Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.

Guten Morgen, heißes Buffet, gutes Geschmack schöne Mitarbeiter, Fitnessqualität ist auch gut. Ich buche nur eine Nacht, dann sind wir glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt, wir buchen andere 2 Nächte, keine Notwendigkeit zu ändern. Nur einige Jungs, brechen die Rauchregel, rauchen in der Nähe, der schreckliche Geruch. Wir rauchen dann Kopfschmerzen mit dem Rauchen.

Das im Voraus gebuchte Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr groß. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist recht weit und der Service ist akzeptabel. Das Bett war recht bequem und die Badewanne war groß. Der Wasserdruck war instabil und es gab nur eine Taschentuchbox. Der Inhalt des Kühlschranks wird bezahlt und es gibt kein Willkommensobst. Alles andere ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist besonders gut, mit viel Auswahl und grundsätzlich lecker. Das Frühstück ist für den gleichen Preis ziemlich gut.

Dies ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp. Vor meiner Ankunft fand ich die Gegend etwas gewöhnlich, aber drinnen angekommen, habe ich mich vollkommen entspannt. Die Qualität der JW Hotels ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Das Zimmer war unglaublich groß, fast schwindelerregend. Auch der Balkon war groß und gemütlich – perfekt zum Sitzen, Kaffeetrinken und Fotografieren. Tiki, die Mitarbeiterin, kontaktierte uns vor dem Check-in, um unsere Wünsche bezüglich der Unterkunft zu besprechen, und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich aufmerksam, was sehr beruhigend war. Auch die Zimmerdame war sehr nett und das Zimmer war blitzsauber, selbst ein Sauberkeitsfanatiker war sehr zufrieden. Dieses Hotel bietet außerdem ein kostenloses Reise-Fotoshooting an, und die Fotos wurden sorgfältig vorbereitet, inklusive Make-up. Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen, aber die Mitarbeiterin war außergewöhnlich kompetent. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und haben mehrere Fotos gemacht. Ich komme beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das ist unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir reservierten 2 Zimmer für 4 Pax. Wir haben das chinesische Restaurant auf Ebene2 getestet und die Gerichte waren großartig! Empfehlen Sie jedem, dass in Weifang bleiben, um in diesem Hotel zu bleiben.

I found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

Dies ist ein wunderschönes, modernes Strandhotel mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das Personal war sehr professionell, und insbesondere die Managerin Wendy (小王) sorgte dafür, dass es meiner Familie während unseres Aufenthalts bestens ging. Sie reagierte stets prompt auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage waren sehr sauber, und die Fitnessgeräte waren hochmodern und sehr angenehm zu nutzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, ebenso wie das Abendessen, das während der Happy Hour in der Lounge serviert wurde. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend, da das Hotel in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, des Platzes des Vierten Mai sowie verschiedener Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem Geschäfts- oder Urlaubsreisenden in Qingdao wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich war zum ersten Mal im Hyatt Regency Shangang und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Hotellobby ist sehr großzügig, und der Strand befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, sodass Kinder bequem im Sand und im Wasser spielen können. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr günstig. Die gebratenen Brötchen, Wan Tans und Teigtaschen waren alle köstlich. Auch das Obst war sehr frisch. Der Porridge war allerdings etwas zu wässrig. Die Rezeptionistin, Frau Wei, war sehr hilfsbereit und beantwortete alle meine Fragen schnell. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Qingdao-Besuch wieder hier übernachten.

Das Personal war nett und das Exekutive Loungepersonal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt ein junges Personal im Excutive Lounge namens Flora. Sie ist wirklich freundlich, professionell und freundlich. Sie muss loben.

Das Zimmer war klein. Als ich hineinkam, stellte ich fest, dass es keinen Balkon gab. Vor dem Fenster wurde noch gebaut. Ich ließ die Vorhänge mehrere Tage lang zugezogen. Es gab keinen versteckten Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Ich suchte lange, bis ich einen Platz zum Aufhängen von Kleidung fand. Als Willkommensobst gab es einen Apfel und eine Banane. Es gab nur zwei Badetücher im Zimmer. In der Buchung stand, dass es Reisefotos gäbe, aber es waren keine da.
