ショッピングモール、ナイトマーケットなどもすぐそばにあるので歩いてでもぶらぶらできました。また舟乗り場までも1キロほどなのでアクセスしやすいです。お部屋も清潔感が有り、ベランダからの海の景色もとても綺麗です。オーナーさんがとても親切な方だったのでまた次回も利用したいと思います。

Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay . just bear in my mind this homestay doesnt come with free parking access and the price for parking is quite expensive

A nice, clean serviced apartment with nice view of Kota Kinabalu and the sea. Check-in is a bit difficult since there’s no desk—you have to call ahead and arrange a time, which can be annoying if you’re not sure what time you will be checking in, but the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The pool is shared with all the other apartments which we didn’t realise (thought it was private). There’s not many beds around the pool and it’s quite small but nice enough. The location is excellent and the main reason before the good stay. Really close to the waterfront, the main part of the city and lots of night markets. The bed is comfy but the toilet is very close to the wall and the bathroom is quite small. For location and price it’s worth it.

As a solo, budget traveler...it was a perfect place for my stay. The room was big and was centrally located. Air condition was strong and lighting good. The bed was fine, but the sheets and towels are definitely budget level. It was quiet while I slept. I just used it as a place to sleep. The shower was warm but not hot. There is a water heater in each room for the shower. I wanted to shave but there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Overall if you're looking for a budget level place close to the main areas then I'd recommend it.

PROS ♡ The apartment is fully-furnished and was quite comfy for my family. ♡ Various eating outlets around the apartment building. ♡ Imago shopping mall is just opposite from the building (can use overpass/jejantas). ♡ Love the view from the swimming pool. ♡ Good WiFi network. CONS ❗️ Key box was hard to identify because of the small letters and different colour from the other boxes. ❗️ The manual given was incomplete- there was no mention of the apartment door lock which need heat to be activated. ❗️ The contact no. on this app cannot be contacted, so I had to Google it. ❗️ The parking lot is very confusing (even for the security guards). ❗️ Security guards were incompetent. They need to be trained properly on the layout of the building. ❗️ Sinks were not installed properly which lead to minor flooding in the washroom & the kitchen. ❗️ The beddings were not clean enough for my sister who has a very sensitive skin since she got bedbugs after sleeping there. ❗️ Water leaked from the aircond above the TV, so we had to turn it off to prevent electric shock & TV malfunction.

The hotel is overall like a boutique hotel but creepy. carpet on hallway, the very short ceiling, the unnecessary kitchen in the room, the smell of the room carpet. However. I did not stay long but the staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

The best stay ever. The room is very comfortable, clean, and superb with electrical appliances. Never thought they would provide cordless vacuum and steam iron in the room. It is a beautiful deco and gives us a very comfortable feeling to stay at the room. Easy access to eateries and very convenient to all nearby shops. Will definitely choose this homestay again.
