**5-Star Bewertung von Kyoto Homestay ** Unser kürzlich in diesem charmanten Heimataufenthalt in Kyoto war nichts anderes als magisch! Bei einem 10-minute Taxifahrt von Kyoto Station bietet es die perfekte Mischung von Komfort und Ruhe. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich willkommen, so dass wir uns zu Hause fühlen. Der Fokus war das traditionelle Hotpot-Dinner, mit frischen, lokalen Zutaten zubereitet. Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung, in einer gemütlichen Umgebung zu genießen ein solches einzigartiges Essen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und schön dekoriert, reflektieren die reiche Kultur von Kyoto. Wir liebt die ruhige Gartenblick aus unserem Fenster. Insgesamt überstieg dieser Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen und lieferte eine erinnerebare Kyoto-Erfahrung. Sehr empfohlen!

What a beautiful place! Kiraku Kyoto Honmachi is a house which has been refurbished with subtle taste and delightful creativity. There’s definitely magic to it! I loved walking on the pebbles in the downstairs bedroom - so soothing for sore feet. There’s also a smooth walkway to the bed if pebbles aren’t your thing. Upstairs there’s a tokonoma with scroll, as well as a full set of equipment for carrying out a tea ceremony, including of course, matcha. The host even had delicious matcha “financiers” waiting for us upon arrival. The outdoor bath is brilliant. It’s quite easy to fill and I’d highly recommend having an outdoor soak every night. Seeing as some in our group weren’t up for tourism in the city, it was doubly worthwhile to have stayed in such a house where they could breathe in Kyoto atmosphere without ever moving from the tatami!

Very clean and new. There are only 3 of us so it is great to have a separate common living room for us to put and open our luggages, interact, chit chat. There are 2 toilets one at each floor. There is a small pantry complete with hot water boiling flask. There are plates, bowlsl, cup even pans, cutting board too. There is a washing machine and washing detergent for use. I have washed clothes for 2 consecutive days. All necessary toiletries are produced. Good quality shampoo, conditioner and body foam are provided. Toothbrush, tooth paste, comb are provided as well The futons are clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms are 2nd floor may not be suitable for elderly who are not so used to taking stairs but they can stay at the first floor. Overall, I love this place and would be happy to come back again.

Rinn Shiki Juraku is such a lovely property. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The Townhouse 5 is so spacious, with a comfortable bed. We were very pleased that the TV supported Netflix for watching a series after a busy day exploring. The bathtub is huge and takes over an hour to fill. You must check on the water temperature halfway through because the hot water runs out and the tub will fill with ice-cold water. The air conditioners are also a bit noisy. The reception area offers earplugs if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping. The location is good for walking to Nijo Castle, which is a recommended tourist attraction (and worth it). Other areas such as Fushimi Inari or Gion, it is recommended to use Uber or the metro. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended for getting authentic and unique experience of staying at the Japanese house. Great location, near to Shoji Dori, a huge shopping street, a short bus ride to Gion and metro station allowing to get to all historical attractions. The home is really nice, with all necessary amenities, clean and roomy. Want to specifically mention its interior decorations, really awesome. Tourist tip: print out your reservation with the home’s address in Japanese to avoid any difficulties with finding your way to the location, you show it to the taxi drivers and they will find the place. And special thanks to the Team: you are so helpful and friendly!

Es ist ein vorübergehendes, aber schönes und geräumiges Haus in Kyodo. Es befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft, und die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut. Die Betten auf der Tatami-Ebene sind so gut, dass ich wie ein Baby für alle drei Nächte schlief. Die einzige Nachtschicht ist, dass es keinen Reinigungsservice für meinen drei Nächte-Aufenthalt gibt, was die Müllbänke ein bisschen scheiße macht! Aber insgesamt ist es eine super große Erfahrung, in diesem wunderschönen japanischen alten Haus zu bleiben, mit all der modernen Überzeugung wie Fußbodenheizung, für einen Kyodo-Ferien.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation in Kyoto. Although the check-in counter is located separately from the property itself, it is easily accessible from Kyoto Station, and the hotel provides complimentary taxi transfer service from the check-in counter to the accommodation. The only drawback was that the entire property has just one bathroom, though it does come with two toilets.

I had a wonderful stay at Rinn Kujofujinoki Central. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Kyoto. The location was convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto and would gladly stay here again!

除了位置稍微離JR遠一點，其他都非常完美 附近有超市可以購物非常方便 湯屋本身也很乾淨，住起來非常舒適 check in 後行李會幫忙運到湯屋（或是可以選擇搭計程車過去，飯店負責計程車費用）非常貼心

Sehr empfehlenswert! Ein Familienerlebnis, das sehr zufriedenstellend ist. Ich bin meinem Freund sehr dankbar, dass er dieses Kyoto Machiya empfohlen hat. Das zweistöckige Haus bietet Platz für vier von uns sowie Außenbäder. Obwohl ich nur für eine Nacht hier war, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Kyoto zurückkehre!
