Baru saja menginap di Swissôtel Nusantara, dan pengalaman saya dan keluarga sungguh luar biasa! Dari awal check-in hingga check-out, pelayanan yang diberikan sangat profesional dan penuh keramahan. Secara khusus, saya ingin mengapresiasi Mbak Teta dan Mas Bregas, yang sangat membantu selama kami menginap. Mereka tidak hanya ramah, tetapi juga sigap dalam memenuhi setiap kebutuhan kami dengan senyum dan pelayanan terbaik. Fasilitas hotel sangat lengkap, kamar nyaman dengan desain modern, dan makanan di restoran hotel juga enak. Lokasinya strategis, bisa jalan kaki ke istana negara. Terima kasih Swissôtel Nusantara atas pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi!

Location is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

Brief overnight stay. Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and spacious. The balcony and sea view was a bonus. Nice big shower in the bathroom but no hand towels. Wi-Fi was good but required a different log-in when outside the room. In the common areas, the gym was good and pretty well equipped. The covered pool was a bit small and random. Unfortunately we had to skip breakfast as we had a very early flight to catch.

Zimmergröße ist groß genug. für den Preis von US$55 Incl Frühstück ist gut wert Aber leider denke ich Haushalter auf wechselnden Blättern überschritten....Es gab Blutfarben, “***** oder einige seltsame” Farben auf Bettwäsche, Komfortblatt, Pilzfäden...

Kamar bersih dan rapi, amenities lengkap. Lokasi di pusat kota dan dekat dengan restoran dan tempat nongkrong di Balikpapan.

Schönes und besetztes Hotel. Frühstücksgericht ist auch lecker. Schnellservice. Und in der Nähe des Malls. Empfehlungen für Geschäftsreisen und Familie.

Overall room was clean, I booked deluxe twin and they said upgrading my room to superior twin, room looks old need to repainting again room 390 u can see the mold, lamps beside the bed not working. Reception Lobby area so quite and dirty on Raya day. Housekeeping staff so helpful and this hotel located on strategic locations. Value for money

Secara keseluruhan hotel bagus. Cuma pintu penghubung antar kamar kurang kedap. Sangat terdengar suara dari kamar sebelah.

Umgebung: Ja, der Hall ist auch hell, aber das festgelegte Doppelzimmer ist alles ein großes Schlafzimmer. Hat das Hotel keine Doppelbettzimmer? Bitte geben Sie die Plattform den Namen des Zimmers klar
