1. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, nur 50 Meter zu Fuß vom lebhaften Flussufer entfernt. 2. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr gut, mit hellem Licht, sauberen Badezimmern und Vorhängen für jedes Bett. 3. Das kostenlose Frühstück des Hotels ist sehr reichhaltig. 4. Machen Sie abends einen Club daraus, in dem Sie trinken und Musik hören können.

Stayed at this hotel 3 times in less than 2 months, not planning to return ever again. Our 1st visit was so impressive that we had booked 2 more stays short after for our family. Yet the last visit turned into a disaster. Nobody answering phone calls at night. Before checking in on our last visit. We realized our flight got delayed. tried calling the hotel at around 9.15 pm, called 5 times over 20 minutes, no one would pick up the phone in the main reception !! Furious, and so we arrived at 1am without being able to inform them that we were gonna be late. Upon arrival, as I had booked 2 rooms, I asked the only person who was on shift that night to make sure putting my parents into the booked standard double room and my family with a child into the other bigger room (Junior King Suite) . He affirmed me that the room distribution was correct so we just left our parents to go to their room and take rest since it was late. When we arrived at our room, it was definitely a small room that would only fit a couple without being able to add an extra bed. Called the reception, no ones answered again!! So had to went back down to speak to that staff at 1.30am. He insisted, the room I was put into, was the Junior King Suite !!!! I was so angry because that room didnt looked like it was over 500sq ft as it was described when I booked. But the staff said to us that the info in trip.com was incorrect and more over, the information he received didnt mentioned that we had a child with us. Angry and exhausted, and I was even gonna compromised to stay in that room and sleep. we just went back to take a shower, then the guy came , talked to my husband and would offer us a bigger room after all the drama. it was close to 2am!!! We got offered to stay in a family room so my daughter got to sleep on a sofa bed but the guy who made the bed didnt even give her a blanket. Next day, texted my parents and asked them to show us a picture of their room, we realized the guy mistakenly putting my parents into the bigger room and so we were the one who got allocated into the standard double room!! Unprofessional service from the top to the bottom!! we eventually felt bad to that staff because in the middle of the night, he was the only person who moved luggages, opening beds etc...

From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

Der Service des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet 👍 Als ich das Hotel betrat, begrüßte mich der Kellner an der Tür mit einem Lächeln und fragte mich, ob ich mir beim Tragen meines Gepäcks helfen möchte. Ich sagte nein, danke😊! Als ich am Schalter eincheckte, stellte mir der Kellner mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht ein Getränk und ein heißes Handtuch zur Verfügung, mit dem ich mir die Hände abwischen konnte. Eine andere Person, die es zu schätzen wusste, war das Reinigungspersonal. Ich dachte ursprünglich, ich hätte die Batterieabdeckung meines iPhone-Stifts verloren und es aufgegeben, danach zu suchen war hell und sauber und ich hatte etwas auf der Arbeitsplatte verloren. Ich bin ihr wirklich dankbar, dass sie mir geholfen hat, die Batterieabdeckung für meinen iPhone-Stift zurückzubekommen. Tatsächlich sind alle Kellner im Hotel sehr nett👍 und die Servicequalität ist erstklassig Die Hotelumgebung ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und komfortabel

Wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer auf einem oberen Stock mit schöner Aussicht. Das Badezimmer war auf der rechten Seite durch eine Schiebetür, als Sie ins Zimmer eintraten. Es war geräumig mit Dusche und Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstück! Die gerösteten Tomaten waren großartig und es sollte jeden Morgen ein Gericht im Buffet zur Verfügung stehen.

The least you expect from a five star hotel was a good service and cleanlinless. We stayed here for 5 nights and they did not change our bedsheet even though it was written that they will change it every 3 days, no refill of water, no refill of tissues and coffee and tea we had to request it. There’s a small cockroach in the bathtub. At the front desk they don’t even greet you whenever you passby I am not being entitled that I should be greeted I just compare it to other hotel where they always smile. It’s hard to call the front desk sometimes it will take 5 minutes.  On the positive side the food in the restaurant was really good and the drinks at the bar those who are working there was really nice and attentive too. I’d like to commend also Fabrizio who always smile and who helps us with our luggage when we check in and check out.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal. Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

Die Lage war günstig und das Zimmer sauber. Allerdings bekam ich ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer (wahrscheinlich, weil ich um ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Aufzugs gebeten hatte), sodass beim Duschen oft Wasser austrat. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer großen Lage, in einer einfachen Spazierweiterung von vielen Interessenbereichen in Porto. Das Hotel selbst ist schön dekoriert. Die Hotelzimmer sind kompakt, aber das Dekor fügt dem Gefühl eines Boutique-Hotel hinzu. Eine der besten Duschen, die ich in einem Hotel hatte, leistungsfähig und leicht zu Temperaturkontrolle. Die Toiletten waren schön. Die Betten sind komfortabel und die Blätter sind frisch und spotless. Die meisten Rezeptionen sind effizient und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit guten Kleidern/Umbrella/Guten Friseur/Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln usw. Es gibt einige Dinge, die das Hotel leicht verbessern könnte : Frühstück ist definitiv nicht etwas, was ich empfehlen würde. Die Wahlen waren schlecht, sicherlich nicht frisch oder lokal, und die Kosten sind hoch. Es gibt viele viel bessere Wahlen in der Nähe. Die Pilze waren entweder eine harte Speicherschaumplatte oder eine wirklich scharfe weiche Pilze, überraschend für die Kosten der Unterkunft. Es war sehr schwer, frische Milch für Tee und Kaffee zu erhalten, wir baten um Rezeption und bei der Bar, sie konnten nicht einen machen, obwohl wir beim Frühstück entdeckten, dass sie eine Maschine und frische Milch hatten und Tassen wegnehmen, die leicht verfügbar sind. Die Bar braucht eine Neuausrichtung....es ist das Gegenteil des Willkommens und das Personal macht Sie nicht möchten bleiben. Da es keine Lounge im Hotel gibt, könnte dies als Treffensplatz im Hotel besser genutzt werden.
