When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!

Our stay was generally good, and we truly enjoyed the facilities and activities offered by the hotel. There was plenty to do, and it made our overall experience fun and memorable. However, when we first entered the room, there was a noticeable smell on the bed that seemed like dog urine, which was unpleasant. Thankfully, when we reported it, the staff responded immediately and changed the beddings right away. We really appreciate their prompt action and professionalism. After that concern was addressed, everything felt comfortable. Overall, while the initial issue was disappointing, the staff handled it well, and we still had an enjoyable stay.

Location is good and along the Diversion road. It is just walking distance to the best burger in town, D’ Third (Try it!). Staff are all nice and they easily remember you when you’re a repeat client.

We had a really nice stay overall. The amenities were clean, complete, and well-maintained, which made our experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and the place had a pleasant atmosphere. I just hope that next time there will be Netflix available in the rooms for added entertainment, and maybe more affordable room options with a balcony to enjoy the view. That would definitely make the stay even more perfect.

Es ist immer entspannend und zu Hause zu bleiben in Canyon Cove. Mein Mann und ich sind seit 2018 seine Kunden (außer während der Pandemie). Es gibt viele Verbesserungen in Bezug auf die Heimat und die kontinuierliche Aufwertung seiner Dienstleistungen - das Personal ist aufmerksamer, beherbergend und hilfreich geworden. Allerdings gibt es einige Dinge, die ich persönlich gerne sehen, wie gehalten - die Holzfenster, die Nostalgie und alte Stil hinzufügen, anziehen. Es ist wie eine Fusion von alten und neuen - modernen Fernsehern, neuen ACs, Arbeitssicherheit (für wertvolle), elektronischen Türen und der alten persönlichen Ref (freundlich feste Waschmaschine) Faucet in Zimmer 507).  Ich liebe das Frühstücksbuffet - der Kaffee ist super...Die beibeantragte Eier Kochen hat eine lange Wartelinie (die gekochten Eier würden schon gut sein, wenn Sie nicht die Anzahl, die die beibeantragte Omelette kocht zu erhöhen). Wir lieben auch die Sünder grillt Lebensmittel am Meer. Ein Kommentar zum kostenlosen Abendessen jedoch (für die Kondo-Präsentation). es verringert die Menge für das Abendessen Kochen, es irgendwie von Menschen missbraucht werden. Das Kochen ist traurig geworden, als es so viel Spaß war. Hoffentlich sehen Sie mehr Verbesserungen wie Baurampen am Strand, damit Senioren das Meer genießen.  Überall war es Spaß, Entspannung und schön, um Canyon Cove und die Schönheit Gottes um sie herum zu erleben. Ich werde weiter zurückkommen.

Es ist eine gute Lage, zufriedenstellende Einrichtungen, und das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Der Balkon und der Bergblick sind ein Plus. Das Personal ist untergebracht und sehr freundlich. Der einzige Negativ hier ist der Zimmerservice zu langsam.

The staff were very nice and polite. The room was decent, they couldve given a menu in the room so thats its easier for guests to order food in. For the price tho its, totally worth it if youre goung to have activities around and near the area

Ich liebe die Aussicht aus dem 6. Stockzimmer obwohl die Schritte sind ziemlich schwierig :) sie auch erlaubt Haustiere, die groß ist, obwohl die einzige Sorge, die ich hatte war, dass sie mich 2K PHP für zusätzliche Gebühren auf der oberen Haustierreinigungsgebühr pro Tag (die nicht Teil ist) Die Gäste sollten die Gebühren, die sie am Anfang für die Tiere entrichten, verwalten. Neben diesem habe ich keine Sorgen um das Eigentum - das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist großartig!

Es ist ein schöner Ort für einen kurzen Urlaub. Mein Sohn liebte wirklich den Poolbereich. Der Strand war nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Mein Lieblingsteil war am Morgen um die Lagune zu joggen. Aussicht war erstaunlich und ich konnte einen schnellen Halt am Strand machen.
