This trip is transit and stay overnight only, the hotel is totally ok, don’t forget to contact hotel in advance for pickup service from airport to hotel, it just 10-20 mins only but you don’t need to find taxi or grab service. The restaurant is on GF, I had late dinner and breakfast; last order for dinner is 10:30PM, but there has too many mosquitos, so I come back to my room and they deliver my order to my room. Foods are good in taste, but a little bit slow, maybe due to late order. Breakfast is from 6AM, served as buffet, tastes are fine but I come to restaurant is about 9AM, some foods containers are almost empty. In general, this hotel is recommended by me.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Ich liebe das Hotel besonders die Farbe & Musik, bei der Prüfung im Prozess war es gut ging und es gibt eine junge Dame neben dem FO Personal aufstehen, die den gesamten Prozess hören und beobachten. Am nächsten Tag traf ich sie wieder im Lobby und sie kam mir nur um hallo zu sagen, fragte mich um meine Erfahrung und Feedback freundlich und gleichzeitig über mich eine Tasse Kaffee, obwohl sie wusste, dass ich mein Frühstück gemacht habe. Ich weiß, dass sie sehr bekannt ist, mit dem Fame Hotel Gading Serpong zu arbeiten, aber sie ( Iren ) ist ein sehr wichtiges Vermögen für das Unternehmen. Ich wünsche diese Rückmeldung nicht, weil sie über mich eine Tasse Kaffee übernahm. Sie hat wirklich ihre Rolle als Hotelier gezeigt. Schön, Sie zu treffen Iren und ich kommen zurück und danken Ihnen für Ihre warmste Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr hochtech, geräumiges Schlafzimmer, erstaunliche Aussicht (besonders in der Nacht) mit sauberem Fensterpanel. Dusche war stark, der Gesamtaufenthalt war schön. Die einzigen lassen Down ist das Buffet Frühstück. Die Auswahl war groß, Aber sie können den Geschmack verbessern, obwohl das Zimmerservice-Essen war besser

Es ist toll, am nächsten Tag kostenlos zum Flughafen zu fahren. Das Essen am Frühstücksbuffet ist köstlich. Der Duschkopf hat eine starke Wassersäule, was beim Waschen sehr erfrischend ist. Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder dort übernachten!

Hier ist die Lobby wirklich schön und sauber, zu stinkend in meiner Meinung, Aber die Lobby ist ziemlich heiß, vielleicht ist es wegen des Wetters und der offenen Fläche (Vielleicht, wenn sie einen Schatten aufstellen würde helfen).. Frühe Eincheckung ist hier nicht verfügbar, aber es gibt ein Zimmer speziell für Sie gemacht, um Ihre Taschen zu halten, während Sie auf die Eincheckung warten.

Strategische Lage, ein Hotel mit einem einfachen Konzept, aber nicht die Komfort seiner Gäste verringert. Wifi ist schnell, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, die sauberen Blätter und die Kissen sind komfortabel (so viel ich mir die Blätter und ein graues Kissenhandschuhe im Foto vorstellte) Die Größe des Zimmers ist nicht zu groß, nicht zu klein. Geeignet für indonesische Größe. Das Konzept eines einzigartigen Badezimmers (das Kabinenmodell und die heiße Wasserdusche, die reibungslos fließt) Keine Schlüsselkarte benötigt, um das Stromsystem zu wechseln, so dass ich das Zimmer mit dem AC und den Lichtern aufbewahrt. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für Reisende, die zu erschwinglichen Preisen und komfortable Zimmerausstattung übernachten möchten

Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber.Es gibt einen Pool direkt über den Korridor oder vor dem Aufzug. Über die Straße gibt es einen Passar 8.This Platz voller Küche und umfasst ATM-Dienste. Es gibt auch eine große Living World in der Nähe dieser Lage.

When i stay in santika, i expect pleasant stay experience and its a premiere santika so it's better.. right? And the answer is NO, when i check in the lobby is good, and the room alley is also good,but when i enter my room, the room is extremely old,dirty,moldy and dark, so i complaint and the room is better than before but still awful.. I cant believe its a premiere 4 star santika hotel.. There's no other room available so they offer me to upgrade to suite room for Rp. 1.1 jt per night.. and of course i decline, for that kind of money i can stay in way superior and better hotel than this terrible hotel.. Another detail, the breakfast is average, the swimming pool is small and no shaded waiting area, the gym is small, crampy, and awful and separated into 2 tiny area.. Don't stay in this hotel at all cost !!

Prons: Strategic location, nearby pasar modern BSD, spacious room (grand deluxe), receptionist and room service was fast and very supportive . Starbucks and Indomaret available. Cons: Late checkout only until 12:45. Swimming pool quiet smelly due to chlorine, gym space is really small with outdated treadmill

Die Hotels sind sehr erstaunt, und ich bin erstmals ins Hotel gekommen, und sie geben mir immer eine freundliche Art, die Sicherheitspersonal, das Frontbüropersonal und das Restaurantpersonal alle sehen sehr ehrlich aus. Ich kam früh morgens und wurde von dem Personal des Frontbüros namens Faris bearbeitet. Obwohl es um 6 Uhr war und er auf seinem Nachtplan ist, aber er sieht nicht müde aus, er begrüßt mich immer noch mit freundlichem Geste. Ich sagte ihm, ich sei gekommen, um das Konzert bei ICE BSD zu besuchen, so dass ich nur die Registrierung machen und das Hotel für Vorbereitung verlassen. Dann kam ich am Abend nach dem Konzert und fand die schönste weltbehandelung aus dem Hotel. Ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass die Idee von ihm war. Mein Herz berührte mich und ich war sehr glücklich. Danke Mercure, dann empfehle ich dieses Hotel an andere.

Es ist zu nah am Straßenrand und der Ton ist nachts laut. Andere sind ziemlich gut, das Frühstück des Hotels ist ziemlich reichhaltig und die Form des Hotels ist auch gut. Schickes Gebäude, trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. Thank you Puji and Robby and thank you IBIS

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich schlecht. Als ich zuerst eintrate, ist das Bettblatt schmutzig mit etwas gelben Farben und Blutfarben. Meine Tochter will zum Schwimmen gehen und ich komme für ihre Handtücher, und das Handtücher stinkt wie ein nasser Fuß. Ich klage an den Empfangsmann und sie sagten, der Reinigungsdienst würde kommen und helfen, es wieder zu reinigen. Sie kamen mit einem großen Trolley voller schmutzigen Bettblätter, weil aus dem gesamten Trolley alle neuen Bettblätter eine Farbe oder etwas Schmutz in ihr haben. Sie sagten, die Waschmaschine ist schrecklich und pl ich glaube ihnen. Sie müssen extra aus dem Büro oder was auch immer nehmen und noch gibt es kein sauberes Bettblatt. Ich kam zum Punkt, um diese Dame zu fragen, die wie der Manager oder der Leiter des Reinigungsteams aussieht, gibt es irgendeinen anderen Gast, der sich über dieses schrecklich schmutzigen Bettblatt beschwert hat, Ich meine, wie konnten Sie ein Hotel ohne sauberes Bettblatt und weißes Handtuch bedienen??? aus irgendeinem Grund sagte sie Keine Beschwerde. OK, das bedeutet aus ihrer Perspektive meine Beschwerde ist einfach nicht normal. Zunächst habe ich mich bereits mit der Tatsache befaßt, dass es das Waschproblem war, das ihnen schlechte Arbeit gab, aber jetzt, ich denke, das Hotel ist derjenige, der nicht wusste, was ein sauberes Hotel ist. Das Zimmer hat auch keine Haartrockner und kein Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer Dusche ist beschädigt und schmutzig. Es gibt überall Schmuck. Ich bewehre es mit einem Bild. Denken Sie, es wert die 3 Sterne???? Genießen Sie das Bild von Zimmer 107!
