Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

Lovely oasis of calm, boutique hotel in the heart of the White Town. We stayed for 2 nights. We dined at the restaraunt on the first night, the food and ambience was excellent. We also dined twice at their sister restaraunt” La Villa” which had a 7 course taster menu that was excellent and great value for money. They are also affiliated with the bar/restaraunt ”The Spot” which we really enjoyed visiting during the day for a drink and spot of lunch in a nice courtyard. Breakfast at Villa Shanti was also good and the staff were all very polite and friendly. Our room was charming and comfortable. We felt the roof terrace area could have been a more attractive area to sit out on than it was it was quite basic and felt a bit neglected but otherwise we found the hotel a great place to stay.

The best hotel I have stayed in in whole India. The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada. The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable. Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard. Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect. It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle. Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel. Ps : best dosas of my life !

The Radisson Pont du Chery is a hotel of no more than four stars, and it is very far from the main (white) part of the city. It is about 13–14 km away, and the hotel charges USD 20 each way, USD 20 to go and USD 20 to return. So, if someone wants to visit Pont du Chery, the hotel is extremely far. Moreover, there is nothing around the hotel at all—zero, a desert. It is suitable only for those who want to stay isolated from the city and close to the beach (about 500 meters away). Otherwise, it is not suitable for a tourist who wants to visit Pont du Chery🛜🛜🛜 The staff is excellent. The breakfast is good. The reception staff is exceptional

It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

Das Hotel liegt im französischen Teil von Pondicherry, der sich in der Nähe der Promenade und der zahlreichen Cafés und Restläden verteilt. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Platz sauber und geräumig. Das Hotel verfügt weder über einen Parkplatz für Autos noch über eine Fahrerausstattung. Insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel Aura, wahr nach seinem Namen, die Aura des Ortes war wirklich gut. Freundliches Personal, und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist sehr anständig, mit allen Einrichtungen in der Nähe, alle touristischen Orte sind weniger als 5 Minuten von diesem Ort entfernt. Das Hotel Leute haben uns auch geholfen, einen Scooter zu mieten, der viel bequemer war, um rund um zu fahren im Vergleich zu einem Auto. Das Restaurant war schmeckt. Unser Gesamtaufenthalt war ausgezeichnet, sicher und zufriedenstellend.

A beautiful Chettinad-French Heritage Home converted to a luxury stay by CGH Earth. Very well maintained. Valet Parking is available. This place gives a different kind of soothing vibes. Authentic and minimalist. The staff are warm and welcoming, they will describe you about the history and activities humbly. They are also very polite and helpful too. The reception area is a stunning old building with a lovely swing, waiting area, a small library and a green soulful courtyard with a mini pond.Maison Perumal Hotel & Restaurant – CGH Earth

1) Great Location 2) Lobby service was quick 3) Was consitently haring loud grilling noise (especially on Monday afternoon) 4) No foot mat/foot cloth inside the room. This will eventually dirty your rooms faster as we walk wet footed from wash rooms 5)no razor or moisturiser provided

Nice spacious outdoor swimming pool with a Spa facility.for reasonably priced traditional Ayurvedic massage. Rooms are also very spacious. Some of the decor is starting too look a bit tired.
