I used to booked other hotel like gemstones.this is my 1st time here..unlike with the other hotel the room has no mirror even in the CR, there is no coffee mug..no oven..no toiletries

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

This is a dependable choice—a true 7 out of 10. The Good: Location and Service Are Top-Tier The biggest strength of Studio 18 is its location. It's tucked away inside San Antonio Village, which is a quiet and secure gated community, giving you peace of mind in a busy city. Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. A strong recommendation for budget-conscious business travelers and long-term stayers.

Lansen place is a new hotel and the rooms are modern and clean, but they have some very poor policies. The rooms have a comfortable bed and there's a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed, but the rooms lack any storage. There's nowhere to put your luggage, no luggage rack or anywhere to hang clothes and they jave a large Smart LCD TV it is useful because they have locked up all of the controls so you can't access any of the smart tv features. I have no self restricted the volume to a maximum of 15% which is ridiculous because if you move or i'm trying to eat a pack of chips or something you can't hear the TV. I had never seen anywhere in the world we set ridiculous restrictions on the volume of the TV. There is a buffet style restaurant with prices from 2100 to 2600 peso per person. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay. Guests be warmed, to staff try and get you to sign a document with the deceitful attempt to choose only conceal the document is actually a legal waiver to remove all you legal rights and the hotel's legal responsibility from any In jury, death or theft or anything that occurs on the property, and you would be a fool to sign this. Management seem genuine and told me they'll review some.of these unacceptable practices and policies, but weather or not by do that remains to be seen. Property is modern clean and comfortable, butbthe ridiculous restrictions on the TVs and deceitful way they yey to get customers to.sihn away their legal rights is disgraceful and customers should read and be very careful what you sign for at this hotel.

Nag spark yung saksakan, we called the maintenance more than twice pero no action sila. Sabi lang I off ang switch mabuti nalang dalawang room kinuha namin. So makapagcharge kami sa other room. Strict din yung upon check in which is good for security. Btw, All in all, maganda naman experience namin except dun sa mga saksakan na di nagwowork.  Sobrang accommodating din nung nag assist sa amin. Good job!

Schöne Unterkunft in sicherem Umfeld. Unkonfortabel ist der sehr späte Check-in. Hier würde ich mir mehr Flexibilität wünschen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist klasse - sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wünschenswert für einen kurzaufenthalt wäre, wenn zusätzlich kleinere Dinge vorhanden wären - z.B. ein kleines Päckchen Waschpulver (kostet quasi nichts, kann aber nur in größeren Einheiten im Supermarkt gekauft werden ) und sehr wichtig für ausländische Reisende - das Hotel hat quasi nur Philippinische Steckdosen. Das bedeutet ihr müsst einen Adapter mitbringen (!). Wäre klasse wenn die Unterkunft standardisiert einen solchen Adater für Gäste bereitstellen würde.

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

The size was just right with enough comfort to rest near the bustling malls. It was good enough for the price. It was well lit. If your are looking for a place to rest and go out for an adventure or explore the city, this location is great.

Ich habe andere Urlaubs-Apps verwendet, um meine Reisen zu planen - ich habe gerade erkannt Trip.com ist Top-Notch, wenn es um Vorbereitung/Erinnerungen/Änderungen für das kommende Hotel/Flug geht. Jetzt zurück zum Grundstück, das NICHT zu machen ein Geschäft wie ein Condo/Hotel mietet schlecht, aber eine ehrliche Beobachtung kommt von einigen wie mir, die wohnt N amerikanisch Land Wie die USA(Ich bin asiatisch und amerikanisch aufgewachsen) Als SE-Asienreisende sind sie NICHT auf die Bedürfnisse vorbereitet: Schnelligkeit Einlagen /over Überprüfung - zu viel Papierarbeit/TIME (Entschuldigungen für die spät gekommen - wie 15 -30 Minen ist nichts für eine Kultur, aber in den USA haben wir gelernt, „wenn Sie zu spät sind“. Ich hoffe, Sie berücksichtigen das für das vorstehende. Reisen zu lassen sagen Japan oder die Philippinen, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are skill in English again ask , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most does not understand those numbers. Persönlich werde ich an Hotels halten, wo ich nicht um Bareinlagen gebe (1 Nacht NUR) Ich musste U$D ich aus der lokalen Währung auslaufen. Ich musste ein Foto von meinen $40 nehmen, so dass ich sicher bin, dass es wirklich das Geld war, das ich ihnen gab ( ich sollte nicht diese Art von Gefühl - aber ich tat :/ ) lang Dank für die Anhörung

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.
