I had an amazing stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence! The cleanliness was top-notch; the rooms and common areas were spotless. The location was very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. The service was excellent—staff members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The amenities were impressive, especially the pool and gym, which were well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience! I highly recommend this hotel to families and travelers looking for comfort and quality service in Batam. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall it's a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with free mini bar items. They also generously provided good quality hair dryer. However, I did notice that the towels provided were old and looked dirty, which was a bit disappointed. On a positive note, the staff were incredible friendly and accommodating, We especially appreciated the complimentary New Year's Eve dinner and countdown party, plus free mini bar items all you can eat. It was a fantastic way to ring in the new year. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

Der Strand des Hotels ist besonders schön. Es gibt keine Menschen am Privatstrand. Es handelt sich um ein neu eröffnetes Hotel, das in jeder Hinsicht relativ neu ist. Der Service ist jedoch tadellos. Alle sind sehr enthusiastisch und hilfsbereit. Beim Einchecken erhalten Sie einen Spa-Gutschein von 20 %. Die Rezeption hilft Ihnen bei der Terminvereinbarung und die Methode ist sehr komfortabel. Das Abendessen war auch köstlich. Der indonesische gebratene Reis im Blind Spot gefiel uns allen. Das Steak war gut durchgebraten, weil ich es bestellt hatte, aber weil wir lange warten mussten, wurde ein Salat geschenkt. Es gab morgens ein Auto, das uns zum BBT-Pier brachte, und die Wäscherei brachte unsere Kleidung auch pünktlich aufs Zimmer. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Frühstück etwas dürftig ist und es nicht genügend Auswahl gibt.

Wir haben uns wie ein Burrito in die Decke gewickelt. Eine Kleinigkeit, die vielleicht noch erwähnt werden sollte, ist, dass es trotz der „Rauchen verboten“-Schilder in den Aufzügen immer noch Reisende gibt, die dort offen rauchen. Aber ansonsten finde ich das Hotel insgesamt in Ordnung. Es ist auch ziemlich sicher, weil Sie die Zimmerkarte scannen müssen, bevor Sie die Etage auswählen, in die Sie möchten. Es gibt auch McDonalds in der Nähe, Sie müssen nur die Straße überqueren.

Hier sind meine Bewertungen für das Turi Beach Resort, da ich zum ersten Mal allein reise. Die Einheimischen sind nett, die Lage ist auch gut. Mit Begrüßungsgetränken beim Einchecken im Hotel (die ich nicht getrunken habe, da ich mit dem Einchecken beschäftigt war, aber sie sehen köstlich aus 🤤). Es war gut, sich zu entspannen und die geistige Gesundheit zu entspannen. Das Personal gab mir ein schönes Zimmer, was mich noch mehr wertschätzte. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefällt, ist, dass es keine Lotion im Zimmer gibt, was mich ein wenig traurig macht, da ich erwartet hatte, eine zu haben. Aber die Gesamterfahrung ist gut. Ich liebe den Ort und das Personal ist freundlich. Ich liebe auch den Sonnenuntergang und den Sonnenaufgang. Besonders im Island Bar Restaurant. Ich werde auf jeden Fall dorthin zurückkehren.

ive enjoyed my stayed and honeymoon here and because of this place i fell in love with batam..the staff were very helpfull and well trained...can understand and converse well either in bahasa malaysia and english...the place is clean and disable-friendly with ramp and etc...the spa was nice,the pool is cleab,room and ambiece is really fresh...would love to stay here again...suitable for stress free enviroment even its a bit far from any famous spot in batam but perfect for healing and relaxing

Nice hotel and friendly customer service. Breakfast so good with a lot of varieties. Grab are so much easier and fast. Can short cut to Nagoya but the slope staircase not convenient but you can also go short cut by the road side very near. During CNY we received orange and packet ang pow with notes and token $$ for luck.

Wir sind Familie von 4 (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder Alter 11 & 12). Wir haben einen Anschlussraum beantragt, aber wir waren so überrascht, dass das Hotel nur 2 Anschlusszimmer hat, das auf Ebene nicht rauchen und Ebene Rauchenraum ist. Wir blieben 4D3N und wir müssen die Kinder mit uns schlafen zu trennen. Erstens schickten sie uns auf Ebene 5, das Fenster gegenüber dem Hotel scheint leer und runter, so schrecklich, so habe ich sie gebeten, für uns zu ändern, Glücklicherweise haben sie noch Raum für uns auf Ebene 3 vor der Straße. Das Essen war ok für mich und die Familie. jeden Tag verschiedene Arten von Essen. aber nicht viel westliche Wahlen. Das Zimmer war Raum und hat einen geräucherten, vielleicht der Teppich. aber ok immer noch akzeptabel. Der Service war gut. fordern Sie zusätzlichen Kissen, Gummi Kunststoff, sauber das Zimmer ändern Sie den Bettblatt usw. Die Lage ist weit von der Nagoya Hill Mall entfernt. Haben Sie die BCC Mall, Mega Mall in der Nähe. Grab/gojek ist so schnell und Easy in Batam. Es ist eine gute Erfahrung für uns. Nach allem, was wir in Batam gemacht haben, haben wir Spaß gemacht.

Freundliches und herzliches Personal; an allen Berührungspunkten Vom Fährterminal; Bevor Sie den Shuttlebus zum Resort besteigen, wenden Sie sich an das Personal im Hotel. Jedes Personal ist so herzlich. Vielen Dank für den frühen Check-in! Zur Begrüßung schlagen sie den Gong und servieren Ihnen erfrischende Begrüßungsgetränke. Der Pool ist unglaublich. Es ist groß genug, damit die Kinder es genießen können. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch nicht schlecht. Innerhalb des Resorts gibt es einen Shuttle, der uns zum Meeresfrüchte-Kelong bringt. Der Preis im Kelong ist ähnlich wie in Singapur. Berücksichtigen Sie daher Ihre Erwartungen. Geschmacklich ist es ziemlich anständig. Der Strand hat eine Teerstruktur. Wir hatten uns darauf gefreut, mehr Zeit am Strand zu verbringen, mussten diese aber verkürzen. Es gab auch viele Korallen, was für Leute mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen ist. Der Pool macht den Mangel am Strand wett. Wir werden in Zukunft wiederkommen!

The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

The whole experience was very amazing. The service was excellence! From the moment we stepped foot into Bintan Ferry terminal, we were greeted by the friendly staff and they just made us feel comfortable till the moment we stepped foot out of Bintan Ferry terminal. The moment we stepped on board the bus, we were given biscuit and cold towels and not forgetting the free wifi throughout our 75mins journey to the Resort. When we reached we were greeted by friendly staff and immediately we were lead to a room for our welcome drinks and check-in. The check-in process was fast but no room were available at 11 plus. We were told that our room would only be available at 2pm (it is already earlier as check-in timing is at 3pm) and the staff had advised us to walk around and go for our lunch first during the waiting time. It the end, we managed to get our lunch at 1pm (earlier then what they told us). What I like about the resort is that they update their activies and replies all through whatsapps. When we entered into your room, our luggage was already delivered there and the aircons were on. So it was already cooling.....weather in Bintan is HOT in Dec. Hahhahaa. The room was very beautiful and spacious. It was so amazing and romantic. It really make me don't want to leave the room. The food there was nice too. Although there is only two restaurant but they do have a great range of variety. And every evening, they have different dinner theme. The night I was there they had pasar malam night. Food stalls were setup at the open with tables and chairs and understand from the staff that the following night they were doing BBQ by the sea. Too bad, I'm only there for a night. They also have a huge breakfast spread. There are live music at the pool bar. Beside drinks, there are food serve there too. The live music is GREAT! It is really a pleasant stay!

Super heartwarming, friendly and professional service! Love our stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!

Das Zimmer ist eigentlich ziemlich neu und schön und der private Strand ist schön. Personal sind v freundlich. Getränke sind gut. Aber wird Banyanbaum nächstes Mal für bessere Villa-Stil berücksichtigen. Aktivitätskoordinator Benny ist gut, aber die Aktivitäten, die er organisiert, werden nicht angekündigt. Bessere Werbung und richtige Fitness/Studio wird empfohlen. Wir hatten jedoch eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung mit den Hotelzimmereinrichtungen. Es gab 4 Stromreisen beim Einchecken. Der Luftkon wurde mehrmals aufgelöst, dass wir den Ingenieur weiter anrufen müssen, zu kommen und zu reparieren. Schlimmer ist, dass der Schlauch und das Duschewasser tatsächlich braun ist. Wir waren so grob aus! Denn wir haben uns in ihm geduschen, ohne zu wissen, nur nach dem Auschecken realisiert. Sprechen Sie mit dem Hotelpersonal, aber sie können nichts kompensieren, weil ich durch trip.com buche. Hoffentlich trip.com kann mit dem Hotel kommunizieren, um uns zu kompensieren, vielleicht ein weiteres kostenloses Aufenthalt oder Upgrade nächsten Besuch.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe dem Fährbahnhof, und das Hotel bietet kostenfreie pick-up, das ist super bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und der Pool war wunderschön. Frühstück war angemessen, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Nicht sehr in der Nähe von Fußgängern, aber Sie können leicht mit Grab oder dem Hotelführer (obwohl der letzte preiswerter ist) umherkommen. Insgesamt, ein guter Aufenthalt für eine entspannende Reise.

We had a good stay at Natra. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, and they even granted our request for anniversary decorations, and they also help us with early checkin and late checkout. The location is just beside the ferry terminal and they have a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was also good and got variety of choices. I like our room it was nicely decorated and the hotel itself has a nice concept. However, as this is glamping style, expect that the room doesn’t have a proper wall and you will be able to hear the noise outside very clearly. Our room was near the restaurant and there was a live band at night that played really loud music until 10:30pm. Couldn’t get an early night rest. They need to improve on housekeeping to check about the towels provided, we go a towel with stains and the other one has a hole. But overall, we still had a good stay and recommend this for a quick getaway.

Room was large and comfortable for a family of 5. Private Pool is around 1.2mtr so not suitable for toddlers. Room cleanliness could do better, there were a lot of small critters maybe because of the surrounding greenery. However, there were no nearby shops. Relaxing but abit boring for long stays. Service was ok, food was so so. Beach with clear waters is 2 mins walk away.
