A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

We had a very cheerful greeting on arrival and were upgraded from a deluxe to an executive apartment. (Not sure why). The apartment was spacious and immaculate with some lovely touches - the foyers were decorated for Christmas with Christmas trees and wreaths. Complimentary water tea and coffee. Coffee cream in fridge. Nespresso machine with selection of nespresso pods. Dressing gown and slippers. We forgot our plug adapter but the receptionist was able to lend us one. The location was perfect. 30 seconds walk from the main square. Being so close meant we didnt need to rush up in the morning. Some nice restaurants/bars on Bracka Street and nearby. Really easy to be able to pop back and get out of the cold for a bit. We didn't use the kitchen area for cooking but you could easily cook yourself a meal with the facilities available and fridge to store food. Our only negative was the bed was very creaky when rolling over which disturbed both of our sleep a little, but overall we don't have any complaints and we would definitely stay again. We had a late flight home and reception were really kind to store our bags so we didn't have to carry them around all day. Thank you.

Centrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.

Die Lage war groß. Ein ziemlich kurzer Spaziergang zur alten Stadt. Es gibt keinen Front-Desk oder einen sichtbaren Service, außer dem Reiniger am Morgen. Obwohl das Zimmer schön aussehen und ziemlich groß war und Kleidung Hangars und ein Desk hatte, hatte es ein großes Problem. Es war ein Fenster über der Tür und die Halle Nacht flickerte die ganze Nacht. Einige Sekunden davor, ein paar Sekunden ab. Auch mit meiner Schlafmaske war das ständig wechselnde Licht sehr bemerkenswert und machte es unmöglich, eine gute Nacht Schlaf zu bekommen. Ich bemerkte, dass mein Zimmer die einzige in meinem Teil der Unterkunft mit einem solchen Fenster war, so dass ich denke, die anderen Zimmer wären besser. Sie sollten wirklich das Fenster aufdecken. Selbst wenn sie das Flicken beheben, wäre es noch irritierend, wenn das Licht ansteht, wenn andere Gäste in den Halle gehen, um das Badezimmer zu benutzen oder zu kommen und zu gehen. Das andere Thema war das Internet. Es war nützlich für das, was ich während der Reise benötigt, aber es war manchmal verzögert, und ich denke nicht, es wäre für eine Arbeitskonferenzanruf geeignet gewesen.

Nice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both. Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world. Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow. Nice place nice staff and nice location

Hotel in centro e vicino alla fermata degli autobus. Funicolare a 15 minuti a piedi attraversando il centro. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita, non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario. Peccato per la moquette. La piscina perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata impegnativa.

Wir haben drei Nächte im Venetien House  Aparthotel geblieben. Die Lage ist großartig. Sie gehen das Hotel direkt auf den Hauptplatz Rynek Glowney. Das Hotelpersonal war unglaublich freundlich und konnte nicht genug tun, um zu helfen. Wir blieben in Zimmer 18, das mit seinem eigenen kleinen Balkon näherte und das Restaurant unten sah. Wir nutzten keine der Einrichtungen des Hotels, weil wir Tagesreisen gebucht hatten und wir wussten, dass wir früher beginnen würden jeden Tag. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, warm, schön eingerichtet, mit komfortablen Betten und Massen von Kissen zu wählen. Es hatte eine kleine Küche mit einem Dusch, Hob, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer war modern und die Dusche war heiß und sehr leistungsfähig. Ein echtes Verhalten am Ende eines Tages nach vielen, vielen Schritten um Krakow und umliegenden Gebieten. Wir liebten unseren Aufenthalt und wir werden sicher zurückkehren.

The was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building. However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available. The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed. In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out the service and quality of our experience was excellent.
