It’s the best ski resort accommodation you can have for this much you paid for. Nothing is better than a ski in ski out hotel, kids friendly and with special kids amenities. The room is small but it’s just how it is. We enjoyed our first family skiing trip and look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously at Naspa. The room was huge and luxurious by Japanese standard, in my opinion. It was clean too! The breakfast spread was amazing. It's a ski in n out resort. Decent slopes, sufficient for us to ski for 2 days. Its very easy to get to the train station to the resort. The stop is few steps to the r Left from the enterance of the station. Vice versa, The half-hourly shuttle to Echigo Yuzawa station and back made it very convenient for us to grab dinner and snacks at 7-11 or NewsDay. The Onsen was much needed after each ski day. We'll be back NASPA!

I recently stayed at Hotel Okura Niigata, and my experience was delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attentive staff. The hotel is located in a prime area, with easy access to local attractions, and offers a beautiful view of the Shinano River, which adds a touch of tranquility to the stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the traditional touches in the room, giving it a refined Japanese atmosphere.

Our stay at Yukinohana Ryokan was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel at home. The blend of traditional Japanese elegance with modern comfort made for an unforgettable experience. The service was impeccable. Every staff member was attentive, kind, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Yukinohana’s location is also excellent, just a short walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station, making it convenient for travelers. We can’t wait to return!

Not the most modern. But very cosy and warm, impeccable service and hospitality. Child play facilities inside the hotel (up to 6 or 7 years old). That's a bar for the adults too, open tab until the night. Private onsen is available for 1000jpy for 45 minutes, and is adjacent but separate to the public onsen that is available to hotel guests. Parking is just outside the hotel. Restaurants and snow gear rental is available down the road.

Frühstücksrestaurant, arme Flusslandschaft. Ich habe japanische oder westliche Gerichte gewählt, beide sehr lecker. Anders als die Buffet-Stil, können Sie ruhig essen. Das Zimmer wurde auch sehr gut renoviert, so dass es sich viel größer fühlt als das Hotel heute.

Es wurde ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gegeben. Als ich mit der Rezeption geprüft habe, sagten sie, dass ihr Niveau 10 unter Renovierung war und dass meine Buchung mir keine Wahl gibt. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich gesagt habe, dass ich keine Wahl für das Bett konfiguriert habe. Die Zimmer sind nicht gesund. Wir konnten Stimmen aus dem nächsten Zimmer hören.  Das Zimmer ist geräumig von japanischer Standard und die Lage ist gut, nahe Bandai Pier und Mode Einkaufen. Wir können in 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof gehen.  Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Is a PERFECT get away for family and friends. Excellence value for money package with great dinner menus and setting. Room is spacious and functional. Beautiful outdoor onsen. Near all the famous skiing area. The only set back is the usage of lobby at nite, on the 16/1/25 we are allowed to use till 12am. Yet on the 17/1/25 night, the front office staff come over our sitting area and turn of the light despite is only ard 10pm and he is aware we are chit chatting and having a drink there... This really surprise everyone. The rest of the hotel staff is friendly and approachable. Except the guys working on night shift 17/1/25, I assume in the front office,.

Ich bin froh, in einem Zimmer mit dem Namen ６ １ eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen, die drei Generationen von Eltern und Kindern ist. Ich habe nachts und morgens einen Wäschebad gebadet, aber wegen des Dampfs ist die Sichtbarkeit zu klar, so dass die Ausländer, die nicht bereit sind, sich zu entdecken, vielleicht nicht stinken. Das Lebensmittel ist ausgewogen. Es gibt nicht viele Projekte, aber sie sind sehr lecker. Ich will noch mal.
