LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

GGastnutzerFor being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

CClarisa624It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

Ich habe eine Fernbedienung gefragt, die ich etwa eine halbe Stunde später erhalten habe.
Und die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, ich rief sofort die von der Arbeitsfläche für einen Bout eine Stunde und es gab keine Antwort

GGastnutzerSehr schönes, sehr sauberes, aktualisiertes Zimmer. Wir waren in Zimmer 301- also keine Aussicht oder Balkon- aber Sie könnten draußen gehen und umgehen und auf das Wasser schauen (die über die Straße liegt)- Aber die Leute gehen vor Ihrem Zimmer, vor den Schiebetüren, so, wenn Sie das nicht wollen, Buchzimmer mit Blick- sie haben Balkone und Sie können nicht vor ihnen gehen.Check-in war ein Brise und Diane war sehr effizient und informativ. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, aber wir wollten nicht zum Pool gehen, weil wir am Sonntag kamen, dachten, es wäre ruhig und kalt. Die Bar ist direkt neben dem beheizten Pool und es gab eine Band, so war es nicht ruhig - nichts falsch - nur nicht, was wir suchten. Strand war wunderschön. Sie haben einen Gitney, der Sie nach Stadt und Handtücher zur Verfügung nimmt, die Sie auch zum Strand nehmen können. Kleidung, Mikrowelle und Mini-Kühlschrank in jedem Zimmer sowie ein Safe und Kleider. Gut gelicht in der Nacht und fühlte sich sicher zu meinem Zimmer solo. AC funktionierte wunderbar - ich hätte ein zusätzliches Gehäuse mitbringen sollen. Wasserdruck war etwas schwach, aber fähig.
Nur negative - Betten waren ziemlich weich und die Kissen waren schrecklich - bringen Sie Ihre eigenen.

CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

Efficiency unit needs to be stocked with proper dishes and cutlery and linens, toaster, coffee machine etc. thank goodness we brought our own coffee maker.
Pool was very nice. Umbrellas need replacement
2 propane bbqs did not work well at all. Took forever to cook something and it was still undercooked.
We have been told that renovations are happening this winter. The bathroom needs major renovation as the pieces are very old and leak. The mattresses are hard as rock.
We loved the location and the staff were very nice. We will see what the renovations look like as we would like to go back there again.

GGastnutzerEs war die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Sie arbeiteten direkt unter unserem Zimmer um 8 Uhr am Sonntag. Hammering und Kraftwerkzeuge und dann ging das Feueralarm aus und wurde von den Leuten in der Halle gesagt, die wir evakuieren mussten. Es war nur ein schrecklicher Morgen. Die Verbraucher schätzen, dass Sie Ihre Anlage verbessern möchten, aber bitte beachten Sie Ihre Gäste, die dort insbesondere am Wochenende bleiben. Der Grund, warum wir sogar übernachten, war, nach dem Samstag Abend eine gute Nachtruhe zu haben. So war es wirklich schrecklich, aufzuwachen auf den Bang und Power-Tools, als alles, was ich wollte, war eine gute Nachtruhe.
