In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are two bunk beds tucked away in a hallway, hideaway. Kids love it!!The condo is also handicapped accessible. The elevator takes you directly into the unit so there are no stairs. Bikes and golf carts also are a fun way to get around. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. You are allowed TWO parking spaces at this complex. There are no options for more vehicles. There is paid street parking available.A few other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.We provide beach towels, but we do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas due to storage space.
