The location is spectacular. The rooms are good value for money. I liked my stay a lot. The only thing is if you’re booked into a room further away, you must know that if it is raining you have to walk outside and to the entrance to fetch your food orders or get your uber — only downside.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it’s not a five-star property, the experience was genuinely pleasant overall. The biggest highlight was definitely the staff, they were incredibly friendly, warm, and enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and valued, which truly makes a difference. They also recommended a restaurant nearby, and it turned out to be an excellent suggestion. The food was delicious and the service there was outstanding as well. The rooms are well-equipped with practical amenities, including a microwave, stove, washing machine, and even two bedrooms in one unit, which makes it very convenient for families or longer stays. That said, there is room for improvement when it comes to hygiene and overall maintenance. There was a slight musky smell in parts of the hotel, and the cleaning standards could be improved. Despite this, we genuinely enjoyed our stay, mainly because the staff’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. With some attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this hotel has the potential to be even better.

Convenient location, only thing is that this location is not listed on google maps and you have to key in the exact address when booking a ride & sometimes the driver gets confused about where to pick you from. Also some strange design choices e.g. the bathroom sink is very small, there is no hook in the bathroom to hang your stuff. Also the kitchenette has no pots and pans even though there is a stove. Good things: there is a restaurant which has nice vibes.

I had an outstanding stay here during my recent business trip. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to navigate to meetings while still having great local amenities nearby. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, which is always my top priority. I was also very impressed with the facilities; the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was a comfortable workspace that made it easy to stay productive. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff was professional, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for work or leisure.

Ich habe einige Nächte bei Lux Leisure in Sandton verbracht und konnte nicht glücklicher sein. Von dem Moment, als wir in die Lobby gingen, machte uns das Personal wie eine Königsherrschaft fühlen. Das Zimmer: Unspottbar sauber, modern und die Aussicht war unglaublich vom Balkon. Die Amenities: Wir verbrachten die meisten unserer Zeit in der Apertur, die gut gepflegt und nie zu viel gefühlt wurde. Dienst: Ein besonderer Schrei an das Personal, um über und über zu gehen, um uns bei der Anfrage zu helfen. Untere Linie: Wenn Sie Luxus und Komfort in Sandton suchen, ist das der Ort, an dem Sie sein müssen. Wir werden sicher zurück sein!

I had a great stay at BlackBrick Bedfordview. The breakfast was really good, and I especially enjoyed having access to the padel courts. The location is also very convenient — it’s not far from the airport, and the mall is less than 10 minutes away, which made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend BlackBrick Bedfordview to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay.

Wonderful rooms, clean, everything perfect but they didn’t have water.. no water at all in the washroom and shower. Receptionist literally told us to go to the next door building for a shower 😂. Anyways, Trip.com tried to mediate the issue, ultimately at the end of the day the night shift receptionist was kind enough to contact the franchise’s other hotel which was also within Sandton to give us a room there, so ended well, atleast they assisted.

Das Nicol Hotel enttäuscht sich nie! Das Rezeption Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer ist eine angemessene Größe, gut ausgestattet und sauber! Das Bett war komfortabel und die Blätter waren sauber. Dieses Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, wodurch es perfekt für frühe Flüge oder spät ankommen! Sie haben auch einen Shuttleservice, den Sie buchen können, um Sie zum Flughafen zu nehmen. Der Parkplatz ist am ganzen Abend groß, sicher und mit einem Wachmann sicher. Wird dieses Hotel sicher wieder benutzen!

Quite old but it was spacious enough to stay. However, the noisy was so bad. People were screaming and singing, talking. I even ran out of the room due to hearing a woman screaming so bad. If I was not too tired, I would've stayed up all night. Maybe because it was a Friday night. If you don't mind noise while you sleep, it's ok to stay with many people.
