We have been staying in this place for several years and we love it more an more. The beds are very comfortable, the reception and service very friendly, the breakfast fresh and tasty. We have stayed at IHG hotels around the world,and, frankly, this is one of the best for the money. Congratulations to the management, thanks to the staff!

Very much enjoyed my two night stay here. The room was nicely done and was very spacious and had a small seating area next to the window. Eighth floor so nice view as well. Shower was strong, only note I'd have was the hair dryer was very old fashioned and it took ages to dry my long hair! Breakfast was good in the morning and had plenty of choice to cater for everyone. The cafe which I tried on my last day also had a good range of choices. Good location to the old town and other sites in the area. If your coming by train be aware that location wise it is quite a long walk from the station. Overall it was a great stay, would very much recommend.

Super near Plovdiv train station. Friendly helpful reception. Spacious room. Fridge and toilet heater unplugged, had to plug in myself. Mini kitchen only comes with microwave oven, no cooker no kettle no utensils etc. Love the huge toilet sink. Suggest to have shower curtain and more hooks in the toilet. Bedroom carpeted. No room slippers provided. Don't bother about the view. Noise can be heard next door. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Overall stay-able for 1 night.

We had a wonderful four days at Villa Flavia. The hotel is only two years old and everything is new and very clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a room safe, a coffee machine, a lovely bathroom, free use of the contents of a fridge which is replenished every day and a TV with a few channels in English. There is an open terrace on the top floor with views of the town. The hotel also offers a short tour of the Roman baths in the basement. The staff and efficient and very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which has a large choice of cold and hot food. You can have your breakfast inside our on the patio. The air conditioning in the rooms is efficient. The hotel is well placed in the city centre with Roman remains, bars, restaurants and shops within a short walk. I can thoroughly recommend Villa Flavia in Plovdiv.

Wir waren zwei Paare in Doppelzimmern. Sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt im Boris Palace. Alles das Personal angenehmen und hilfsbereit. Die Dame bei der Kontrolle zeigte uns beide Zimmer, so dass wir wählen konnten, was wir bevorzugt. Beide Zimmer sind spotless. Beide hatten Balkone und gute Aussichten. Sehr beeindruckt mit der Reinigung überall. Absolut unspottbar. Sehr schönes Frühstück von Hasen, Käse, schönem frischem Brot und Gemüse. Das Hotel konnte nicht fehlen und wäre meine erste Wahl, wenn wieder in Plovdiv, weil die Lage perfekt war. In der alten Stadt, aber sehr nahe zu Fuß zu überall.

Ein Hilton wie man sich es wünscht. Eigentlich unspektakulär aber dafür alles wie es sein soll. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unkomplizierter und schneller Check-In. Zimmer hervorragend. Alles sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück Weltklasse. Keine Super grosse Auswahl aber dafür alles top Qualität und geschmacklich mindestens gut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Für mich eines der Top 5 Hilton in Europa.

Ein sehr schönes hotel im wald und am ende vom see. Die Zimmern waren sehr angenehm ,und sauber. Das bed wahr sehr gut . Der ausblick wahr unglaublich. In der nacht hat es sogar geschneit. Das früchschtück war sehr gut. Wir hatten hier ein personal mit sehr mangelhafte verständigung. Sehr wennig English. Ende gut alles gut.

Der Service ist sehr gut! Das Frühstück ist in erster Klasse, es gibt viele Frühstücksarten, die für die Auswahl sind. Warmwasser ist sehr gut, dekoriert neu! Die Farbe ist sehr frisch, es ist ein sehr gutes Geschäftshotel, die Ausstattung ist komplett, etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, es gibt eine Busbahnhof in der Nähe, im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden ! Das nächste Mal, wenn ich in dieser Stadt komme, wähle ich dieses Hotel.

The hotel enjoys a great location bordering the old town and Kapana areas. It is accessible from the bus/train station on bus services 20 and 26. The fare is1 BGN, pay cash on bus. Catch bus on the station side of the road immediately outside the station and alight at the first bus stop after exiting the tunnel, about a 5/7-minute journey. It is just a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars and convenient for all major sights. Helpful and comprehensive introduction to Plovdiv on check in with map supplied and recommendations for things to see and do are provided. It was a beautiful clean and spacious room. our only minor reservation was the bathroom which is quite small and the shower is not enclosed so water is spread around the floor. Even though a squeegee is provided to mop up water, it is a little inconvenient. The room was well equipped with kettle, tea, coffee and water provided. There is also a mini bar. Breakfast the following morning was very good. Buffet style with range of options. All the staff were excellent, prices are very competitive for the quality on offer. We would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

I was in Plovdiv on business. I chose the hotel because its location suited me very well. Not only were my expectations met, but it turned out to be even nicer. The breakfast was delicious, there was a great choice. Both the rooms and the lobby are very creative and modern, they used an interesting solution regarding the bathrooms - enclosed with glass, I would visit with my partner. There is a large and convenient car park as well as a 24/7 lobby bar. In the summer there is a swimming pool. I would certainly return when I am in town again!
