht sehr stark. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Haupteinkaufsstraße, was es ideal zum Einkaufen, Essen und für Barbesuche macht. Auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt; ein Spaziergang am Strand vor dem Abendessen, um den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und dem Signal Hill zu genießen, wäre sehr schön.

Ein großer Minus, der alle Vorteile getötet hat: der geurte Duft des Abwassers im Tau. Wenn die Tür offen ist, ist es unmöglich, im Zimmer zu sein. Schlaf mit der geschlossenen Tür. Aber am Morgen war es unmöglich, aufgrund dieser ins WC zu gehen.
Es ist sehr unbehaglich.
Ich glaube nicht, dass es ein Problem mit einem Zimmer ist!

Karen and Dave have made this a lovely place to be. As soon as I arrived they invited me to a beer at the cozy pub onsite, gave me great advice on who to book with for shark diving and whale watching… and then later hiking in DeKelders …
My “room” as a solo traveler was really a condo— a living room with kitchenette, and then upstairs the bedroom.
Good food, good wifi, and good conversation made the experience an A +.
Lulu the friendly dog cements the deal to make the place feel like home.!
