"Loved the pool and vibe there! A quick bus ride to the city centre (Skanderbeg Square) and buses 8 and 11 both go there (40 lekk in coins to catch it) and a good store across the street and a pizza calzone place up the street. If walking, I recommend walking from the square rather than to the square as going to the square is uphill. A nice place overall! :)"

"Hotel Relax City Center Comfort Double Room Stayed: Feb 5-6, 2026 | Rating: 5/5 Location was spot on—5 minutes walk from Toptani Shopping Centre, right by a really fancy kenefa place, next to the big masjid, and surrounded by everything and all types of shops someone might need. Staff was really nice and helpful; they provided us with recommendations when we asked and even gave us a charger since we didn't have a European plug. The room was really nice and comfy, with ACs and heating within them—definitely worth £39 and we'll be visiting again!"

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient. The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!

Lovely hotel clean room and warm welcome. Easily accessible as the bus from tirana stops right outside. Lovely breakfast only downside was breakfast didn't start until 8am so we were unable to eat before leaving for the airport

Extremt bra läge, trevlig personal, snyggt och rent. Inredning, klassiskt, utan krusiduller. Bra och mycket bred säng. Väldigt bra frukost, möjligen hade jag önskat lite mer frukt. Annars fanns äggröra, bacon, korv, burek, mycket grönsaker och oliver, bröd med många pålägg, belgiska våfflor, yoghurt, müsli, massor av olika sorters sylt, mm.  Men inget extra (som t ex pool, sky bar, inget annat heller utom en restaurang). Det gör ju inget, men lite synd, eftersom det är ett hyfsat dyrt boende.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The location is great, right in the city center, and you can easily reach everywhere by walking. The reception team was wonderful; they were very warm and helpful. Our room was a bit small but quite clean and functional. I also suggest having breakfast at the hotel; even though it costs extra, the taste was superb.

Overall this hotel is fantastic. Location is good, room is spacious and comfortable, many ammenities and the staff is all lovely. Unfortunately whoever cleaned my room didn’t do it very well. There was a used hairtie on the armchair and garbage between the bed and window so I didnt want this person touching my things so left the do not disturb on. Also when I booked the room it said I would have a balcony but I didn’t. I asked about changing to a balcony room but was denied. Alda went above and beyond with her service helping me set up things outside the hotel. She is a gem.

Die Landschaft in Tirana ist sehr schön. Der Mann an der Hotelrezeption war sehr begeistert. Er half mir, meinen Koffer zu tragen und zeigte mir, wie ich zum nächsten Supermarkt komme. Er kann Ihnen auch ein Taxi rufen, was großartig ist.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Aber in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs. Der Stadtbus 5B bringt Sie für 40 Lek ins Zentrum. Vereinbaren Sie jedoch vorab eine SMS mit dem Flughafen, sonst zahlen Sie 20 Dollar für die Fahrt zum Hotel oder in die Stadt. Das Hotel war für das gebotene Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super, obwohl ich das Frühstück für überteuert halte. Es war sehr sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem, die Dusche fantastisch, und ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage ist etwas ungewöhnlich, aber es war ein schönes Hotel und sehr praktisch, wenn Sie mit dem Bus ans Meer fahren.

upreme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail from the room to the warmth of the staff reflected exceptional hospitality. The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing. What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality.
