Excellent location to everything, breakfast was just ok 😣 our bed was terrible, we reported it ,my husband keep thinking he was going to fall ,not sure if it was a broken base of the stuffing had gone in the mattress , he slept on the floor at one point 😡

Travelling for my partners birthday. We were made so welcome by the staff! She is gluten free, the resteraunt managers were so helpful even cooking her breakfast from scratch both mornings !! Even a newly refurbished pool! Wewill be staying again 😁

Große Lage alles in einem kurzen Spaziergang. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, repräsentieren wirklich gute Werte für Geld. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, wenn Sie York besuchen. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt Nur ein leicht negativ war das kochierte Frühstück , es war über kocht, aber nicht schlecht betrachtet in den Preis des Zimmers enthalten

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe der Stadt, schnell freundlich Check-in Großes Zimmer mit viel Lager- und Duschezimmer. Leider war mein Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, gefunden schmutzig Gewebe unter dem Kleider. Die Spa-Anlagen sind erstaunlich und kostenlos 1h jeden Tag, wenn Sie bleiben.

The hotel is in an excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the town centre. Parking is provided with a car park underneath the hotel. A discount is given out by reception if you are staying in the hotel. On check in we were offered an upgraded room which was excellent. Very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. All the facilities in the room worked very well. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities are excellent. We were staying on room only basis so cannot comment on the breakfast. Check in was very good and all the staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to use again when visiting Harrogate.

Das zweibettzimmer war sehr klein, die Ketten waren sehr dick und wie Bälle! Die Lichtsituation im Zimmer zu arbeiten war schwierig! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr gut und freundlich, aber das Personal am Frühstück war nicht interessiert. Die Lage der Tagesgepäck war sehr hilfreich und eine gute Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums. Es war durchschnittlich und nicht genug, um mich wieder zu versuchen zu bleiben.

Outstanding Experience to stay at this fantastic hotel! From the warm welcome at the door, to a friendly check in, super clean and cozy rooms with modern facilities and super comfortable beds to the Bar at night that offers delicious Cocktails and a great Whisky Selection - you are well taken care of! Just out the door you can reach the city wall and many small Cafe‘s and restaurants, as well as the train station. Valet Parking is 50£, a garage with roughly 35£ per night is just around the corner if you come by car. Would definitely visit again!

Overall nice, the room is quiet big, but the bathroom have weird decorations as the washing sink is close to doors, the water spill to the room itself, the TV can be connected with Samsung share screen, and see youtube. but don’t have direct youtube application on the tv.

Das ist kein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Schönes Gebäude, aber wenn Sie von den öffentlichen Bereichen in das Wohngebiet verschieben, fällt die Qualität wie ein Stein. Ich würde unser Zimmer als Hostelzimmer nicht ein vier-Sterne-Zimmer klassifizieren. Das Zimmer war extrem müde, die Wand steinig, schmutziger Teppich mit einem Grime auf den Kanten, ein Schiebeplatte auf der Tür, in der Bad, das Gemälde hinter dem Tauch und ein unbehaglicher Geruch. Alles in allem war es nur unbehaglich. Gutes Frühstück.

Got there on Saturday and checked in early.  The hotel is located about 5 mins from town.  Everything touristy is literally there.  Receptionist was very friendly.  Lift worked a treat and the staff around the hotel were polite and welcoming.  The breakfast was great and the fa t that you choose what time slot you want makes the whole process efficient.  We had the room on the 3rd floor and had a hatch in the roof which had a great view of the river and surrounding area.  Area is brimming with shops and eateries you won’t have any problem with a range of cuisines.  The hotel has a bar and does serve food daily menu - was tempted but unfortunately we went out every night for Dinner.  Highly recommending this hotel.
