The bar offers a fantastic menu of local specialties, including their standout Oita Kabosu Mojitos (available in Original and Raspberry for ¥1,400), draft beer, and a selection of cocktails and mocktails to enjoy under the stars. Additionally, guests can access specialized relaxation services. Located on the 2nd floor of the adjacent Amanek Inn, the ”tamayura” relaxation center offers traditional Toji-inspired body and foot massages, head treatments, and facials ranging from short 20-minute sessions to immersive 120-minute treatments. Local Dining & Seamless Payments One of the most innovative features of the stay is the ”HEYAZUKE” system. By activating your room key, you can dine at partnered local restaurants and bars around the neighborhood and charge the bill directly to your room. The hotel provides detailed ”HEYAZUKE Trip Guides” by the elevators to help you discover partner venues, making it incredibly easy to support the local community. For a fantastic daytime meal, the nearby partner spot ”Taco Nargo” serves up a completely gluten-free brunch menu (Tacos, Chilli Con Carne, and Cobb Salads) between 10:00 and 14:00. Parking & Practical Logistics While there is no parking directly on the hotel premises, AMANEK provides clear partnered parking information. Guests can use the Tsurumi Car Park located nearby (Address: 1-5 Ekimae-honmachi). The partnered rate is a very reasonable ¥600 per 24 hours per entry, provided you get your parking ticket stamped by the hotel reception staff. Note that standard car size limitations apply (max length 5m, width 2m, height 2.1m). If you choose to use alternative public lots nearby, prices vary; for example, the nearby Trust Park lot charges rates like ¥500 for daytime parking (7:00–18:00) or ¥200 per 60 minutes. Its the closest to the hotel if you dun mind paying extra. The overall stay experience was excellent, and I would especially like to commend Li-Ying Wu (also known as Go Reiei) from Taiwan. From the very beginning of the check-in process, she demonstrated a professional attitude by thoroughly explaining all the hotel's facilities and services. She always wore a warm and welcoming smile, which truly reflected her dedication to her work and her respect for the guests. During my stay, my family had quite a few demanding and complicated requests, requiring frequent assistance from the staff. Throughout it all, Li-Ying patiently addressed every single question without showing any sign of impatience.

Im Kurort Beppu fanden wir ein traditionelles japanisches Thermalbadhotel direkt am Meer. Ausstattung und Service waren exzellent, und die meisten Gäste waren Japaner. Die größte Überraschung war, dass man beim Baden in den Innen- und Außenbecken sogar kleinen Krabben 🦀 und Fangschreckenkrebsen begegnen konnte. Die wenigen Gäste und das wunderbare Thermalbaderlebnis, kombiniert mit der Meeresbrise, machten den Aufenthalt zu einem wahren Genuss. Es gab Parfums und Toilettenartikel im französischen Stil zur Auswahl, und die kostenlosen Yakult Meiji Schokoladeneis am Stiel waren der Favorit unseres Kindes 😍. Außerdem gab es einen separaten Raum nur für Frauen für eine entspannende 30-minütige Aromamassage. Das Hotel lag etwa 20 Autominuten vom Bahnhof Beppu entfernt, was etwas unpraktisch war, aber der kostenlose Shuttle-Service, der täglich gebucht werden konnte, war ein nettes Extra. Der Hotelfahrer, Herr JT, war sehr zuvorkommend und unterhielt sich jeden Tag auf dem Weg zum Bahnhof mit uns. Und ehe wir uns versahen, waren wir schon da. Außerdem bot der Garten im ersten Stock einen direkten Meerblick auf die Bucht von Beppu – perfekt, um die Wolken ⛅️, das Meer, die Fischer und die kleinen Boote zu beobachten. Wunderschön!

Abit Ausfahrten vom Beppu Zentrum , Sie können die Shuttle-Bus-Dienste vor dem Tag u ankommen buchen Das private Bad ist erstaunlich .. wirklich genießen Sie es Sie können die Sonnenaufgang aus Ihrem Balkon sehen, wenn das Wetter gut ist Das Wichtigste ist das Abendessen und das Frühstück ist super !!!

Very satisfied with our stay. Room is abit small as the room was constructed out of a container but they still managed to pack everything nicely into the room. Location may not be ideal for travellers relying on public transport but no issue if you’re driving as there are parking lots available for hotel guests in front of the hotel. Love the amenities provided (full range of Pola products and Refa hair dryer!) They even provide a Balmuda kettle. As hotel is located within a park, there is no security fencing. There is a main gate where hotel guests need to scan their card to enter hotel premise but public can easily walk over the slightly raised flower bed to enter the hotel premise even without the need to enter via the main gate. Such setup is only possible in Japan where security is not a major issue and known for being a safe country but we’ll be concerned if this is in another country. There is also no shelter from hotel rooms to the parking area so managing luggage during rainy days will be challenging. But overall we love our stay at this hotel.

This is a truly special onsen hotel. Each guest stays in their own individual house, which makes the experience feel private and peaceful. The property is secluded and quiet, beautifully decorated with Japanese taste — the tatami rooms are elegant and authentic. Every house comes with its own private onsen, both indoor and outdoor, so you can soak in complete comfort. The staff are incredibly attentive and sincere, trying hard to communicate in English and making you feel genuinely cared for. A highlight was the lady in kimono who served us dinner and breakfast — she was gentle, elegant, and simply beautiful in her manner. The kaiseki dinner was incredible, full of delicate flavors, and breakfast was equally delicious. The only thing to note is that it’s on a hillside, about a 10‑minute drive to the main tourist attractions, so having a car makes the stay much easier. The hotel has free parking. Overall, Yufuin Rakuyu offers a serene, authentic Japanese onsen experience with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended, and I’d love to return.

The staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel overall was very cozy, particularly the onsens. Although all the four onsens were opened for all guests at the hotel, you can use one of them as long as you want because guests are instructed to hang a sign on the onsen to show that it is currently occupied. This is a great way for the guests to enjoy privacy to themselves, although it is opened publicly. Dinner and breakfast was included in the package so we did not have to worry about finding nearby restaurants. The food was delicious here! Would definitely recommend if you enjoy traditional Japanese meals to get the full experience. We had a private barbecue for dinner, and it was truly immaculate! However, there was smoke all over the hotel lobby coming from the barbecue so it would have been better if they kept the windows opened. It was also indoors so it was slightly overwhelming with all the smoke everywhere in the restaurant. But everything else was on point and breakfast was particularly delicious. 

I stayed at the female room which is very wide and it was quite so I could sleep very good. Even though it’s a capsule hotel the beds are also wide and very comfortable. The price andlocation is very convenient , the hotel is on the Beppu tower and it’s 15minutes walking from the Beppu Station. They can offer to keep your luggage for free. I would stay at this place again 👍

Located near the beginning of Yufuin street where you can find all the restaurants. Rooms, lobby, public bath are.quite large in size, slightly jaded look (social distancing stickers still on lobby floor and lift, hotel staff should quickly remove) enough parking on site. Easy to walk about. Umbrellas available for loan. Opposite the hotel is a laundrymart. Family mart and 7-11 available in Yufuin main street areas.

Der Standort liegt etwa zehn Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Sie können jedoch von der Chuo-dori-Einkaufsstraße zu einer anderen Einkaufsstraße gegenüber dem Hotel gehen, sodass Sie an regnerischen Tagen keine Angst haben müssen, vom Regen überrascht zu werden. In der Einkaufsstraße gibt es Daiso, wo man einkaufen kann, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gibt es zwei 100-Yen-Läden und im Bungo-Markt am Bahnhof gibt es einen Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Hotel ist größer als die durchschnittliche Hotelkette. Es wird jeden Tag gereinigt und stellt jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Wasser zur Verfügung. Das ist sehr zufriedenstellend.
