The apartment is huge and very convenient. Within all the dining and shopping area. Lots of parking and the upper level is very quiet. The apartment is clean with check in was easy.

Der einzige kleine Mangel war, dass der Boden nicht ganz sauber war, sodass meine Füße schmutzig blieben. Ich hoffe, das wird noch verbessert. Insgesamt eine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung; ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience was quite disappointing. We reached Stallionz at around 6pm and noticed that the queue for check-in was very long, with very little movement. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were informed that the rooms were not ready for check-in yet. The front desk team was also unable to confirm when the rooms would be available, as there were still more than 100 rooms yet to be cleaned. Because of this, we had no choice but to continue waiting. In the end, we waited for more than 2 hours before we finally managed to get our rooms. This was also partly because more than 10 customers in front of us had left for dinner, since no confirmed check-in time was given. We also heard that some customers had been waiting since before 3pm, which means they waited around 4 to 5 hours. 😱 This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and garden floor, and there were many beautiful spots for photos around the property. The amenities were also quite complete. The only small downside was that there was no hot/cold water dispenser available, although mineral water was provided in the room. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities, but the check-in process definitely needs improvement.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Kinta during my recent trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area—easy access to shops and food spots nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The highlight of the trip was definitely the buka puasa experience. The atmosphere felt like the classic P. Ramlee & Saloma era—very lively and nostalgic. There was a live band and DJ that made the night even more happening, and the hotel staff really entertained the guests which made the whole experience feel warm and memorable. Special shoutout to Prem, Adji, Feri & Zack for the great hospitality and fun vibes throughout the night. They truly made the buka puasa experience more meriah and enjoyable. 🌙✨ Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting and looking for a place with good vibes during Ramadan.

Ich habe 3 Tage und 2 Nächte in Manhattan Condo geblieben und hatte eine komfortable Erfahrung. Die Einheit war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen wie WLAN, Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine, was den Aufenthalt bequem machte. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war freundlich und freundlich. Die Lage ist strategischer, nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Ipoh Stadt, Essen und Attraktionen wie Verlorene Welt von Tambun. Wirklich besser als erwartet, was will man bei diesem Preis mehr?! Das ganze Hotel ist ein Geschäftshaus, man holt die Schlüssel einfach an der Rezeption ab. Und das Zimmer war riesig! Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, für unter 200! Wir waren schockiert über diesen Preis! Ehrlich gesagt sieht es in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Fotos. Ursprünglich hatten wir nur drei Nächte gebucht, aber bei so einem tollen Zimmer haben wir sofort eine weitere Nacht drangehängt. Top Bewertung!

Das Einchecken war eine Katastrophe. Habe Briefkastennummer und -code bekommen, aber es war kein Schlüssel darin. Habe die zuständige Person kontaktiert. Dann gebeten, es bei einem anderen Briefkasten zu versuchen. Wieder leer. Dann wurde mir gesagt, ich solle hoch zur Wohnung gehen und den Türcode eingeben. Die Wohnung war belegt und überall lagen verstreut Klamotten und persönliche Gegenstände herum. Mir wurde gesagt, wir sollten die Wohnung schnell verlassen. Ging zurück in die Lobby. Habe gewartet und gewartet. Mir wurde eine Eigentumswohnung woanders angeboten, was ich abgelehnt habe. Nach anderthalb Stunden voller Anspannung und Hin- und Her haben sie uns schließlich eine Wohnung gefunden. Nach dem Auschecken haben sie die Dreistigkeit, nach einer guten Bewertung zu fragen! Die Wohnung war jedoch sauber und mit mittelgroßem Kühlschrank, Herd, Besteck und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Also, dieser Teil war in Ordnung.
