Stayed for a night and will definitely be back next time. Room has great sound proofing and is modern, clean and spacious and we had a great view of Harrogate from the window. Brekkie was generous with lots of warm dishes and there’s an option to order from the menu as well. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!

I’ve extended my stay as I’m enjoying my room. It’s a great hotel, fantastic location, spacious and clean. Breakfast is fab. I’m not understanding any of the negative reviews?! It is a 20 min walk from the station but that’s because most of the attractions are a 15 minute walk from the station anyway! I would definitely book here again.

Booked this last minute but the hotel is good and in a great location. Helpful staff with a great sun terrace to have a few drinks in happy hour! A lot of seagulls messing everywhere but that's not the hotels fault, something needs to be done about that problem.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in York, ich buchte eine Nacht, weil wir es liebten und wollten entspannen. Es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hauptstadtzentrum entfernt, war nicht einmal ein Problem im Regen. Sehr saubere und heiße Dekorationen, liebe das Bett 4-poster und die Handtücher heißer. Außerdem bietet es Badewanne, Slips und sogar ein komplimentäres Snackzimmer. Wir könnten in der Nacht einige Chips nehmen, wenn wir wollen. Wir haben nicht gegessen, aber wir hatten am Morgen einige Cocktails und Kaffee in der Bar unten. Service ist großartig.

We had a comfortable stay with a spacious room and great amenities. However, there was a party in the lobby during our stay that made the area quite crowded and noisy. Despite that, we still had a good experience overall and would recommend it for families.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my visit to York. The room was clean and stylish, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. One of the biggest advantages was the hotel’s convenient location. York is a compact city, and from the hotel, it was easy to walk to the city centre. This made it incredibly convenient to return to the hotel for a short rest before heading out again. The complimentary coffee and croissants provided were not only delicious but also very convenient, especially for a quick breakfast or snack. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions or requests I had. That said, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The laundry facilities seemed poorly maintained, which might be an issue for longer stays, though it wasn’t a significant problem for my two-night visit. Another issue was that all the power in the room was controlled by the keycard, and alternative cards couldn’t be used. This meant that every time I left the room, all power, including charging devices or heating, was turned off. It was a bit inconvenient, especially during colder weather. Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, clean rooms, and helpful staff.

Großartige Lage mitten im Herzen von York. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr klein, es gibt eine Dusche im Zimmer, aber keine Toilette, beheizte Wandheizung, keine Klimaanlage, Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, alles wird stickig / hypoxisch, nur eine Nacht zu bleiben kann in Ordnung sein, es wird nicht für mehr als eine Nacht empfohlen.

Die ersten Eindrücke waren gut. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer war gut ausgerüstet, mit einem großen, warmen Badezimmer. Viel Platz zu bewegen. Unser Zimmer sah den Weihnachtsbaum auf der Umgehung, was bedeutete, dass wir ein bisschen Verkehrslärm über Nacht hatten, aber nicht intrusive oder genug, um den Schlaf zu stören. schönes Angebot an Tee, Kaffee, Kuchen. Das Frühstück wurde zum Bestellen gemacht, so schön und heiß mit Qualitätsprodukt. Wir hatten ein volles kochenes Frühstück, das war lecker. Wenn ich wirklich klug bin, fehlte die Dusche an Kraft, was bedeutete, dass ich die Dusche aus dem Aufzugsbahn und den Wäscheschrank im Bad nehmen musste. Würde sicherlich wieder bleiben und empfehlen.
