We had a great stay at the Crown Spa Hotel. All the staff were super friendly, nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were clean and fresh, we had a sea view. Meals in the Restaurant were very good value and excellent quality. We had treatments in the Spa, the Girls were super friendly, welcoming and chatty. We will certainly be returning.

The hotel is located in a great place, The aesthetic is perfect for the building. If you are disabled you may want to give this hotel a miss, as even if you specifically ask to be near a lift when you book they may put you in a room with no lift access at all, and the staff are not very helpful or accommodating even when you have a disability that is affected by stairs. The queue to check in was over 50 minutes even though we tried to check in much later than 3pm. The hotel has a lot of stairs, the room was not spotlessly clean but adequate and came with all the basic requirements. The view from the windows was great. Overall this is an ok budget hotel that is only suitable if you are able bodied and can deal with a large number of stairs.

Another lovely solo stay at No 1 for my birthday. This was my fourth visit and I’ve stayed in a different room each time - all are lovely and staff are very welcoming and helpful

Beautiful hotel only 10 minutes walk from the city centre  Our room was clean and cosy  In the room was hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea/coffee facilities and an electric fan which was definitely needed with temps reaching 29 degrees 🥵 The outdoor area was stunning with lots of seating and little pods to dine in of an evening very pretty all lit up at night  All the staff were friendly and helpful  We will definitely return in the near future.

Not as bad as other reviews suggest, yes it could do with a refurb but it is well priced,friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds . Amazing views overlooking north bay, ideal as a base to explore. Didn’t eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on food. Don’t be put off by other bad reviews.

We had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo Hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to the staff—the service was truly excellent and made us feel very welcome.Over all a great choice to explore.

Der Hotel-Stadt war wirklich ruhig und ruhig, sehr sauber und geräumig großes Zimmer und Raum. Das Essen war lecker und die Wächter waren so hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Personal half uns und gab uns eine kostenlose Schokoladebox für die Geburtstagsfeier meines Freundes.

Das Menü im Restaurant ist sehr begrenzt ...Nicht viele gesunde Wahlen und sehr wenige Starter für diejenigen, die nur kleine Stücke mögen. Das Hotel ist eine gute Unterkunft, die Sie in der Nähe von Hotels und Restaurants anbieten können. Als wir da waren, wurde uns nicht gesagt, dass das Restaurant wegen einer großen Tour-Gruppe früh geschlossen war, so dass mein Freund, der uns später beitrat, nichts bestellen konnte. Das Zimmer war auch ziemlich dunkel, so würde ich vorschlagen, mehr Licht hinzuzufügen. Das heißt, gute Lage und sauber!

Gute Aufenthalte für unsere kurze Reise nach York, als wir mit dem Zug kamen und das Hotel ist auf der Türsteige! 15 Minuten flat walk to the center.  Wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Seite. Es war etwas günstiger als im Haupthotel. Wir fühlten uns noch ein wenig überpreis für das Zimmer, da es datiert wurde und keine offenen Fenster hatten. Fernseher war leicht weggeklappt und weit vom Bett entfernt, so macht es etwas schwierig zu sehen. Allerdings war das Bett komfortable und Bett schwarz und frisch. Gute Beleuchtung  Der Druck war gut auf die Dusche und die Dusche waren sehr willkommen.  Es war sehr ruhig, aber auch direkt neben dem Bahnhof und dem Royal Mail Sorting Office.  Personal war sehr freundlich und viele von ihnen um Hilfe  Schöne Teller, wenn Sie eine Chance haben, es zu sehen, sind Pool, Jacuzzi und Sauna und Dampfraum gut.

Insgesamt ein großer Aufenthalt, Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, Exekutiv Frühstück gut .....2 Nebenwirkungen.. Sehr feste Matratze und keine Leistungspunkte von Bett ......plus Ich denke auch, dass die Anzahlung von Gästen £15 pro Nacht für Parkplätze ein wenig nackt ....I'd empfehlen £15 pro Aufenthalt für Gäste, die 2 Nächte oder mehr ....
