Flamingo Dai Lai was a wonderful experience along with the great weather. It took us 1hr from Central Hanoi to reach the resort. The facilities were great, with a lot of entertainment and activities for families and kids. The main swimming pool had warm water which is perfect for the cold weather. The villa we stayed was spacious and clean. The only downside is the inconvenience of calling the buggy to get us around. We had no Vietnamese phone number so we had to rely on calling the reception to get us buggy. All in all, the stay in Flamingo was great, I would have stayed another night if not for our flight.

Es war der perfekte Ort, um dem Stadttrubel zu entfliehen und zu entspannen. Die heißen Quellen und der Spa-Bereich waren fantastisch, das Essen köstlich und die Angestellten freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns alles erklärt. Einfach perfekt!

We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und es war der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und zu entspannen. Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel, sauber und extrem zufrieden. Eine der Highlights war die kostenlose Orange-Picking-Aktivität, die ein einzigartiges und nützliches Erlebnis war. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und in unserem Aufenthalt untergebracht. Insgesamt war es eine fantastische Erfahrung, und ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr an jemanden, der eine friedliche und erinnerebare Getaway sucht.

A good way to see the rice village and stay in comfort! The room spacious and comfortable was an accessory to the main areas outside. We spent some time by the pool in the evening and just enjoyed the weather. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was simple but had everything you wanted. Also the restaurant in general had good prices and a beautiful scenic view to the rice fields. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again!

Ich bin sehr überrascht, ein wahres 5-Sterne-Hotel in Tam Dao zu sehen. Es war sehr neu und sehr groß. Die Mitarbeiter sind so freundlich und es ist im Stadtzentrum. Ich liebe das Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Dusche und WC sind getrennt, was es so bequem macht. Der Pool und der Spa sind fantastisch.

A GREAT GETAWAY.. was a long distance to travel from hanoi.. but the route on the moutainous area was scenic.. great choice.. love the oragnic nature of the resort.. a great place to escape to quiet and scenic resort.. i really enjoyed my stay.. the swim, the kayak.. relaxing stay.. dinner ala carte was yummie.. breakfast spread is good.. great service from everyone.. highly recommended..
