I enjoyed my stay there. It took a while to get my food but other than that, the staff is very friendly and it's a nice place. I like how it's next to the Victoria Mall and they offer free Airport shuttle.

酒店不大，但是各方面都很到位。乾淨、安全、舒適。尤其是早餐特別好。坎帕拉的治安不是特別讓人放心（其實應該是見不得那麼多荷槍實彈的保安）所以衹是在朋友陪伴的情況下才出去逛了逛家樂福。平時的晚餐也在酒店餐廳吃的，總的來説不算貴。口味還算可以。大家可以猜一下那盤比臉大的中式烤羅非魚配米飯摺合多少人民幣？

Smart and efficient service. Sehr schönes Frühstück.
Gewöhnliche Nutzwertprobleme für Uganda, d.h., Aufzug abgebrochen, Raumschlüssel funktionierte nicht und unzuverlässiges Internet.
Vielleicht sollte der Manager in ein Land investieren, in dem diese Probleme Unternehmen nicht beeinflussen.

This beautiful new hotel located right on the shore of Lake Victoria, every room has balcony with great views. The hotel offer free transportation to and from the airport, this hotel is very convenient if you need to use the airport. The room is spacious, clean and free WiFi is available . The staff friendly and hospitable. I will stay there again on my next visit to Uganda. 這是一座全新的酒店，坐落在維多利亞湖邊。酒店有免費機場接送，房間有湖景，免費Wi-Fi和供應膳食。在這裏乘車去Kampala 市中心也10分方便。

GGastnutzerVery warm and welcoming service. Delicious filling breakfasts (prepared even at 5 a.m. for early departure!). The property is mostly in shadow of several large trees, decorated with uniquely-looking metalwork sculptures. The furniture in the room also feels authentic: bedframes made of thick hardwood, bedside tables use giant tree cross-sections as tabletops. Although there was a safe in our room, we did not use it. The lighting in the room is rather dim, and the windows lack net curtains during daylight (for privacy), but these points were not significant for us. Also the electric sockets were only in one place - near the table with a single chair, although there were two of us. The hotel is located in between two busy roads, so car horn sounds may be a little bothersome during the first night, but you get used quickly. Although the hotel is located basically on the airport highway, a lot of our taxi drivers had difficulties finding it (maybe we were just unlucky).
There is also a dog and a cat on the territory, and this, again, proves how nice and genuine the staff here is :)

FFilipp ViFreundliches Personal, gute Lage in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, ziemlich schönes Restaurant. Sehr schlechte Frühstück mit fast den gleichen Optionen jeden Tag. Es gibt elektrische Kessel im Zimmer, aber der Korb ist zu kurz und ich musste den Kupfer als Stand während kochen Wasser verwenden. Das Badezimmer ist durchschnittlich und sah bessere Zeiten, heißes Wasser 24/7. Premium Zimmer haben AC, aber kein Kühlschrank. Keine Kaffeetafel nur schmalen Konsol eng eng an der Wand können Sie etwas zu lagern. Wardrobe ist nur eine große Box mit einem Schrank und mehreren dünnen Kleidung hängen. Stabile Frau Verbindung. Sehr guter Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu den nahegelegenen Orten.

TTuty KThe hotel is a beautiful big bungalow. It provides complimentary breakfast and airport transfer so it was convenient for me as I had an early morning flight. I was told breakfast was from 07:00 but it was actually from 07:30. Nevertheless, I still made it to the airport in time. Hotel is about a ten-minute from the taxi rank (matatu from Kampala) and supermarkets and is also close to Lake Victoria.
There was power outage just before dawn when I was there due from the heavy rains which affected some houses in the area. Power was restored at around 06:00.

Mestil Hotel & Residences – Kampala
Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in Mestil! Der Ort ist super sauber, schön gepflegt und bietet ein echtes Gefühl von Luxus und Komfort. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, zu helfen sie wirklich machen Sie zu Hause fühlen. Ich war auch sehr beeindruckt von der obersten Sicherheit im gesamten Gebäude, die mir den vollen Geist während meines Aufenthalts gab.
Mestil für jeden, der Kampala besucht es ist eine der besten Gastfreundschaftserfahrungen in der Stadt!

Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request.
Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price.
Airport taxi usd90 to&fro.
Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.
