We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Ambiente und Einrichtungen. Besonderes Dank an Sharofat an der Rezeption, die uns bei der Buchung einer Stadttour geholfen hat und war sehr hilfreich auch während ihres Urlaubs. Es hatte 24x7 Bar und Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Das Hotel empfiehlt allen Touristen sehr.

Great hotel. I had an Executive King room and I really enjoyed the executive part of it. Executive rooms are situated on the floors 15-18 for better views and also the complimentary access to the executive lounge from 8.00 to 20.00 hours is included in the price.

Ich hatte einen wirklich guten Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war neu, sauber und der Preis war wirklich vernünftig sogar inklusive das Frühstück. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und freundlich. Ich würde anderen sehr empfehlen. Wenn ich wieder nach Samarkand reise, werde ich definitiv dort bleiben.

Gem in Samarkand , love the service , ambience and cleanliness. Room is huge , bed comfortable. The staff attitude is marvellous and customer oriented. Love this place. To the right of hotel , there is barbeque restaurant , cheap and delicious. Both staff that i attached served me , they are humble and very helpful.

Schöne Lobby, große Lage, schöne Auswahl am Frühstück, wenig enttäuscht über das tatsächliche Zimmer, es spiegelte nicht die Außen- oder öffentliche Bereiche, aber es war managbar. Über zufrieden mit unserem zwei Nächte Aufenthalt.

Прекрасный отель! Новый, чистый, удивительно доброжелательный персонал. Все понравилось. В отеле есть отличный SPA: 2бассейна с комплексом саун. Рекомендую!

實在沒有想到這個希爾頓酒店這麼便宜，然後各個方面卻遠遠超出預期。 1，離火車站不是很遠，打車估計就3-4萬鎖母就到了，十多公里。 2，周圍有非常漂亮的人工草坪，還有一條清澈的小河，河邊還有水泥路，可以坐觀光車。幾塊錢人民幣就夠了。 3，再附近還有一個大型的小童遊樂場，費用超級便宜，一個項目就5-10元人民幣的樣子。還有一些街邊小吃。還有晚上的舞蹈等節目看。 4，遊樂場邊上還連結着一個“清真寺”，裏面可以購物，閑逛，然後還有非常棒的飯店吃飯，以當地的烤肉，囊等實物為主。室外的飯廳非常漂亮，漢白玉的柱子底座，精心雕塑的木製大梁直接杵在上面，支起來整個屋頂。這個亭子在河邊，邊上種滿了花草，環境非常優美。最重要的是沒有蚊子！ 5，酒店的自助早餐也非常豐富，美。5歲小孩免費，11歲小孩半票。當然你也可以買自帶早餐的。 6，離那些著名景點也不遠，打車這邊很便宜。 7，酒店挨着還有一個超大型的水上樂園，10-20：00營業。 這個酒店帶娃住和玩，絕絕子。

Sehr gutes Hotel ist nicht weit von den Attraktionen entfernt, das Hotel selbst ist sehr neu und reichhaltig, es gibt alles, die Rezeption ist sehr bescheiden, es gibt einen Bedarf, wir sind 8 Uhr morgens ein Zug, und ich sage der Rezeption vorab, uns zum Frühstück vorzubereiten, und alle sind bereit.

The hotel is next to historical landmark Shah-i-Zinda necropolis. Registan Square is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute drive away. Taxi drivers need to be given the exact location of the hotel, which is on an uphill road, otherwise they may be dropped off in front of Shah-i-Zinda Cemetery. Hotel room is well equipped and wifi is stable. Staffs are really helpful. Fruits provided for breakfast are juicy.
