GGuest UserRocketstay ist schrecklich. Schmerz zu verwenden, langsam, schmerzhaft, abnorm spät überprüfen, so dass sie extra aufladen können, um frühzeitig zu überprüfen, extrem früh auschecken. Dieser Ort wurde bei $130/night angekündigt, und am Ende der Rocketstay-Gebühren war es $200/night. Nicht wert.

GGastnutzerThis is a beautiful property (even with the renovation of the pool that many reviewers have mentioned), but it seems not be a hotel. Rather, it seems owners of units have hired a management company to admit guests who have rented units, kind of like a time share. That's why there is but one concierge and several parking valets. There is no restaurant/room service and no staff, but our unit had everything we needed for its kitchen. (Pro tip: the last grocery store is a Wynn Dixie near the bridge as you come into the island. The good news is that we had a wonderful view and our room was especially comfortable. It was however showing the beginning signs of wear and tear - small stains on a chair, some darkening grout in the bathroom, stain around drain in the sink, etc. The TV's software did not allow for Iphone mirroring, and the archaic internet browser warned that there was no connection with the Google dinosaur! No Netflix, or Amazon Prime...We had to watch an important baseball game on or phones. When I went to the lobby, the concierge could only give me the reservations phone number, but did offer to send a valet to have a look at the TV! Guests do have beach privileges along with towels, chairs, etc. In spite of the small short comings, it was perfect for our 4th of July celebration; watching the fireworks from the comfort of our 10th floor balcony was wonderful. The proximity to local restaurants is especially convenient.
If you understand that this property offers service like a time share rather than a luxury hotel, you won't be disappointed, especially if it is competitively priced. (You can compare the Hilton next door.) It also has adjoining rooms if you want to bring friends/family.

AAnonymer BenutzerWhen I booked Pelican Pointe hotel, I knew it was an older property so I wasn't expecting anything grand, plus the price was super affordable! When we first arrived, the room was very spacious for my family of 5. It was like a semi suite, kitchen was separated from the beds but not closed off. It had 2 doubles and a futon fold out in the kitchen/dining area. It was clean but had a funky smell, having a small well stocked kitchen with fridge and microwave was useful. At first glance it was nice, the location is amazing, right across the street from Clearwater Beach and complimentary parking which is a bonus (I hate having to pay extra for parking, so that was really great considering the price). I thought we really scored with this find, until.....my son saw a gigantic bug in the bathroom, it turned out to be a cockroach!!! EEEEWWWWW!!!! Throughout our stay we saw a few more big roaches and a ton of baby roaches everywhere. We were scared to turn off the lights because as soon as you did, the roaches came out to play, really gross and a major turn-off!!!! We slept with the lights on needless to say. We didn't bother to say anything because if there are roaches in this room, chances are the entire hotel has it!
If it wasn't for the roaches, I would definitely recommend this hotel but I would never go back after seeing those nasty bugs. The hotel needs to fumigate and get rid of those roaches!!!!

Ich kam um 7:00 Uhr und fand kein Personal, keine Rezeption und keine Check-in-Anweisungen. Meine Frau und ich mussten draußen warten, bis ein anderer Gast kam und uns reinließ. Innerhalb traf ich jemanden, der ich dachte, es sei Personal, aber er war nur ein anderer Gast. Er versuchte mir zu helfen, das Hotel zu kontaktieren, aber niemand konnte auch andere Gäste erreichen.
Es gibt keine echte Lobby, nur ein Hof. Ich wartete drei Stunden draußen, bis jemand endlich antwortete. Dann wurde mir gesagt, ich konnte nicht bis 3:00 Uhr anmelden, es sei denn, ich habe $100 extra bezahlt. Das ist mehr als die meisten Hotels für die frühe Eincheckung, die etwa $20 beträgt. Ich bat um eine Erstattung, damit ich verlassen konnte sie verweigerten.
Ich habe mit dem Hausbetreiber (der einzige hilfsbereite) ohne Wahl meine Gepäckstücke verlassen und musste sechs Stunden mit meiner Frau um die Stadt gehen, bevor ich zurückkam.
Als ich endlich eincheckte, habe ich nur eine Textnachricht mit einem Türcode keine Person, keine Willkommen. Das Zimmer hatte viele Fehler, und beide haben sich nachts schlecht gebitt. Es gab sogar Hexen in der Küche.
Das ist kein echtes Hotel. Es ist überpreist, schlecht verwaltet, und hat keinen Kundenservice. Vermeiden Sie, wenn Sie um die Grundbesuchsfreundschaft kümmern.

GGastnutzerWir haben unlängst in der GalerieOne - DoubleTree von Hilton in Fort Lauderdale für vier Nächte geblieben, und insgesamt war es eine anständige Erfahrung mit einigen Höhen und Niederschlägen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nahe dem Strand und Einkaufszentren, was es sehr bequem für einen Urlaub macht.
Unser Zimmer war geräumig, was wir geschätzt haben. Wir hatten eine halbe Aussicht auf den Pool und eine halbe Aussicht auf den Dumpster, obwohl der letzte gelegentlich laut war.
Das Personal des Front-Desk war zu Hause; wir kamen früh an, und der Empfangsmann erlaubte uns, vorzeitig zu prüfen, was wir sehr dankbar waren.
Kons:
Während unser Hausbetreiber sehr süß war, erfüllte die Reinigungsqualität nicht ganz den Standard, der von einem Hilton-Eigentum erwartet wurde und könnte eine Verbesserung nutzen.
Der Pool war nicht gut gepflegt, es war schmutzig, als wir ankamen, und trotz unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts wurde es nie gereinigt.
Insgesamt, während die Lage und die Zimmergröße groß waren, müssen die Wartungs- und Hauspflegeaspekte Aufmerksamkeit auf die Erfüllung der üblichen hohen Standards von Hilton richten.

GGastnutzerLas instalaciones son bastantes buenas para el valor que cobran. La habitación es muy amplia. Pero ojo, si tienes el sueño liviano ni pienses en quedarte aquí. Los aviones pasan cada tres minutos muy cerca del hotel y se escucha sus motores. Si tienes el sueño pesado esté este es tu hotel. Es el mejor en relación precio calidad en Miami. Lo que así a nosotros nos tocó unos desubicados en la pieza de arriba que metieron ruido toda la noche. Pero eso no es responsabilidad del hotel.

GGastnutzerNever was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything.
Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details.

GGastnutzerPlace was very nice. Great view. If I had to point out some things. There are some drywall repairs that need attention. Few wobbly pieces of furniture. Bathroom faucet is a bit loose. I’d say invest some time on the aesthetics possibly get a better bang for your buck . Other than that . It was great. Those are my thoughts as I do home repairs for a living. Thank you for the experience and giving us the pleasure to stay at your home.
