Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Das Hotel ist besser als die Bewertung vermuten lässt. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Schöne Lage und auch innen durchaus ansprechend. Wenn man nächsten Tag zur Fähre will, ist dieses Hotel wirklich eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Einzig die Fenster in den Zimmern brauchen dringend mal eine Reinigung und die Betten könnten m. E. etwas weicher sein. Aber das empfindet ja jeder anders. Abends gibt es gegen Aufpreis ein preiswertes Buffet, wo man vom Salat über Hauptgericht bis zum Dessert gut versorgt wird. Kaffespezialitäten, Tee und Wasser waren inklusive. Der Saal, wo gegessen wird, ist wirklich hübsch mit Stuck und Kronleuchtern. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Incredibly good value. Spotlessly clean room. Great staff. 10 mins walk from the sea. Ample parking. The quality of the service was WELL above what we had expected for the price point.

Booked to stay here over half term with my daughter for a couple of nights - had a cosy room which was just right for the two of us. Front reception staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely - the lady there was so nice and although was busy as she was on her own, she was always smiling. We dined in the restaurant one of the evenings - food was delicious but the heating wasn’t working on that floor so the whole room was cold. Bar / restaurant staff were really nice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Stayed here for 3 nights in August 2025, and it was lovely. The hallways can be a bit confusing, so watch out for the room number signs so you don't end up in a random unknown hallway. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people, very clean too. My room had a great view of the courtyard and a partial view of the sea. There were a few guests singing and playing piano downstairs on our last day, which was a joy to watch. There's only one elevator in the hotel, and it can take really long to get to your floor, which can be a bit irritating. We also asked for housekeeping to clean our rooms for 2 days, and we could tell the bedsheets weren't changed (I spilled a bit of coffee on one side and it was still there all 3 nights). The towels also weren't changed, so we had to call reception for new towels. There's a Costa downstairs in the lobby, which is terrific - if only you could order! It seems that the hotel staff double as the Costa baristas, so we stood for maybe 30-40 minutes just waiting to be served. Other than that, though, our stay was great. The hotel's location is perfect; right in front of the sea and about 10 minutes walk to the shore.

I used Hilton's a lot on business in the past & Dover lived up to my high expectations. Booked 3 twin rooms for 3 nights for a reunion. Very happy with our stay & will book again. Friendly, attentive staff. Spotlessly clean rooms & bathrooms. Some of the comfiest beds we've slept in. A few issues with (cold) breakfast (resolved) & a great selection. Some of our party enjoyed the sauna. One downside - the single lift is very small & slow creating a bottleneck.

This was a three night ‘escape’ to explore a completely new area. Broadstairs is a lovely small old fashioned resort with bracing walks, friendly people, some lovely eateries and many places to sit and watch the world go by. Artfuls was a perfect base. Small and friendly, it is ideally located near the seafront, promenade and town centre. The staff were all absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and good places to eat. Our room was quirky but comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent and unhurried. There was easy parking nearby. I readily recommend Artfuls to any couples wishing to enjoy a relaxed break in a lovely place. I would

San Clu Hotel is a very nice cost line hotel nearby all windows have a TV view to the sea except from the back side of the building. There is parking spaces outside front side and the back of the hotel. No parking restrictions. Walking distance the park and shore. Makes it altogether a perfect place for any summer holiday! Staff are very very helpful and always are happy to help! 😊🌹🙏🏼
